此是肝肾久虚，热风久痛，其病宜以调理肝肾，此是热泪凝结生翳也。宜服岩电丸、三花五子丸、拨云散。

西江月词：
滑翳为何还值得安定？微微含有黄色而无根基。水银般的白色透出瞳孔遮蔽，拴系住心猿意马（指心神不定）。肝肺风热相互干扰，不疼不痛算是佳兆。服用还睛散是正途，曲调寄寓在《西江月》之下。
这是肝肾风虚，内有热邪不散，五种风热毒邪日久，若不治疗将永远沉沦黑暗。适宜服用拂手散、三花五子丸、岩电丸。

White Yi (opacity) growing on the pupil is incurable; Gao Feng Que Mu (Night Blindness) without blood is incurable.
The characteristic of Lü Feng Yan (Green Wind Eye) is that the pupil appears emerald green;
The characteristic of Wu Feng Yan (Black Wind Eye) is ocular stagnation and dryness with a dilated pupil;
The characteristic of Nei Zhang (Internal Cataract) is immobility of the pupil and complete loss of vision.

Song Ci: Zhegu Tian
Yuan Yi presents as a round opacity in the center of the black pupil, appearing small under bright daylight and dark in dim light. Initially, only the outline is visible without sensation, but eventually, it brings disaster, entangling the eyes. Treat with Bu Gan San (Liver-Nourishing Powder) and Bu Shen Wan (Kidney-Nourishing Pill). If cold-natured medicines are mistakenly administered, the disease will be further aggravated. This condition arises from deficiency and emptiness of the Liver and Kidney. Physicians must seek the cause meticulously and not remain ignorant.
This is a condition of Wind-Deficiency in the Liver and Kidney; when applying eye drops to remove opacities, one should consider avoiding cold medicines. It is suitable to take Wu Zi Wan (Five-Seed Pill), Fu Shou San (Hand-Wiping Powder), Jin Jiu Wan (Brocade Dove Pill), and Yan Dian Wan (Rock Lightning Pill).

Song Ci: Zhegu Tian
Bing Yi is solid and hard like frozen ice; whether observed in shade or sunlight, tears flow profusely. A white membrane invades the interior of the eye at all times, causing unbearable pain and bitter suffering. Treat with Tong Gan San (Liver-Penetrating Powder) and regulate the Heart [region/meridian]; this is named Dan Qi Ku Gan Chan (Gallbladder Qi suffering from Liver Qi entanglement). A good physician uses medicine without error or fear, restoring brightness to the eyes better than before.
This is due to long-term deficiency of the Liver and Kidney, with persistent Wind-Heat causing chronic pain. The treatment should focus on regulating the Liver and Kidney; this is an opacity generated by the coagulation of hot tears. It is suitable to take Yan Dian Wan (Rock Lightning Pill), San Hua Wu Zi Wan (Three-Flowers Five-Seed Pill), and Bo Yun San (Cloud-Dispelling Powder).

Song Ci: Xijiang Yue
Why is Hua Yi still considered stable? It slightly contains yellow color and lacks foundation. White opacity, resembling quicksilver, penetrates and covers the pupil, restraining the restless mind. Liver and Lung Wind-Heat interfere with each other; the absence of pain is auspicious. Taking Huan Jing San (Eye-Recovery Powder) is the correct path; the tune is set to "Xijiang Yue".
This is due to Wind-Deficiency in the Liver and Kidney, with internal Heat failing to dissipate. After prolonged exposure to five types of Wind-Heat toxins, if left untreated, one will sink into eternal darkness.
