麻油擦法
用麻油每夜临卧时。以手中三指。蘸油擦儿头额项腰背。两手腕。两足腕。然后睡。即
可以使轻。此亦畅达流通。升脱凝滞之义也。
三豆汤
大黑豆、赤小豆、绿豆各一盏。甘草一两细切。每日用四味。瓦罐煨烂熟。连豆带汤。
与儿
食之。黑豆解肾经之毒。制相火也。赤小豆解心经之毒。制君火也。绿豆解阳明经之毒。制
胃火也。用豆者。又以形治。以类从也。易简而便里 。早治以便童稚。其为神巧矣乎。

干烧灰存性为末，每服朱砂丝瓜灰五分。为细末。蜂蜜水调服。服过三次。永不出痘疹。
邻家出痘。尤宜服之。
油饮子 若遇痘疹行时。左右邻家有出者。可预服之。
用真香油一斤煎熟。逐日与儿饮尽。永不出痘。
凡耳后筋纹。似水红色为上。杏红色次之。大红色宜退火。紫黑青色皆不治。又须条匀
直上耳尖。而无分枝者为上。若分枝缠绕者。虽淡红亦凶。其或过发际者。多不可救。
一、凡是乡邻中如果有流行性的痘疹（天花），可以进行预防。应当节制饮食，谨慎起居，适时增减衣物，预先准备药物。这也是遵循法度、顺应养生之道的方法。
麻油擦法
每晚临睡前，用中指、食指和无名指蘸取麻油，擦拭孩子的头部、额头、颈部、腰部、背部，以及双手腕和双足腕。然后让孩子睡觉。这样就可以使病情减轻。这也符合疏通畅达、升发透脱凝滞之气的道理。
三豆汤
大黑豆、赤小豆、绿豆各一盏，甘草一两，切成细段。每天使用这四味药，放入瓦罐中煨至烂熟。连豆带汤，给孩子食用。黑豆能解除肾经的毒邪，制约相火；赤小豆能解除心经的毒邪，制约君火；绿豆能解除阳明经的毒邪，制约胃火。使用豆类，又是利用“以形治形”、“同类相从”的原理。方法简易而便于邻里操作，尽早治疗以便利于儿童，这真是神妙灵巧啊。
永不出痘二五散 由贾兰峰传授。
取有雄鸡下的鸡蛋七个，取出其中一个，在一端开一个小孔，倒净蛋清和蛋黄。装入色泽鲜明的好朱砂四钱九分。将小孔用纸糊住。
用母鸡抱孵出小鸡雏，让朱砂吸收日精月华，各经过七昼夜，收集储存备用。再取一根刚开始结出的丝瓜，等它老熟干枯后烧成灰，保留药性，研为细末。每次服用朱砂和丝瓜灰混合的细末五分，用蜂蜜水调服。服用三次后，终身不再出痘疹。邻居家孩子出痘时，尤其应该服用此方。
油饮子 如果遇到痘疹流行的时候，左右邻居家有出痘的，可以预先服用此方进行预防。
取真香油一斤，煎煮至熟透。每天让孩子喝光，终身不再出痘。
凡是耳后的筋纹，呈现似水红色为最佳，杏红色次之，大红色应当退火（清热），紫黑青色都是不治之症。此外，筋纹必须条索均匀、笔直向上延伸至耳尖，且没有分枝的为佳。如果有分枝缠绕的情况，即使是淡红色也是凶兆。如果筋纹超过发际线，大多不可救治。
I. Whenever there is an epidemic of variola (smallpox) among neighbors, preventive measures can be taken. One should regulate diet, maintain regular daily routines, adjust clothing according to the weather, and prepare medicinal decoctions in advance. This also adheres to proper restraint and follows the principles of health preservation.
Method of Rubbing with Sesame Oil
Every night before going to bed, use the middle, index, and ring fingers to dip into sesame oil and rub the child's head, forehead, neck, waist, back, both wrists, and both ankles. Then let the child sleep. This can alleviate the severity of the condition. This method also embodies the principle of promoting free flow and ascending/dispersing stagnation.
San Dou Tang (Three Bean Decoction)
Use one cup each of large black beans, adzuki beans, and mung beans, along with one tael of licorice root (Gancao), finely cut. Use these four ingredients daily, simmer them in a clay pot until soft and cooked. Feed the beans and the soup to the child. Black beans resolve toxicity in the Kidney channel and control Ministerial Fire; adzuki beans resolve toxicity in the Heart channel and control Sovereign Fire; mung beans resolve toxicity in the Yangming channel and control Stomach Fire. The use of beans also utilizes the principle of "treating shape with shape" and "following similarity." It is simple and convenient for neighbors, allowing early treatment for children, which is truly ingenious.
Yong Bu Chu Dou Er Wu San (Two-Five Powder for Permanent Immunity from Smallpox) Transmitted by Jia Lanfeng.
Take seven eggs laid by a rooster-hen. Select one egg, make a small hole at one end, and empty the white and yolk completely. Fill it with high-quality cinnabar (Zhusha) weighing four qian nine fen. Seal the hole with paper.
Incubate this egg under a hen to hatch a chick, allowing the cinnabar to absorb the essence of the sun and moon for seven days and nights respectively. Collect and store for use. Take one young loofah gourd that has just begun to form. Wait until it matures and dries out, burn it to ash while preserving its medicinal properties, and grind into fine powder. For each dose, take five fen of the mixed fine powder of cinnabar and loofah ash, administered with honey water. After taking it three times, one will never contract smallpox. This is especially recommended when neighbors' children have smallpox.
You Yin Zi (Sesame Oil Drink)
If an epidemic of smallpox occurs and neighbors nearby are affected, one can take this formula in advance for prevention.
Take one jin of pure sesame oil, boil it until cooked. Give it to the child to drink completely every day. One will never contract smallpox.
Regarding the vein patterns behind the ear: those resembling water-red are superior; apricot-red are secondary; bright red indicates the need to clear heat/fire; purple-black or cyan colors indicate untreatable conditions. Furthermore, the veins should be uniform, straight, extending upwards to the tip of the ear without branching, which is considered auspicious. If there are branches and entanglements, even if pale red, it is an ominous sign. If the pattern extends beyond the hairline, it is mostly incurable.
