Qi is the domain governed by the Lung. If Lung Qi is deficient and assaulted by wind-cold, the meridians and collaterals become obstructed and stagnant, the airway fails to flow smoothly, resulting in coughing accompanied by sounds. This arises primarily from insufficient Lung Qi.

**Sui Fang: Ziyuan Xingren Decoction (Aster and Apricot Seed Decoction)**
