Zhang Da Heng Zuo Si was critically ill and wished to resign; after taking this medicine, he recovered immediately!
The suffering of malaria differs from other types of malaria. People generally treat it using drugs like Chang Shan (Dichroa Root) or Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide), inducing vomiting to expel phlegm-rheum. Although relief is achieved, much healthy Qi is damaged. Tan Kui from Kuizhou suffered from malaria for half a year. Previous prescriptions were exhausted without effect. He happened to meet his old friend Mr. Dou Cang Sou, who orally transmitted this prescription, leading to his recovery.

Dou Qian Pan (an official title), named Si Wen, stated that it is extremely effective. For chronic cases lasting years, only two doses are needed; for new cases, one dose suffices. My nephew Fang Tong verified this.

Take one egg white, add about one spoonful of honey, steam over a rice steamer until cooked, and use this mixture to bind the Chang Shan powder into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose on an empty stomach with cold wine on the day the malaria attacks. Avoid hot food for one day; there will be no vomiting or diarrhea. Dou Qian Pan used this himself with success.
