沉香（一两，研成细末，用半斤炼蜜煎煮五到七沸，单独储存备用）、阿魏（一分，用半升酒研磨至完全溶解）、没药（一两，捣碎，用半升酒研磨至完全溶解，倒入阿魏的酒液中）、巴豆霜（一分，用半升酒化开，先放入银器内煮十余沸）、砂仁（一两，用半升酒煮，使其石质化开，倒入巴豆酒液中，熬至像稀糊状，然后加入沉香等三味药，一起熬制成膏，之后加入下列药物粉末）、硫黄（用滴水研磨至极细）、槟榔、木香、胡椒、青皮（去白瓤）、人参（去芦头）、高良姜（水煮六到七沸，晒干）、官桂（各一两）、干姜（三分）、丁香（半两）、朱砂（半两，单独处理）。
除硫黄、朱砂外，先将其他药物研成细末，然后加入硫黄、朱砂两味药研匀，混入前面的膏剂中，放入臼中，杵捣三、两千下，制成丸药。
寒邪侵袭心包，严重的会出现吐酸水，且呕吐有定时。这是郭宅的方子，由王顺伯运使传授。
枯矾（半两）、木贼（半两，去根）、人参（一分，去芦头）。
以上药物研成细末，用醋汤调服，用酒服也可以。
治疗急心痛，神效无比，名为立应散。

以上两味药研成细末，每次取一钱半，用一杯茶脚的醋调匀，用滚开的热水冲入半盏，连同药渣一起急服，效果神奇！
Prescription of Ren Heqing, Magistrate.
Grind *Cinnamomi Cortex* (Guixin) into powder, take with plain boiled water; decocting with wine is even better, or simply mix with liquid.
Another prescription: Take *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui) and *Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma* (Liangjiang), grind them into fine powder, and decoct for oral administration.
Yet another prescription, transmitted by Li Deweng, Vice Director.
*Elsholtziae Haplostachys Herba* (Xiangru Ye): According to the *Guangyun*, pronounced "rou"; those growing on rocks with fine needle-like leaves are best. *Foeniculi Fructus* (Huixiang): Stir-fried.
Grind the above two ingredients in equal proportions into fine powder. Take 2–3 qian each time, mixed with warm wine for administration.
This prescription treats deficiency-cold, accumulated cold stagnation, expansion caused by Yin Qi, pain in the heart and abdomen, stabbing pain in both hypochondria, and chest oppression. Its efficacy is miraculous. Guo of Dingzhou gained fame and wealth through this medicine.
*Sappan Lignum* (Chenxiang) (1 liang, ground into fine powder, decocted with half a jin of refined honey for five to seven boils, stored separately); *Asafoetida Resina* (Awei) (1 fen, dissolved completely in half a sheng of wine); *Myrrha Resina* (Moyao) (1 liang, crushed and dissolved completely in half a sheng of wine, added to the Awei wine); *Crotonis Semen Exsiccatum* (Badou Shuang) (1 fen, dissolved in half a sheng of wine, first boiled in a silver vessel for more than ten boils); *Amomi Fructus Rotundus* (Sharen) (1 liang, boiled in half a sheng of wine until the stone-like texture dissolves, added to the Badou wine, simmered until like thin paste, then add the three flavors including Chenxiang, simmer together into an ointment, then add the following powdered medicines); *Sulfur* (Liuhuang) (ground extremely fine with dripping water); *Arecae Semen* (Binglang); *Aucklandiae Radix* (Muxiang); *Piperis Fructus* (Hujiao); *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride* (Qingpi) (remove white pith); *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Renshen) (remove rhizome); *Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma* (Gaoliangjiang) (boiled for six to seven boils, dried in sun); *Cinnamomi Cortex* (Guangui) (each 1 liang); *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (Ganjiang) (3 fen); *Syzygdii Flos* (Dingxiang) (0.5 liang); *Cinnabaris* (Zhusha) (0.5 liang, processed separately).
Except for Liuhuang and Zhusha, first grind all other medicines into fine powder, then mix evenly with the two substances, incorporate into the aforementioned ointment, place in a mortar, and pound three to two thousand times to form pills.
When Cold Evil invades the Pericardium, severe cases may experience vomiting of sour fluid at specific times. This is the prescription from the Guo residence, transmitted by Wang Sunbo, Transport Commissioner.
*Alumen* (Kufan) (0.5 liang); *Equiseti Hiemalis Herba* (Muzei) (0.5 liang, remove roots); *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Renshen) (1 fen, remove rhizome).
Grind the above into fine powder, take with vinegar-infused water; taking with wine is also acceptable.
To treat acute Heart Pain with miraculous effect, named Liying San.
*Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma* (Gaoliangjiang) (1 fen); *Trogopterori Faex* (Wulingzhi) (0.5 liang).
Grind the above two ingredients into fine powder. Take 1.5 qian each time, mix evenly with one tea-foot measure of vinegar, pour half a zhan of boiling water over it, and take immediately with the dregs for miraculous effect!
Another prescription: Burn *Litchi Semen* (Lizhihe) to ash while retaining its properties, grind into fine powder.
Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine. The *Jiyan Fang* records using one qian mixed with vinegar-infused water.
