先以山栀子煎汤，放温，洗净，KT 干以赤焦大油饼炭火上烧存性灰，研细敷之。
又方，大黄（为细末）
上以米醋调敷，或仓卒不能得末，只于新净瓷瓦器上，以醋磨敷亦可。
治破伤风及金刃伤，打扑伤损玉真散，本事必用两方皆有，但人不知。张叔潜知府云，
此方极奇，居官不可阙。予宰清流日，以授直厅，医救欲死者数人，奇甚。
天南星 防风
上等分为细末，破伤风以药敷贴疮口，然后以温酒调下一钱；如牙关紧急，角弓反张，
用药二钱，童子小便调下；或因斗殴相打，内有伤损，以药二钱温酒调下；打伤至死，但心
头微温，以童子小便灌下二钱，并进三服。天南星为防风所制，服之不麻。
又张弥明知府家传，御医李子浓方。
黄蜡（一块，热酒化服，立瘥）
治紧急破伤风神应丸，华宫使方。
半夏（一两半） 草乌头（三两） 巴豆（一两，去壳）
上生用，同为细末。好枣四两，换水煮烂，剥去皮，同药捣成剂，丸如莲子大。紧者，
无灰酒磨一丸；慢者，半丸，吐涎或泻勿疑；轻者，不须服。更审量老幼岁数虚实加减之。
宫使名光祖，向任统制官，尝重伤，服此得效。
或四肢皮肤内，无缘可出，韬光传。
白KT 树根捶碎，细研，酒浸平服，滓罨患处即出，神妙！

将上述药物等分为细末，治疗破伤风时将药粉敷贴在疮口，然后用温酒送服一钱；如果是牙关紧急、角弓反张，用药二钱，用童子小便送服；或者因为斗殴相打，体内有伤损，用药二钱温酒送服；被打至死，只要心头微温，用童子小便灌下二钱，并连服三剂。天南星被防风所制约，服用后不会发麻。
又是张弥明知府家传的，御医李子浓的方子。

以上药物生用，共同研为细末。好枣四两，换水煮烂，剥去皮，同药一起捣成剂型，制成如莲子大小的丸药。病情急重的，无灰酒磨化一丸服用；病情缓慢的，半丸，出现吐涎或腹泻不要怀疑；轻症的，不需要服用。更要审量老幼岁数虚实加减用量。
宫使名叫光祖，先前担任统制官，曾经受重伤，服用此方得到疗效。
或者是四肢皮肤内，无缘无故无法排出（毒素/瘀血），韬光传。

For wounds that have already ulcerated with continuous discharge of pus.
First, decoct Gardenia jasminoides (Shanzhizi) in water, let it cool to a warm temperature, wash the affected area clean, then apply ash from charcoal-burned large oil cakes (Chijiao Dayoubing Tan), which has been retained for its medicinal properties and ground into fine powder, as a topical application.
Another prescription: Rhubarb (Dahuang), ground into fine powder.
Mix with rice vinegar for topical application. If the powder is unavailable in an emergency, one may grind fresh, clean porcelain or tile shards with vinegar on a new, clean ceramic or tile surface and apply the resulting juice topically.
Yuzhen San (Jade True Powder) for treating tetanus (Poshangfeng), cuts from metal blades, and contusions from blows. This formula appears in both *Benshi Fang* and *Bi Yong Fang*, though many are unaware of it. Prefect Zhang Shuqian stated, "This formula is extremely miraculous; it should never be lacking for officials." When I served as Magistrate of Qingliu, I passed this formula to the Zhitings, and physicians used it to save several patients near death. It was remarkably effective.
Arisaema cum Bile (Tiannanxing) and Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng).
Grind equal parts into fine powder. For tetanus, apply the powder directly to the wound, then take 1 qian mixed with warm wine. If there is trismus (lockjaw) or opisthotonos (arched back), take 2 qian mixed with urine from an uncircumcised boy (Tongzi Xiaoyin). For internal injuries due to fighting, take 2 qian mixed with warm wine. If beaten to apparent death but the heart remains slightly warm, administer 2 qian via enema or oral gavage with urine from an uncircumcised boy, followed by three doses. Arisaea is restrained by Saposhnikovia, so ingestion does not cause numbness.
Another prescription from the family tradition of Prefect Zhang Miming, originally from Imperial Physician Li Zinong.
Beeswax (Huangla) (one piece, dissolved in hot wine and taken orally, leading to immediate recovery).
Shenying Wan (Miraculous Efficacy Pill) for urgent tetanus, a formula by Huagongshi.
Pinellia Tuber (Banxia) (1.5 liang), Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root (Caowutou) (3 liang), Croton Seed (Badou) (1 liang, husked).
Use all raw materials, grind together into fine powder. Take 4 liang of good dates, boil in changed water until soft, peel them, and mash together with the medicine to form pills the size of lotus seeds. For severe cases, grind one pill in non-ashy wine and take; for mild cases, half a pill. Do not hesitate if salivation or diarrhea occurs. Mild cases do not require medication. Dosage should be adjusted according to age, constitution, and deficiency/excess patterns.
The Gongshi's name was Guangzu. He previously served as Tongzhi Guan and once suffered severe injury, recovering after taking this formula.
Alternatively, when toxins or blood stasis cannot emerge spontaneously from within the skin of the four limbs, transmitted by Taoguang.
Crush the roots of Bai KT tree, grind finely, soak in wine, and drink evenly. Apply the dregs topically to the affected area to expel the pathogen; this is miraculous!
