第一段论述：婴儿刚出生时，待脐带脱落后，将其放置在新瓦片上，用炭火在四周烘烤至烟即将燃尽，然后放置在地下土壤上，用瓦盏之类的器物盖住。保留其药性，研磨成粉末。预先选取透明的朱砂，研磨成极细的粉末，并用水飞法处理。如果脐带有五分重，则使用二分五厘的朱砂。取生地黄、当归身，煎煮成浓汁约一二个蚬壳的量，调和上述两种粉末，涂抹在婴儿口腔内部以及乳母的乳头之上。要求在一天之内让婴儿吮吸干净。第二天大便排出污秽浑浊的垢物，这样终身就不会出痘疹及其他疾病。生一个儿子就保护一个儿子，是非常奇妙的方法。
第二段论述：对于尚未出痘疹的小儿，每逢春分和秋分交替之时服用一丸药，体内的痘毒能够逐渐化解。如果只服用一两次，也能使毒性减少。随着毒素逐渐完全化解，必定能保证平安无事。
神效消毒保婴丹
配方：缠豆藤（一两五钱，需在八月间采集缠绕在毛豆梗上的细红丝状藤蔓，阴干为佳，此药为主药）、黑豆（三十粒）、赤豆（七十粒）、山楂肉（一两）、升麻（七钱五分）、荆芥（五钱）、防风（五钱）、生地黄（一两）、川独活（五钱）、甘草（五钱）、当归（酒洗，五钱）、赤芍（五钱）、连翘（七钱五分）、黄连（五钱）、桔梗（五钱）、辰砂（水飞后另研，一两）、丝瓜（两条，长度五寸，需经过一年霜露者方妙，烧至存性）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研磨成极细粉末并混合均匀，用净砂糖拌和，制成如李核大小的药丸。每次服用一丸，用浓煎的甘草汤化开送服。
全生保安散
配方：麻黄、羌活、防风、升麻、生地黄、黄柏（酒浸，各五分）、川芎、藁本、干葛、苍术、黄芩（酒浸）、茯苓、柴胡（各三分）、红花、细辛、苏木、白术、陈皮（各二分）、甘草、归身、黄连（各三分）、连翘、吴茱萸（各五分）。
制法与用法：将上述药材切碎为一剂。在立春、立夏、立秋、立冬这四个节气之日，用水煎煮，露天放置一夜，次日清晨温服。如果在一年内，按照时节服用这四剂，效果神奇，可保证终身不出痘。
涤秽免痘汤
此方由大尹王天中从上方异人处传承而来。
配方与用法：选取十月经过霜冻后的楝树子一升，收藏到正月初一。将楝子放入锅内，用水煮成汤。待水温适宜时，清洗婴儿全身，可保证终身不出痘。真是神仙般的方子。
Paragraph 1: When an infant is first born, after the umbilical cord falls off, place it on a new tile. Burn it with charcoal fire around the perimeter until the smoke is about to cease, then place it on the ground soil and cover it with a tile bowl or similar vessel. Preserve its nature and grind it into powder. Pre-select transparent cinnabar (Zhusha), grind it into an extremely fine powder, and process it by water levigation (Shuifei). If the umbilical cord weighs five fen, use two fen and five li of cinnabar. Decoct fresh rehmannia root (Shengdihuang) and the body of angelica sinensis (Dangguishen) to make a concentrated decoction of approximately one or two xian shell volumes. Mix this liquid with the aforementioned two powders and apply it to the inside of the infant's mouth as well as the nursing mother's nipples. Ensure the infant sucks it all up within one day. The following day, feces will discharge foul, turbid, and dirty matter. This method ensures that the child will never suffer from smallpox or other diseases throughout their life. It protects every child born; it is a truly wonderful method.
Paragraph 2: For children who have not yet developed smallpox, administer one pill each time during the transition periods of the Spring Equinox and Autumn Equinox. The smallpox toxin within the body will gradually dissolve. Even if only taken once or twice, the toxicity can be reduced. As the toxin is completely dissolved, safety and peace are guaranteed.
Shenxiao Xiaodu Baoying Dan (Divine Efficacy Detoxification and Infant Protection Pill)
Ingredients: Entodontae Caulis (Chandouteng, 1 liang 5 qian; collect the thin red silk-like vines缠绕 on soybean stems in August, dry in shade; this is the principal herb), Glycines Max Semen Nigrum (Heidou, 30 grains), Phaseoli Vulgaris Semen Rubrum (Chidou, 70 grains), Crataegi Fructus (Shanzhaurou, 1 liang), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 7 qian 5 fen), Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie, 5 qian), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 5 qian), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 1 liang), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Chuanduohuo, 5 qian), Liquorice Root (Gancao, 5 qian), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, wine-washed, 5 qian), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao, 5 qian), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao, 7 qian 5 fen), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 5 qian), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 5 qian), Cinnabaris (Chensha, water-levigated and separately ground, 1 liang), Luffae Fructus Retinervus (Sigua, 2 pieces, 5 cun long, passed through frost and dew for a year is best, burned to preserve nature).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder and mix uniformly. Blend with refined sugar and form pills the size of a plum seed. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in a strong decoction of liquorice root (Gancao Tang).
Quansheng Bao'an San (Complete Life Security Powder)
Ingredients: Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, wine-soaked, 5 fen each), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Ben), Puerariae Radix (Gange), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, wine-soaked), Poria (Fuling), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, 3 fen each), Carthami Flos (Honghua), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Sappan Lignum (Sumu), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 2 fen each), Liquorice Root (Gancao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Guishen), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 3 fen each), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, 5 fen each).
Preparation and Administration: Cut the above herbs into one dose. On the days of Start of Spring, Start of Summer, Start of Autumn, and Start of Winter, decoct with water and leave exposed to the night air overnight. Warm and take on the next morning. If these four doses are taken according to the seasons within one year, the effect is divine, ensuring no smallpox ever appears.
Di Hui Mian Dou Tang (Purifying Filth and Preventing Smallpox Decoction)
Transmitted by Wang Tianzhong, Dayin, from a mysterious person in the upper region.
Ingredients and Administration: Collect one sheng of Melia Toosendan Fructus (Lianzishu) after they have been frosted in the tenth lunar month. Store them until the first day of the first lunar month. Place the melia seeds in a pot and boil with water to make a soup. When the temperature is suitable, wash the entire body of the infant. This guarantees that smallpox will never appear. It is truly a celestial prescription.
