治疗精气滑脱、无法自持。（所谓精滑，是因为心火炎上而肾水趋下，导致心肾不交。）
沙苑蒺藜、芡实（蒸）、莲须（各二两）、龙骨（用酥油炙）、牡蛎（用盐水煮一天一夜后研成粉一两）。
将莲子肉研成粉，与上述药物混合制成丸药。
沙苑蒺藜能补肾益精，莲子能交通心肾，牡蛎能清热补水，芡实能固肾补脾，配合莲须和龙骨，都具有涩精秘气的功效。

治疗胃中湿热，渗入膀胱，导致下部浊液不止。（淋病发生在溺窍，属于肝胆部位；浊病发生在精窍，也属于肝胆部位。病因或由湿热引起，或由虚寒引起，大体上是热证多而寒证少。赤色浊液属血，白色浊液属气。有时是由败精或瘀血阻滞尿道，导致疼痛涩滞异常。如果不是热淋，不宜使用治疗淋病的药物。）

Treats seminal emission and spermatorrhea with involuntary loss. (Spermatorrhea refers to the condition where Heart Fire flares upward while Kidney Water sinks downward, resulting in a lack of communication between the Heart and the Kidneys.)
*Shayuan Jili* (Astragali Complanati Semen), *Qianshi* (Euryales Semen, steamed), *Lianxu* (Nelumbinis Stamen) [each 2 liang], *Longgu* (Fossilized Bones, processed with butter), *Muli* (Ostreae Concha, boiled in salt water for one day and night, then powdered) [1 liang].
Powder the *Lianrou* (Nelumbinis Plumula) and mix with the above herbs to form pills.
*Shayuan Jili* tonifies the Kidney and benefits essence; *Lianzi* facilitates communication between the Heart and the Kidneys; *Muli* clears heat and nourishes Yin/Water; *Qianshi* secures the Kidney and tonifies the Spleen. Combined with *Lianxu* and *Longgu*, all these herbs possess the property of astringing essence and consolidating Qi.
Treats deficiency and damage of the Spleen and Kidney, leading to an inability to consolidate and retain, resulting in symptoms such as nocturnal emission, spermatorrhea, and fatigue.
*Tusizi* (Cuscutae Semen, steamed in wine) [5-8 liang], *Lianrou* (Nelumbinis Plumula, heart removed), *Baizhu* (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), *Fuling* (Poria) [each 4 liang], *Duzhong* (Eucommiae Cortex, stir-fried in wine) [3 liang], *Shanyao* (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) [appropriate amount].
Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take orally on an empty stomach with plain warm water.
Treats damp-heat in the Stomach that seeps into the Bladder, causing continuous discharge of turbid fluids from the lower orifices. (Lin syndrome occurs in the urinary orifice and belongs to the Liver and Gallbladder sectors; Zhuo syndrome occurs in the seminal orifice and also belongs to the Liver and Gallbladder sectors. Etiology may be due to damp-heat or deficiency-cold, but generally heat patterns are more common than cold patterns. Red turbidity relates to Blood, white turbidity relates to Qi. It may sometimes be caused by stale semen or blood stasis obstructing the urethra, leading to abnormal pain and astringency. If it is not Heat-Lin, Lin-treating drugs should not be used.)
*Gancao* (Licorice Root, honey-fried) [3 liang], *Zhuling* (Polyporus), *Huanglian* (Coptidis Rhizoma), *Lianxu* (Nelumbinis Stamen) [each 2 liang], *Huangbai* (Phellodendri Cortex), *Yizhiren* (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), *Sharen* (Amomi Fructus Rotundus), *Banxia* (Pinelliae Rhizoma, processed with ginger), *Fuling* (Poria) [1 liang].
Jingzhuo (seminal turbidity) is mostly caused by damp-heat and phlegm-dampness. *Huanglian* drains Heart Fire, and *Huangbai* drains Kidney Fire, thereby clearing heat; *Zhuling* and *Fuling* promote diuresis to remove dampness; *Banxia* resolves phlegm.
Treats seminal emission and leukorrhea with turbid discharge. This formula specifically targets the Heart and Spleen.
*Jinyingzi* (Rosae Laevigatae Fructus, pips removed), *Zaoren* (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried and crushed), *Qianshi* (Euryales Semen, stir-fried), *Shanyao* (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried) [2 qian], *Baizhu* (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, stir-fried), *Fushen* (Poria with Hostwood) [1.5 qian], *Renshen* (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) [1 qian].
Decoct and take orally.
This formula is suitable for chronic seminal emission without fire signs, characterized by non-painful sliding/loss. If there is still a sensation of heat-fire, add *Kushen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) [1-2 qian]. If Qi deficiency is severe, add *Huangqi* (Astragali Radix).
