小儿疳积肚大，黄瘦骨立，头上疮痂，发如麦穗∶干蟾蜍五只，去四足，以香油涂之，
炙焦为末。蒸黑枣，去复选肉，捣膏和蟾蜍末为丸，如龙眼核大，每用一丸，日三服，积垢
自下。多服之，形容自变，其病如失。
月蟾丸 治五疳八积腹大，黄瘦骨立，头生疮，发拳结等症。大虾蟆一个，放瓶中，绵
纸封口七日，后取粪中蛆洗净，不拘多少，入瓶中，俟蟆食完，取蟆去头爪与肠肝，以麻油
涂蟆身，瓦上焙枯为末，米汤调服。或用蜜为丸，连服五六个，一月内形容顿改，病除体壮
。兼治小儿癣疮、口耳疮久不愈者，谓之月蚀，以此药末调香油涂之。又方，虾蟆一只，去
头及皮足肠等，用酒洗净，红糖拌砂仁末填入腹中缝定，湿纸包裹，煨熟食之，立效。又方
，谷精草，或加小青草为末，每用二钱，鸡软肝一具，用酒浆饭上炖熟，去药取肝，日日常
服，即目盲垂危者可愈。
红燕丹 专治小儿疳积，骨瘦如柴，目闭溺赤，腹中疼痛，或尿如米泔，神效。大石燕
二个，一雌一雄，重一两者更佳，入倾银锅内上下用炭火 红， 入好米醋中，如此者九
次
，糖拌不拘时服。按此方消疳化积，且无药气，并可和于糖果粥饭中服之，其效如神，不可
轻视。
小儿冷疳，吐食腹大，面黄腿缩∶母丁香七枚，为末，人乳和蒸三次，姜汤调作数次服
小儿诸疳日久身面生疮烂成孔，如大人杨梅疮样∶用蒸米饭时甑盖四边滴下气水，以碗
承水扫疮上，数日即效。百药不验者，此方如神。
小儿疳积导致腹部胀大，身体枯黄消瘦、骨骼突出，头部有疮痂，头发像麦穗一样干枯打结：取干蟾蜍五只，去掉四肢，用香油涂抹，烤焦后研成粉末。将黑枣蒸熟，去掉枣核和皮，捣烂成膏，与蟾蜍粉混合制成丸药，大小如龙眼核，每次服用一丸，每日三次，体内的积滞垢浊自然排出。多服用此药，面色形体自然会改善，疾病如同消失一般。
月蟾丸：治疗五种疳症和八种积滞引起的腹部胀大、身体枯黄消瘦、骨骼突出、头部生疮、头发卷曲打结等症状。取大蛤蟆一只，放入瓶中，用绵纸封口放置七天，之后从粪便中取出蛆虫洗净，数量不限，放入瓶中，等待蛤蟆被蛆虫吃光后，取出蛤蟆，去掉头、爪以及肠肝，用麻油涂抹蛤蟆身体，在瓦片上焙干研成粉末，用米汤调服。或者用蜂蜜制成丸药，连续服用五六个，一个月内面貌体态立刻改变，病除体壮。兼治小儿癣疮、口耳部疮疡久不愈合的，称为“月蚀”，用此药末调和香油涂抹患处。另一个方子：蛤蟆一只，去掉头、皮、足、肠等，用酒洗净，红糖拌砂仁末填入腹中缝合，用湿纸包裹，煨熟食下，立即见效。再一个方子：谷精草，或加小青草研成粉末，每次用二钱，配鸡软肝（鸡肫）一个，用酒和饭水在上面炖熟，去掉药渣只吃肝，每天常服，即使是目盲垂危者也可治愈。
红燕丹：专门治疗小儿疳积，骨瘦如柴，眼睛闭合、小便赤黄，腹部疼痛，或者尿液像米泔水一样，效果神奇。取大石燕两个，一雌一雄，重量一两的更好，放入倾银锅内，上下用炭火烧红，放入优质米醋中，如此反复九次，用糖拌着随时服用。按此方可以消除疳症、化解积滞，而且没有药气，还可以混入糖果粥饭中服用，其效如神，不可轻视。
小儿冷疳，呕吐食物、腹部胀大，面色发黄、双腿收缩：母丁香七枚，研成粉末，用人乳调和蒸三次，用姜汤分多次调服。
小儿各种疳症日久，身体面部生疮溃烂成孔，像大人的杨梅疮样子：用蒸米饭时蒸笼盖四周滴下的冷凝水，用碗承接这些水，涂抹在疮面上，数日即见效。百药无效的，此方如神。
Pediatric *gan* syndrome (chronic malnutrition and digestive disorder in children) with abdominal distension, yellowish emaciation with visible bones, scalp crusts, and hair resembling wheat awns: Take five dried toads (*Bufo bufo gargarizans*), remove the four feet, coat them with sesame oil, roast until charred, and grind into powder. Steam black dates (*Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa*), remove pits and skin, mash into a paste, mix with toad powder, and form pills the size of longan seeds. Take one pill per dose, three times daily; accumulated turbidity will naturally pass. With continued use, complexion and physique will improve, and the illness will vanish as if it never existed.
**Yuechan Wan (Moon Toad Pill)**: Treats symptoms of the Five *Gan* syndromes and Eight Accumulations, including abdominal distension, yellowish emaciation with visible bones, scalp sores, and knotted, curly hair. Place one large toad in a bottle, seal with cotton paper for seven days. Afterward, extract maggots from the feces, wash them clean (quantity unrestricted), and place them in the bottle. Wait until the toad is consumed by the maggots. Remove the toad, discard the head, claws, intestines, and liver. Coat the toad body with hemp seed oil, dry over a tile until brittle, grind into powder, and take mixed with rice water. Alternatively, form pills with honey; take five or six consecutively. Within a month, appearance and constitution will drastically improve, curing the disease and strengthening the body. It also treats pediatric tinea corporis and chronic ulcers of the mouth and ears, known as "Moon Erosion" (*Yueshi*); apply this powder mixed with sesame oil topically. Another prescription: One toad, remove head, skin, feet, and intestines. Wash with wine, fill the abdominal cavity with sandalwood powder mixed with brown sugar, sew shut, wrap in wet paper, bake/roast until cooked, and eat immediately for rapid effect. Yet another prescription: Powdered *Jingjicao* (Flower Head of Valerian, *Valeriana jatamansi*) or plus *Xiaoqingcao* (Little Green Herb). Take 2 qian (approx. 6-10g) per dose with one chicken gizzard (*Ji Ruangan*). Steam with wine and rice water until cooked, remove herbs, consume only the gizzard daily. Even cases of blindness approaching critical condition can be cured.
**Hongyandan (Red Swallow Stone Dan)**: Specifically treats pediatric *gan* accumulation, extreme emaciation ("skin and bones"), closed eyes, red urine, abdominal pain, or urine resembling rice wash water. Highly effective. Take two large swallow stones (*Huyanshi*, *Fossilia Sanguis Draconis* or similar fossilized material, often referring to specific mineral fossils used in TCM), one male and one female; those weighing 1 liang are preferable. Heat them red-hot in an inverted silver pot using charcoal fire, then quench in high-quality rice vinegar. Repeat this process nine times. Mix with sugar and take at any time. This formula resolves *gan* and transforms accumulations without strong medicinal odor, and can be mixed into candies, porridge, or rice. Its efficacy is miraculous; do not underestimate it.
Pediatric Cold *Gan*: Vomiting food, abdominal distension, yellowish complexion, and retracted legs. Take seven cloves (*Mudingxiang*, *Caryophylli Flos*), grind into powder, steam three times mixed with human milk, and take divided doses mixed with ginger decoction.
Chronic Pediatric *Gan* with sores: When various *gan* syndromes persist for a long time, causing sores on the body and face that ulcerate into holes resembling Kaposi's sarcoma (Yangmei Chuang) in adults: Collect the condensation dripping from the edges of the steamer lid when steaming rice. Catch the water in a bowl and apply it to the sores. Effective within several days. For cases unresponsive to all other medicines, this formula is miraculous.
