上为末研细和匀烂饭丸麻子大每服三十丸橘皮煎汤送下
凉惊丸：治疗小儿惊热证。
配方：大黄、黄连、防风、龙胆草（清热燥湿，泻火解毒）、川芎、薄荷，以上药材各取等量。
制法与用法：将上述药材研为细末，用面糊制成如黍米大小的丸剂，外用青黛粉末包裹衣层。根据患儿年龄和病情轻重调整剂量，用白开水送服。
安神丸：治疗小儿惊热证。
配方：天门冬（去除心部，焙干）、牙硝、白茯苓、山药、寒水石，以上药材各五钱；朱砂三钱；甘草五钱；龙脑（即冰片，一字重，研磨成粉）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成如鸡头实大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用沙糖水化开送服。
元戎四物二连汤：治疗白天神志清醒，夜间发热的症状。
配方：当归、生地黄、白芍药、川芎、黄连、胡黄连。
制法与用法：将药材切碎（咀），用水一钟煎煮后服用。
黄连地黄丸：治疗因伤寒病后余热未清而导致的夜间发热。
配方：黄连、川芎、赤茯苓、地黄。
制法与用法：将药材锉成散剂，加入一撮灯心草，用水煎煮，在饭后较远的时间服用。
实脾散：治疗小儿体内余热不除的症状。
配方：川芎、茯苓、甘草、白术。
制法与用法：将药材锉成散剂，用水煎煮，在饭后较远的时间服用。
参苓白术散：治疗胃气收敛以退去浮阳，清除余热。
配方：人参、茯苓、粉草（即甘草）、白术、扁豆、山药、砂仁、薏苡仁、桔梗，以上药材各一两；莲子肉半两。
制法与用法：将上述药材研为细末，每次服用半钱，用枣汤调匀饮用，或者使用米汤调服亦可。
紫霞丸：
配方：代赭石（用醋浸泡七次）、赤石脂、杏仁（五十个）、巴豆（二十粒，去皮去心）。
制法与用法：先将代赭石和赤石脂研为细末，再与杏仁、巴豆一同捣碎三十杵。如果药团太硬，可加少许蜂蜜，继续捣至均匀，制成如粟米大小的丸剂，用蜜器盛装。每次取两丸，用乳汁送服。
下积丸：治疗食积发热（食热）。
配方：丁香、缩砂仁（各十个）、使君子（五个，焙干）、川巴豆。
制法与用法：将上述药材研为细末并混合均匀，用烂饭作为粘合剂制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用橘皮煎成的汤送服。
Liangjing Wan (Cooling Convulsion Pill): Treats pediatric convulsive heat syndrome.
Ingredients: Radix Rheae Palmatae (Dahuang), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng), Radix Gentianae (Longdancao), Radix Chuanxiong, Herba Menthae (Bohe), all in equal proportions.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, bind with wheat paste to form pills the size of millet seeds, coat with Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai). Adjust dosage according to age and severity, administer with plain boiled water.
Anshen Wan (Calming Spirit Pill): Treats pediatric convulsive heat syndrome.
Ingredients: Tuber Asparagi (Tianmendong, decentered and baked), Natrii Sulfas (Yaxiao), Poria (Baifuling), Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shanyao), Arsenolite (Han Shuishi), all five qian; Cinnabar (Zhusha) three qian; Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) five qian; Borneolum Syntheticum (Nao) one zi weight, ground into powder.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, bind with refined honey to form pills the size of a corn kernel. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in sugar water for administration.
Yuanrong Siwu Erlian Tang (Yuanrong Four Substances Decoction with Two Coptises): Treats clear consciousness during the day and fever at night.
Ingredients: Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Sheng Dihuang), Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishaoyao), Radix Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Rhizoma Picrorhizae (Huhuanglian).
Preparation and Administration: Cut the herbs into small pieces, decoct with one zhong of water and take.
Huanglian Dihuang Wan (Coptis and Rehmannia Pill): Treats night fever caused by residual heat from cold damage that was not resolved.
Ingredients: Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Radix Chuanxiong, Poria cum Pinellia (Chifuling), Radix Rehmanniae Recens (Dihuang).
Preparation and Administration: Cut the herbs into fragments, add a pinch of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao), decoct with water, and take well after meals.
Shipi San (Spleen-Strengthening Powder): Treats persistent residual heat in children.
Ingredients: Radix Chuanxiong, Poria (Fuling), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu).
Preparation and Administration: Cut the herbs into fragments, decoct with water, and take well after meals.
Shenling Baizhu San (Ginseng, Poria, and Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder): Treats the convergence of Stomach Qi to withdraw floating Yang and dissipate residual heat.
Ingredients: Radix Ginseng (Renshen), Poria (Fuling), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Fengcao), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu), Semen Dolichoris (Biandou), Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shanyao), Fructus Amomi (Sharen), Semen Coicis (Yiyiren), Radix Platycodi (Jiegeng), all one liang; Endocarpium Nelumbinis (Lianzirou) half liang.
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with jujube soup or rice soup for administration.
Zixia Wan (Purple Cloud Pill):
Ingredients: Haematitum (Daizheshi, soaked in vinegar seven times), Halloysitum Rubrum (Chishizhi), Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Xingren, 50 seeds), Fructus Crotonis (Badou, 20 seeds, peeled and dehearted).
Preparation and Administration: First grind Haematitum and Halloysitum Rubrum into fine powder, then pound together with Semen Armeniacae Amarum and Fructus Crotonis for thirty strokes. If too hard, add a little honey and continue pounding. Form into pills the size of millet seeds, store in a honey container. Take two pills per dose, administered with breast milk.
Xiaji Wan (Accumulation-Expelling Pill): Treats food-stagnation heat (Shi Re).
Ingredients: Flos Caryophylli (Dingxiang), Fructus Amomi Rotundus (Suosharen, ten each); Semen Sterculiae Lychnophorae (Shijunzi, five, roasted); Radix et Rhizoma Imperatoris (Chuan Badou).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder and mix evenly. Bind with cooked rice flour to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, administered with tangerine peel decoction.
