乳房上生痈肿：将芝麻炒焦后捣烂，用灯盏内的油脚（沉淀物）调和后外敷，痈肿即可消散。（《摘玄方》）
乳痈初起三天内可立即消除：取活鲫鱼一条，连同头骨一起生捣至极烂，加入一小团香腊糟再研磨均匀，敷在患处一天，待痈肿消退变小后，立即取下。如果未完全消退，再次贴敷。百试百灵。（《单方全集》）
吹乳（因婴儿吮吸或情绪等因素导致的乳汁淤积结块）：吹乳导致结核不散的，应当尽早消散，时间久了会形成痈肿。使用天南星、半夏、僵蚕、白芷、皂角刺、草乌研成粉末，用葱汁和蜂蜜调和后外敷。（《秘方集验》）

乳岩（乳腺癌）：起初是乳中有一个如豆子大小的核，渐渐长大如鸡蛋，七八年后才破溃，破溃后则难以治疗。先趁其未破溃时，用蛤蜊壳研成极细粉，加入少许皂角末，用米醋煎滚后调和外敷。（《百一方》）
另一方，使用五倍子焙干研成粉末，用醋调和搽涂。如果已经穿烂，另用贝母、知母研成粉末，加入少许麝香，用鸡蛋清调和外敷。（《经验广集》）
乳癣：白松香（二钱）、川椒（二十粒），研成粉末，用猪油调和搽涂。先用槐枝汤清洗患处。（同上）

Cracked Nipples: For cracks caused by cold dew in autumn, dry the eggplant in the shade, burn it until the carbon remains (preserving medicinal properties), grind into powder, decoct in water, and apply externally. This method is also applicable for cracks occurring before autumn. (*Yiliang Li's Published Prescriptions*)
Postpartum Breast Distension and Abscess Formation: Grind *Leonurus japonicus* (Motherwort) into powder and apply to the breast; healing occurs overnight. Alternatively, crush fresh *Leonurus japonicus* and apply as a poultice. (Ibid.)
Breast Abscess: Char sesame seeds, crush them, and mix with the sediment from oil lamps (*Dengzhan Youjiao*) for external application to dissipate the abscess. (*Zhexuan Fang*)
Early Stage Breast Abscess Resolved in Three Days: Crush one live crucian carp, including the head bones, thoroughly. Mix with a small ball of fragrant wax dregs (*Xianglacao*), grind evenly, and apply to the affected area for one day. Remove once the swelling subsides. Reapply if not fully resolved. Proven effective. (*Danfang Quanji*)
Blown Milk (Milk Stasis): If milk stasis forms nodules that do not disperse, treat early to prevent abscess formation. Grind *Arisaema erubescens* (Nanxing), *Pinellia ternata* (Banxia), *Bombyx batryticatus* (Jiangcan), *Angelica dahurica* (Baizhi), *Gleditsia sinensis* spine (Zaoyaoci), and *Aconitum carmichaelii* lateral root (Caowu) into powder. Mix with green onion juice and honey for external application. (*Mifang Jiyuan*)
Blown Milk and Breast Abscess: Take one bean (*Croton tiglium*, Badou) with all oil removed, and 3厘 of borneol (Bingpian). Mix with rice paste, knead into pills. Coat with a little realgar (Xionghuang), flatten the pill, and apply to the glabella (Yintang point). Cover with a coin-sized patch of cooling ointment. Apply for three *shichen* (6 hours) in summer, and one day in spring, autumn, and winter. Highly effective. (*Shanyou Li's Published Prescriptions*)
Immediate Resolution of Breast Abscess and Blown Milk: Crush green onions with roots, spread on the affected breast area. Place a flat tile filled with ash over the onions and heat with fire. After one *shichen*, when the onion stems are cooked, the heat steams the breast, inducing sweating leads to cure. Alternatively, crush onions, heat-fry, and apply; replace when cool, reheating as needed. Extremely effective. (Ibid.)
Nipple Ulcer (Ru Gai): An ulcer on the nipple is called "Ru Gai". Grind deer antler (*Lujiao*) and licorice root (*Gancao*) in equal parts into powder. Mix with egg yolk (*Jizi Huang*), roast in a copper vessel, and apply to the nipple. (*Yizong Jinjian*)
Blown Milk and Ru Gai: For painful swelling about to suppurate, grind deer antler in water and apply externally. (*Qianjin Fang*)
Another prescription: Crush rapeseed greens (*Yuntaicai*) and apply. It also treats breast abscesses, blood masses (*Xuejia*), and postpartum lochia retention. Additionally treats infant erysipelas (*Huodan*). (*Yejian Renhua*)
Blown Milk (Phonetic: Liao, meaning milk) and Breast Abscess: Grind *Arisaema erubescens* (Nanxing), *Pinellia ternata* (Banxia), *Gleditsia sinensis* pod (Zaojiao - skin and strings removed, stir-fried yellow), and *Chinese gall* (Wubeizi - insect nests removed, stir-fried yellow) in equal parts into fine powder. Mix with rice vinegar for external application; effective overnight. (*Zhongfutang Fang*)
Breast Abscess and Pain: One live crucian carp and a piece of fresh Chinese yam (*Shanyao*) of similar length to the fish. Crush together and apply to the affected area, covering with paper. (Ibid.)
Breast Mass (Ru Pi): Dry wild Sichuan pepper leaves, grind into powder, mix with egg white (*Jiqing*) for external application; heals immediately. (Ibid.)
All Early Breast Abscesses: Sprinkle *Abelmoschus manihot* flowers with salt, seal in a porcelain jar for long-term storage. Apply to the affected area when needed. Roots and leaves can be used if flowers are unavailable. (*Tongshou Lu*)
Breast Mass (Ru Pi): Use one shrimp membrane (*Xiamo*), peel clean. Add 3 qian of *Pinellia ternata* (Banxia) and 5 li of musk (*Shexiang*). Crush into a large cake, apply to the lesion, and bind with silk cloth. Remove after approximately three *shichen*. Highly effective. (*Yingyan Liangfang*)
Breast Cancer (Ru Yan): Initially presents as a bean-sized nodule in the breast, gradually enlarging to egg size. Rupture typically occurs after 7-8 years, at which point it becomes incurable. Before rupture, grind clam shell (*Heliqiao*) into fine powder, add a little *Gleditsia sinensis* pod powder, boil in rice vinegar, mix, and apply. (*Baiyi Fang*)
Another prescription: Crush banana leaf (*Bajiaoye*) and apply to the affected area. (*Jianyi Liangfang*)
Another prescription: Roast *Chinese gall* (Wubeizi) until dry, grind into powder, mix with vinegar for application. If ulcerated, use *Fritillaria thunbergii* (Beimu) and *Anemarrhena asphodeloides* (Zhimu) ground into powder, add a little musk, and mix with egg white for application. (*Jingyan Guangji*)
Breast Tinea (Ru Xuan): Grind 2 qian of white pine resin (*Baisongxiang*) and 20 grains of Sichuan pepper (*Chuanjiao*) into powder. Mix with lard (*Zhuyou*) for application. First wash the area with sophora branch decoction (*Huazhitang*). (Ibid.)
Cracked Nipples: Grind clove (*Dingxiang*) alone into powder and apply dry to the affected area. If too dry, mix with saliva for application. (*Yangke Xuanhui*)
Another prescription: Apply powder made from cinnabar (*Yanzhi*) and clam powder (*Ge Fen*). (*Weishi Dexiao Fang*)
All Early Breast Toxins: Grind one raw *Pinellia ternata* (Banxia) into powder. Crush half-inch green onion white (*Congbai*) and mix to form pills. Wrap in cotton and insert into the nostril. For left breast ulcer, insert into right nostril; for right breast ulcer, insert into left nostril. Cures overnight. Highly effective. (*Haishang Fang*)
