程坡士曰∶达者，畅茂条达之意。或曰∶达音闼，小羊也。诗∶诞弥厥月，先生如闼，
美后稷之易生。夫马牛羊豕，未有分娩而致厄者，岂天之于人独薄乎？不知皆平时调摄
无道，临产着意惊惶，遂致人不如物耳。为丈夫者，幸体此而讲明之。
便产神方
当归（一钱五分） 川芎 白芍（各一钱二分） 贝母（一钱） 菟丝子（酒洗，二钱） 荆芥（八分） 浓朴（姜
汁炒） 黄 （蜜炙，各七分） 枳壳（炒，六分） 艾叶 甘草（炙） 川羌活（各五分）
胎至九个月一服，产时再服，易于分娩，并可杜血晕、阴脱、无乳、血块痛等症。
又方 产时有横逆枨拄诸症，服此神良。

好酒、童便同煎。如遇遍身拘挛，加
麻黄（八分） 升麻（五分）
吴绮园曰∶产母平素血少者，临时以当归三钱，川芎二钱，日服一次，名佛手散。
甚效。若乡村不能备药，忽遇横生逆产，速以柘树叶煎汁连饮二盅，少顷不动，更进
一盅，至四五盅，必能提上转身矣。
催生如神散
百草霜（取釜底心者） 白芷（不见火，各为末，等分）
每服三钱，以童便、米醋调和如膏，加沸汤下，或童便、酒煎进二服。薛立斋云∶此
药大能固血，可免血干。治逆产横生，其功甚大。
黑神丸
官桂 当归 芍药 甘草 炮姜 生地（各一两） 黑豆（炒焦去皮三两）
为末，每服三钱，温酒下，治热疾胎死腹中自出。朱丹溪云∶胎得暖则下，故用姜桂，冬月更宜。
催生滑胎汤

王介庭曰∶近人于产后多服红糖，为逐瘀暖肠之用，不知产后脾胃虚弱，甘甜作呕，
血随上泛，岂不误人。且红糖间有掺入石膏者，误服立见危殆。
产后忌食生冷，惟梨尤甚，虽食少许，即桂附亦不能救。平素喜食生冷者，只藕不防。
清魂散 治产后血晕。

每月经至净后，即服此方，一日一剂。服四五剂后，不必再服，旬日内即能成孕。
如经期不调者，每月服五剂，三月后必调经受孕也。
羚羊角、五加皮、川独活、川芎、薏苡仁、当归身、酸枣仁、炙甘草、茯神、木香、防风、杏仁。
达生散：大腹皮（炒制）、白芍（酒炒制）、紫苏、人参（各一钱）、甘草（炙制）、陈皮（各五分）、当归身（一钱二分）、葱（五叶）。若胎儿肥盛，加黄杨树梢七个。春季加川芎，夏季加黄芩，秋冬季节加砂仁、枳壳。程坡士说：“达”，是畅茂条达的意思。有人说：“达”音同“闼”，指小羊。《诗经》中说：“诞弥厥月，先生如闼”，这是赞美后稷出生容易。马、牛、羊、猪，没有分娩时遇到困难的，难道上天对人特别刻薄吗？不知道这都是因为平时调养摄生无道，临产时着意惊慌，于是导致人反而不如动物了。作为丈夫，希望体谅这一点并讲明它。
便产神方：当归（一钱五分）、川芎、白芍（各一钱二分）、贝母（一钱）、菟丝子（酒洗，二钱）、荆芥（八分）、浓朴（姜汁炒制）、黄芪（蜜炙，各七分）、枳壳（炒制，六分）、艾叶、甘草（炙制）、川羌活（各五分）。怀孕九个月时服一次，分娩时再服，易于分娩，并且可以防止血晕、阴脱、无乳、血块痛等症状。
又一方：分娩时有横位、逆位、撑拄等各种症状，服用此方非常灵验。当归、枳壳、赤芍、贝母、益母草（各一钱）、车前子（八分）。用好酒、童便共同煎煮。如果遇到遍身拘挛，加麻黄（八分）、升麻（五分）。吴绮园说：产母平时血少的，临时用当归三钱、川芎二钱，每天服用一次，名叫佛手散。非常有效。如果乡村不能备齐药物，忽然遇到横生逆产，迅速用柘树叶煎汁连续饮用两盅，过一会儿不动，再进一盅，到四五盅，一定能提上转身。
催生如神散：百草霜（取锅底中心部分的）、白芷（不经过火炒，各研为末，等分）。每次服用三钱，用童便、米醋调和成膏状，加沸水冲下，或用童便、酒煎服两次。薛立斋说：此药大能固护血液，可以避免血液干枯。治疗逆产横生，功效很大。
黑神丸：官桂、当归、芍药、甘草、炮姜、生地（各一两）、黑豆（炒焦去皮三两）。研为末，每次服用三钱，温酒送下，治疗热疾导致胎死腹中自然排出。朱丹溪说：胎儿得到温暖就会下行，所以用姜、桂，冬季月份更适宜。
催生滑胎汤：当归（一钱）、川芎、枳壳、紫苏、滑石（各六分）、甘草（三分）、木通（五分）、白茯苓（七分）、大腹皮（八分）、益母草（三钱）。没有参就不能服用达生散的，这个方子也很妙。
平胃散加朴硝方：浓朴、苍术、陈皮（各二钱）、甘草（五分）、朴硝（五钱）。全部用生品，下死胎神妙。朱紫含说：有双胎，一个死一个活的，取蟹爪煎汤服用，能让活着的安稳而让死去的排出。
牛膝汤：治疗胎衣不下。牛膝、木通（各三钱）、当归（二钱）、滑石（四钱）、瞿麦（一钱）、黄葵子（一钱五分）。张心斋说：五六个月坠胎，也有胞衣不下的，用牛膝、官桂、川芎、当归、蒲黄、朴硝、生姜服用。
加味芎归汤：治疗交骨不开，产门不闭。川芎（一钱）、当归（二钱五分）、自死龟板（酥炙一钱，灼过也可以）、妇人头发（烧存性，一钱）。

Lingyang Horn (Antelope Horn), Wujiapi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Chuan Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Yiren (Coicis Semen), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Corpore), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata), Fushen (Poria cum Radix Xylomi), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum).
Dasheng San (Reaching Life Powder): Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium, stir-fried), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, wine-stir-fried), Zisu (Perillae Folium), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (each 1 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared) (each 5 fen), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Corpore) (1.2 qian), Cong (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) (5 leaves). If the fetus is obese, add Huangyangshu Shao (Buxus sinica var. insularis twig tips) 7 pieces. In spring, add Chuanxiong; in summer, add Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix); in autumn and winter, add Shanren (Amomi Fructus Rotundus) and Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus). Cheng Poshi said: "Da" means flourishing and unobstructed growth. Some say: "Da" sounds like "Ta", meaning a young sheep. The *Book of Songs* says: "When the month was full, he was born like a Ta," praising Hou Ji's easy birth. Horses, cattle, sheep, and pigs do not encounter difficulties during parturition; is Heaven particularly harsh towards humans? It is unknown that this is due to improper regulation and care in daily life, and panic at the time of delivery, thus causing humans to be inferior to animals. As husbands, you should understand this and clarify it.
Bianchan Shenfang (Divine Formula for Easy Delivery): Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (1.5 qian), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (each 1.2 qian), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) (1 qian), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, washed with wine) (2 qian), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica) (8 fen), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, stir-fried with ginger juice), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-prepared) (each 7 fen), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, stir-fried) (6 fen), Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared), Chuan Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) (each 5 fen). Take one dose when the pregnancy reaches nine months, and another dose during labor, facilitating delivery and preventing symptoms such as blood syncope, vaginal prolapse, lack of milk, and pain from blood stasis.
Another Formula: For symptoms such as transverse presentation, breech presentation, and obstruction during delivery, this formula is highly effective. Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus), Yimucao (Leonuri Herba) (each 1 qian), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen) (8 fen). Decoct together with good wine and Tongbian (child's urine). If there is generalized spasms, add Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (8 fen) and Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (5 fen). Wu Qiyuan said: For mothers who are chronically blood-deficient, use Danggui (3 qian) and Chuanxiong (2 qian) taken once daily, named Foshou San (Buddha's Hand Powder). It is very effective. If rural areas cannot prepare medicines and sudden transverse or breech presentation occurs, quickly decoct Zheye (Toona Leaf) and drink two cups continuously. If there is no movement after a while, take another cup. After four to five cups, the fetus will likely turn and ascend.
Cuisheng Rushen San (Divine Speedy Birth Powder): Baicaoshuang (Soot from the center of the cauldron), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (not exposed to fire, each ground into powder, equal parts). Take 3 qian per dose, mix with Tongbian (child's urine) and rice vinegar to form a paste, then swallow with boiling water, or decoct with Tongbian and wine and take two doses. Xue Lizhai said: This medicine strongly consolidates blood and prevents blood dryness. It has great efficacy in treating transverse and breech presentations.
Heishen Wan (Black Divine Pill): Guangui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Paojiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (each 1 liang), Heidou (Sojae Semen Nigrum, stir-fried until scorched, skin removed) (3 liang). Grind into powder, take 3 qian per dose with warm wine. Treats fetal death in the womb due to heat pathogens, leading to natural expulsion. Zhu Danxi said: When the fetus receives warmth, it descends; therefore, Ginger and Cinnamon are used, especially suitable in winter.
Cuisheng Huatai Tang (Speedy Birth Slippery Fetus Decoction): Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (1 qian), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Zisu (Perillae Folium), Huashi (Talcum) (each 6 fen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (3 fen), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (5 fen), Bai Fuling (Poria) (7 fen), Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium) (8 fen), Yimucao (Leonuri Herba) (3 qian). For those who cannot take Dasheng San due to lack of Ginseng, this formula is also excellent.
Pingwei San Plus Poxiao Formula (Calm Stomach Powder Plus Mirabilite): Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (each 2 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (5 fen), Poxiao (Natrii Sulfas) (5 qian). All ingredients must be raw. It is miraculous for expelling dead fetuses. Zhu Zihan said: In cases of twins where one is dead and one alive, decoct Crab Claws (Xiezao) in water and drink. It allows the living to remain safe and the dead to be expelled.
Niuxi Tang (Achyranthes Decoction): Treats retained placenta. Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (each 3 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (2 qian), Huashi (Talcum) (4 qian), Qumai (Dianthi Herba) (1 qian), Huangkui Zi (Abutilonis Semen) (1.5 qian). Zhang Xinzhai said: In miscarriages at five or six months, the placenta may also fail to descend. Use Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Guangui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Poxiao (Natrii Sulfas), and Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens).
Jiawei Xionggui Tang (Modified Chuanxiong and Angelica Decoction): Treats failure of the pubic symphysis to open and failure of the birth canal to close. Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome) (1 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (2.5 qian), Zisi Guiban (Carapax Testudinis from a naturally dead turtle, fried with butter 1 qian, or calcined is also acceptable), Funv Toufa (Human Hair, burned to retain properties 1 qian).
Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction): Treats failure of the pubic symphysis to open, prolapse of the intestine, and prolapse of the bladder. Huangqi (Astragali Radix) (1.5 qian), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (8 fen), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) (each 5 fen), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) (each 3 fen).
Shiquan Dabu Tang (Ten Ingredients Great Tonifying Decoction): Treats failure of the birth canal to close. Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex). Removing Rougui yields Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasures Decoction), which treats bladder rupture.
Yulong Tang (Jade Dragon Decoction): Treats uterine prolapse and swelling/pain of the vulva postpartum. Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae).
Danggui Chuanxiong Tang (Angelica and Chuanxiong Decoction): Treats heart pain due to blood stasis postpartum. Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Yanhu (Corydalis Rhizoma), Tao Ren (Persicae Semen), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma). Decoct well, mix with half a cup of Tongbian (child's urine) and half a cup of wine, and take. Jiang Zimei said: Use 1 liang of Yimucao (Leonuri Herba), one bowl of Tongbian (child's urine), and one bowl of water. Decoct and take. It removes filth and prevents stagnation and pain. Wang Jieting said: Recent people often consume brown sugar postpartum to dispel stasis and warm the intestines. They do not know that postpartum spleen and stomach are weak, and sweet substances cause nausea, leading to blood reflux upwards, which is harmful. Cheqianzi Tang (Plantago Seed Decoction): Treats hematuria postpartum. Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Muli (Concha Ostreae), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen).
Huangjuan Tang (Yellow Silk Decoction): Treats bladder injury from childbirth, inability to urinate, and painful dampness. Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix). Another Formula: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome), Qumai (Dianthi Herba), Wangbuliuxing (Vaccariae Semen), Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium). Decoct well, mix with one cup of wine and drink. Gently comb the breasts several times with a wooden comb; the milk ducts will naturally open. Another Wine Formula: Treats low milk supply. Renshen Huangqi Tang (Ginseng and Astragalus Decoction): Treats qi deficiency spontaneous abortion with continuous bleeding. Tiaojing Zhongzi Qixiao Fang (Wonderful Effective Formula for Regulating Menstruation and Conceiving Seeds) (Attached): Dadan Jin (Great Golden Pill), Zhibao Wan (Precious Treasure Pill) are wonderful formulas for regulating menstruation, but difficult to prepare. Dangguishen (Fat and white ones, 1.2 qian), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (2 qian), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, soaked in child's urine for three days, stir-fried with vinegar), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, wine-stir-fried) (each 1 qian), Airon (Artemisiae Argyi Folium processed into floss, stem removed, clean, stir-fried with vinegar), Zhen Guangchenpi (True Guang Chenpi, 7 fen each), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, charred black) (each 3 fen), Bai Fuling (Poria), Danpi (Moutan Cortex, wine-washed), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizome, stir-fried), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome, wine-washed) (each 8 fen), Guangui (Cinnamomi Cortex) (4 fen), Shanyurou (Corni Fructus) (1.2 qian). The above fourteen ingredients, process according to method, add 2 slices of Weijiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum) and 1 Dazao (Jujubae Fructus), 2 bowls of water, decoct to 0.8 bowl. Take on an empty stomach. Decoct the dregs again and take before sleep. Start taking this formula immediately after menstruation ends, one dose per day. After taking four to five doses, no need to continue; conception can occur within ten days. If menstruation is irregular, take five doses per month; after three months, menstruation will regulate and conception will occur.
