不强药毒最急。若热酒食里中者。六七日便死。冷酒食里中者。必经半月。始可知
银银色不异。而病候与着药之状不殊。心疑是毒欲知者。可食鲤鱼。食毕此毒即发
取银含之。可两食顷。出着露下。明旦看银色。若变黑即是药毒。又取熟鸡子去壳
齿KT 鸡子白处。亦出着露下。若齿痕处黑即是也。又觉四大不调。即饮酒空腹食炙鸡炙
豚鸭等。触犯令药发。即治之便瘥。若久未治。毒侵肠胃。难复攻治也。若定知着药毒。而
吐菌子是菌药。此外亦无定色。但小异常耳。又有两种毒药。名当孤草。其着人时。脉浮大
而洪。病发时。恶寒、头痛、干呕、背迫急、口不觉嚼舌。大小便秘涩。面色、眼眶、唇口、
指甲背青是也。又别一种当孤草者。其病发时。口噤而干。舌不能言。咽喉如锥刀刺。胸中
甚热。体胸满闷。不至百日。身体唇口手足。皆青而死。又着乌头毒者。其病发时。咽喉强
而眼睛疼。鼻中闻臭手脚沉重。常呕吐。腹中热闷。唇口青。颜色乍青乍赤。百日乃死。
凡人若色黑骨大肉肥者。皆胃浓则胜毒。若瘦者则胃薄不胜毒也。
凡中药毒及一切毒。皆能变乱与人为害。亦能杀人。但毒有大小。可随所犯而解救之。

用伏龙肝为末。清油调二钱服之。

神农品尝百草，一天之内遇到七十种毒物，以此来辨别药物之间的相得、相反、相恶畏的关系。至于药物有毒无毒，各有相应的炮制和治疗方法。然而，有些药如果不加处理，其毒性甚至超过豆类。验证方法如同在饭中……（原文此处有缺漏或乱码，依上下文意译）……腹中……药汁……
那些有大毒的药物，不可入口、鼻、耳、目，一旦进入就会致人死亡。第一种是钩吻，生长在朱崖。第二种是鸩（一种传说中的毒鸟），又名……（原文缺字）。症状表现为……项强（颈部僵硬）。有的症状像热病流行，有的呕吐，有的腹泻，多伴有剧烈头痛。还有人口齿颜色、舌色发红，面色发青的，都是中了药毒的表现。
民间另有五种不常见的毒药：不强药、蓝药、憔铜药、金药、菌药。这五种药中人，也能致死。起初难以察觉，想要知道是否中毒，初感不适时，就用灰磨洗好的熟银使其洁净，然后用杨枝水漱口，含在口中过夜。第二天早晨吐出来观察，如果银变黑，就是中了“不强药”；银呈青黑色，就是中了“蓝药”；银上有紫色斑点，就是中了“憔铜药”。这三种药中，“不强药”毒性最急，如果在热酒食中中毒，六七天就会死亡；如果在冷酒食中中毒，必须经过半个月才能显现出来。如果银的颜色没有变化，但病症与中其他药毒的症状相似，心中怀疑是中毒想确认，可以吃鲤鱼。吃完后，这种毒就会发作。再取银含在口中，约吃两顿饭的时间，取出放在露水下。第二天早晨看银色，如果变黑，就是药毒。又取熟鸡蛋，去掉蛋壳，用蛋白涂抹牙齿……（原文乱码：KT）……也在露水下放置。如果牙齿印痕处变黑，就是中毒了。又觉得身体四大不调（指地、水、火、风四种元素失衡，泛指身体不适），就饮酒空腹吃烤鸡、烤猪、鸭等食物，触犯令药毒发作，然后进行治疗就能痊愈。如果久治不愈，毒气侵入肠胃，就很难再攻治了。如果确定中了药毒，而吐出的是菌子，那就是中了菌药。此外也没有固定的颜色，只是稍微异常罢了。
又有两种毒药，名叫当孤草。人中了这种毒，脉象浮大而且洪大。发病时，恶寒、头痛、干呕、背部紧迫、口不觉间咬到舌头，大小便便秘涩滞，面色、眼眶、唇口、指甲、背部发青。还有一种当孤草，发病时，牙关紧闭而口干，舌头不能说话，咽喉像被锥刀刺一样疼痛，胸中非常热，身体胸部满闷。不到一百天，身体、唇口、手足都会发青而死。
又有人中了乌头毒，发病时，咽喉僵硬而眼睛疼，鼻子闻到臭味，手脚沉重，经常呕吐，腹中热闷，唇口发青，脸色忽青忽赤，一百天后死亡。
大凡肤色黑、骨骼大、肌肉丰满的人，因为胃气浓厚所以能耐受毒性；如果瘦弱的人，则因为胃气薄弱而不能耐受毒性。
凡是中药毒及一切毒物，都能扰乱人体并造成伤害，也能致人死亡。只是毒有大小之分，可以根据所犯的情况进行解救。如果毒……（原文缺漏）……乍青……治疗……随大……方……
蜂窠散：治疗药毒呕吐之后。
配方：土蜂窠（炒研末一两）、赤小豆、糯米、粟米、蓝实（这四味都生用各二两）、猪苓（去黑皮）、荠（各锉半斤）、马蔺花（干的二两）。以上制成散剂。每次服用三钱匕，温水调下。空腹……一方……入猪粪炒焦。

Common people distinguish five other uncommon poisonous drugs: Buqiang Yao (Strong Drug), Lan Yao (Blue Drug), Qiaotong Yao (Bronze-Scorching Drug), Jin Yao (Gold Drug), and Jun Yao (Mushroom Drug). These five drugs can also be fatal to humans. Initially, it is difficult to detect. To determine if one is poisoned, upon initial discomfort, grind well-washed polished silver with ash until clean, then rinse the mouth and teeth with willow branch water and hold it in the mouth overnight. Spit it out the next morning for observation: if the silver turns black, it is poisoning from Buqiang Yao; if blue-black, it is Lan Yao; if purple-spotted, it is Qiaotong Yao. Another type of Danggu Cao presents with trismus (lockjaw) and dryness, inability to speak, throat pain like needle/stabbing, intense chest heat, chest fullness, and death with bluish discoloration of the body, lips, and extremities within 100 days.
Poisoning from Wutou (Aconitum carmichaelii) presents with stiff throat, eye pain, olfactory hallucinations/heavy limbs, frequent vomiting, abdominal heat/distension, bluish lips/face, alternating cyanosis and erythema, leading to death after 100 days.
Generally, individuals with dark skin, large bones, and abundant muscle have thick Stomach Qi and can tolerate toxins; thin individuals have weak Stomach Qi and cannot tolerate toxins.
