凡是痘疮毒邪侵入眼睛的情况，是因为患伤寒或时行热病，导致毒气熏蒸眼部。患者感到眼睛干涩疼痛，或者出现片片黄赤色的病变，颜色如同玳瑁色。
上方：真珠散（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗痘疮毒邪侵入眼睛，眼红、干涩、肿胀疼痛，或者长出翳膜并逐渐增大。
配方：真珠末（一分）、琥珀（一分，细研）、朱砂（一分，细研）、羚羊角散（一分）、龙脑（二钱，细研）、决明子（一两，细研）、车前子（一两，细研）。
制法与用法：将上述药物拌均匀。

Preparation and Administration: Dry Lemna Minoris Herba in shade and process into powder. Take 2 qian. Take half of a raw sheep liver, place in a cup, crush with a stick, add half he of water, squeeze out the juice, and mix with the powder to take.
Formula 20: Xiong Zhi Wan (Ligusticum and Immature Bitter Orange Pill) [Source: *Weisheng Jiabao Fang*]

Ingredients: Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, bran-roasted).
Preparation and Administration: Process equal parts into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills. Take 30 pills per dose with tea soup, at any time, continuously until cured.
Alternative Method: Take 2 qian of pig liver, add one zi of Pearl Powder, simmer together, drink warm, after meals.
