柴苓汤 治小儿温壮伏热来去
柴胡（三钱半） 麦门冬（去心） 人参（去芦） 赤茯苓 甘草（各二钱半） 黄芩（五钱）
上锉散用水煎入小麦二十粒竹叶三片
绛雪丹 治小儿烦热
芒硝（一两） 朱砂（一两）
上为末饭丸鸡头大三岁一丸沙糖水化下
龙胆丸：治疗疳积发热。
龙胆草、升麻、苦楝根（焙干）、防风、赤茯苓、芦荟、油发灰（以上各二钱）、黄连、青黛（干燥）。
将上述药物研为细末，用猪胆汁浸泡蒸饼和药制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用薄荷、紫苏煎煮的汤送服。
胡黄连丸：治疗热疳。
胡黄连、川黄连（各半两）、朱砂（一钱半，单独研磨）。
将两种黄连研为细末，与朱砂混合放入猪胆内，系紧后虚悬于锅中，加水煮一顿饭的时间，取出后研磨。加入芦荟、青黛（干燥）各二钱半，去沉淀物后的虾蟆灰二钱，少许麝香，用粳米饭和药制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，用米汤送服。
芦荟丸：治疗疳积发热。
芦荟、芜荑、木香、青黛（干燥）、槟榔、川黄连（净制，各一分）、蝉蜕（二十一枚）、胡黄连（半两）、射干（少许）。
将上述药物研为细末，取两个猪胆的汁液浸泡糕粉，制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用米汤送服。
鳖甲饮：治疗小儿骨蒸潮热、盗汗。
鳖甲（醋炙）、地骨皮、秦艽、当归、柴胡、枳壳、知母（以上各等分）。
将药物切碎，三岁的儿童服用一钱，加水半盏，桃枝、柳枝各三寸，乌梅一个，煎至剩余三分之一的药液时服用。
地黄煎：治疗小儿壮热、心烦、睡眠不安。
生地黄（取汁一升）、白沙蜜（三合）、酥（三合）、生门冬汁（二合）。
火府丹：治疗小儿壮热。
生地黄、木通、甘草、黄芩。用水一钟煎煮后服用。
一粒金丹：治疗小儿五脏蕴热、胸膈烦闷、五心烦热。
人参、犀角、玳瑁、琥珀、防风（各一钱）、茯苓、寒水石（未注明处理，原文空缺）、甘草（各一钱）、龙脑、朱砂（火飞法处理，各一钱）、麝香（半钱）、金箔（二十五片）。
将上述药物研为极细末，用粒米糊作为粘合剂制成如黄实大小的丸剂，外裹金箔为衣。用麦门冬去心煎煮的汤送服。
柴苓汤：治疗小儿温壮伏热，症状往来不定。
柴胡（三钱半）、麦门冬（去心）、人参（去芦头）、赤茯苓、甘草（各二钱半）、黄芩（五钱）。
将药物锉碎，用水煎煮，加入小麦二十粒、竹叶三片。
绛雪丹：治疗小儿烦热。
芒硝（一两）、朱砂（一两）。
将上述药物研为细末，用饭和药制成如鸡头大小的大丸。三岁的儿童服用一丸，用沙糖水化开服用。
Longdan Wan (Gentian Pill): Treats Gan heat (heat syndrome associated with childhood malnutrition).
Gentianae Radix, Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Toosendan Fructus (roasted), Saposhnikoviae Radix, Poria Cocos with Red Core, Aloe, Ash of Oily Hair (each 2 qian), Coptidis Rhizoma, Indigo Naturalis (dried).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Soak steamed wheat cake in pig bile, mix with the powder to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, administered with a decoction of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba and Perillae Folium.
Huhuanglian Wan (Picrorhiza Pill): Treats Heat Gan.
Picrorhizae Rhizoma, Coptidis Rhizoma (each 0.5 liang), Cinnabaris (1.5 qian, separately ground).
Grind the two types of Coptidis Rhizoma into powder and mix with Cinnabaris. Place inside a pig gallbladder, tie securely, and suspend it in a pot over water. Boil for the duration of cooking a meal. Remove and grind. Add Aloe, Indigo Naturalis (dried) (each 2.5 qian), settled Bufonis Venenum (toad venom) ash 2 qian, and a small amount of Moschus. Mix with rice paste to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, administered with rice water.
Lushen Wan (Aloe Pill): Treats Gan heat.
Aloe, Myrabolans Terminalia Chebula Retz., Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, Indigo Naturalis (dried), Arecae Semen, Coptidis Rhizoma (cleaned, each 1 fen), Cicadae Periostracum (21 pieces), Picrorhizae Rhizoma (0.5 liang), Belamcandae Rhizoma (a small amount).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Extract juice from two pig gallbladders, soak rice cake in it, and form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, administered with rice water.
Biejia Yin (Softshell Turtle Decoction): Treats pediatric bone-steaming tidal fever and night sweats.
Chini Plastrum (vinegar-processed), Lycii Cortex, Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Bupleuri Radix, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (all in equal proportions).
Cut the herbs into small pieces. For a three-year-old child, use 1 qian of herbs, add half a zhan of water, three cun of peach branch, three cun of willow branch, and one Smokfruit. Decoct until one-third of the liquid remains, then administer.
Dihuang Jian (Rehmannia Paste): Treats pediatric high fever, vexation, and restless sleep.
Rehmanniae Radix Fresh (juice 1 sheng), White Honey (3 he), Butter (3 he), Ophiopogonis Radix Juice (2 he).
Huofu Dan (Fire Mansion Pill): Treats pediatric high fever.
Rehmanniae Radix Fresh, Akebiae Caulis, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix. Decoct with one zhong of water and administer.
Yili Jin Dan (One-Grain Golden Pill): Treats internal heat accumulation in the five viscera, chest and diaphragm oppression, and heat sensation in the palms, soles, and chest (five-palm heat).
Ginseng Radix, Rhinocerotis Cornu, Eretmochelyas Carapax, Succinum, Saposhnikoviae Radix (each 1 qian), Poria Cocos, Arsenici Albi Preparatum (blank in original text), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (each 1 qian), Borax, Cinnabaris (fire-refined, each 1 qian), Moschus (0.5 qian), Folium Aureum (25 sheets).
Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Use grain starch paste as a binder to form pills the size of a yellow seed coat, coating them with gold foil. Administer with a decoction of Ophiopogonis Radix (decored).
Chai Ling Tang (Bupleurum and Poria Decoction): Treats pediatric latent warmth-fever with fluctuating symptoms.
Bupleuri Radix (3.5 qian), Ophiopogonis Radix (decored), Ginseng Radix (decored), Poria Cocos with Red Core, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (each 2.5 qian), Scutellariae Radix (5 qian).
Cut the herbs into pieces. Decoct with water, adding 20 grains of Triticum aestivum and 3 leaves of Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis.
Jiangxue Dan (Crimson Snow Pill): Treats pediatric vexation and heat.
Natrii Sulfas (1 liang), Cinnabaris (1 liang).
Grind into fine powder and mix with cooked rice to form large pills the size of a chestnut. For a three-year-old child, take one pill, dissolved in sugar water.
