用白瓷器末汤煮过。碾极细。以油调涂立效。或用炼银坩埚子捣为细末。调涂之亦可。

以葱白、沙糖二味相等。烂研敷之。痛立止。仍无瘢痕。

初烧汤着。只用醋糟裹之。不痛即止。仓猝中。若得酸醋洗之尤妙。不肿痛。
蛤蜊散（出卫生家宝）治汤荡。火烧疮。
以蛤蜊壳不拘多少。炙焦黄色。捣罗为散。以生油调如膏敷之。如水冷仍无痕。一方用

（附论）
水火之邪致病，应当顺应病势进行引导。被沸水或火焰误伤时，毒热之气正盛，通过通导泄泻的方法可以排出邪气。如果只图暂时缓解疼痛，而不顾根本，并非良策。凡是被火烧伤者，千万不要用冷水淋浇。火疮遇到寒冷，热气会向深处内陷，侵入骨骼，破坏筋骨，难以痊愈。刚被火烧时，急忙靠近火源取暖，并用温水调和药物敷治。
治疗汤火伤的方药：
大黄、黄芩、黄柏、黄连、知母、贝母、乳香、没药、轻粉、甘草、密陀僧、山栀子。
以上药材碾碎。
腊鼠膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火疮，清除热毒，消除瘢痕。
腊月死鼠（带毛的大鼠一只）、研末的丹砂（半两）、琥珀（研细，半两）、乳香（研细）、芦荟（研细）、石螺壳、车螯壳、猪脂各四两。
密封保存，沉入井水中降温。
治疗中暑热油及火烧引起的疼痛（出自《本草》）
用枫树或柳树的白色树皮，烧成粉末外敷。兼治灸疮，效果同样奇妙。
治疗火烧疮，防止感染风邪和水湿，止血祛风（出自《本草》）
用黑色毡布烧成灰，用酒送服二钱。
七珍散，治疗汤火疮，疼痛难忍。
木鳖子（二钱，去油）、大黄、黄连、黄芩、黄柏、郁金（各二两）、栀子仁（三钱）。
以上药材研为细末，少量使用。
如圣散，治疗汤火所伤。
清凉膏（出自《圣惠方》），治疗沸水烫伤和火烧，止痛，解火毒，滋润肌肤，促进生肌。
栀子仁、黄连（去须切段）、白芷（各一分）、生地黄（二两）、葱白（十枚掰开）、黄蜡（半两）、清麻油。
将黄蜡放入铛中，用慢火熬化。
治疗汤火疮（出自《千金方》）
柏白皮、蛇衔草、生地黄、栀子仁、黄芩、苦竹叶（各一分）。
以上药材切碎，用羊脂半斤，煎煮三次。
麻子膏，治疗火烧深入肌肉导致腐烂。
麻子（二合，取仁捣碎）、柏白皮、山栀子（捣碎）、白芷、甘草、柳白皮（各一两）。
以上药材切碎，用猪脂煎制。
治疗沸水烫入肌肉导致腐烂（出自《千金方》）
杏仁、附子（三两）、甘草（一两）、羊脂（五两）、松脂（鸡蛋大小）。
以上药材切碎，用未经过水的纯净猪脂五斤煎制。
四黄散（出自《卫生家宝方》），治疗沸水烫伤和火烧，热疮肿痛。
大黄、黄连、黄柏、黄芩、白芨（各等分）。
以上药材研为粉末，用水调成膏状，用鸡毛蘸涂患处。
冰霜散（出自《济生拔粹方》），治疗火燎损伤，漆热毒伤导致皮肤溃烂，剧烈疼痛。
牡蛎（煅烧）、明朴硝、寒水石（生用）、青黛（各一两）、轻粉（少许）。
以上药材研为细末，先用新汲水调匀，再用油调匀。
黄柏散（出自《危氏方》），治疗汤火伤。
鸡子壳、黄柏皮、朴硝、大黄、寒水石（各等分）。
以上药材研为粉末，用白水调涂，效果极佳。
治疗汤火疮
贯众、大黄、寒水石、知母、黑狗脊（各等分）。
以上药材研为细末，有脓者干撒，无脓者用少量油调敷。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）
连子草、栀子、黄芩、胡粉、柏叶（各一两）。
以上药材研为细末，用羊髓调和至稀稠适度，每日可涂三次，用羽毛涂抹。
止痛膏（出自《圣惠方》），治疗艾灸及汤火损伤，昼夜啼哭呼叫，止痛消瘢。
羊脂、松脂（各二分）、猪膏、蜡（各二分）。
取松脂放入铫中，切碎油脂，嚼碎的蜡放在松明上，片刻后熔化混合。
治疗汤火疮（出自《德生堂》）
用厨房沟渠底部的泥土涂抹。
治疗汤火疮（出自《危氏方》）
黄连、黄柏、轻粉（各等分）、朴硝（少许）。
以上药材研为粉末，加入清油，用盒子盖住，在饭上蒸熟，调涂后立即痊愈。
治火疮方（出自《千金方》）
栀子（四十枚）、白蔹、黄芩（各五两）。
以上药材切碎，用水五升、油一斤共同煎煮，待水分蒸发后，滤去渣滓。
治火烂疮膏（出自《千金方》）
竹叶、甘草（各二两）、柏白皮（四两）。
以上药材切碎，用猪脂一斤半，煎煮“三上三下”（即加热沸腾后离火，反复三次），滤去渣滓，冷却后使用。
神效当归膏（又名白膏方，出自《圣惠方》），治疗汤火伤初起，瘭浆毒蔓延红肿疼痛，毒气壅盛，腐烂化脓。
当归、黄蜡（各一两）、麻油（四两）。
先将油煎炸当归至焦黑，滤去渣滓，加入黄蜡快速搅拌，放冷备用。
柏叶散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火所伤。
柏叶（焙干）、栀子仁（各一两）、胡粉（研细，半两）。
以上药材捣研为粉末，用羊脂五大合，熔化后和药，用木棍搅拌。
赤石脂散（出自《经验良方》），治疗汤火所伤，红肿溃烂热痛。
赤石脂、寒水石、大黄（各等分）。
以上药材研为粉末，用新汲水调匀，涂于伤处。
神圣散，治疗汤火所伤。
杏仁（炒焦）、出衣粉子（炒至黄色）、牛粪（烧成灰）。
以上各等分为细末，用冷水调匀，用羽毛扫涂患处，一次见效。
治疗汤泼火伤（出自《圣惠方》）
黄丹（一分）、黄连末（一钱，微炒）、槟榔（一枚，细锉微炒捣末）。
以上药材研为粉末，混合均匀。先用盐水清洗患处。
止痛散（出自《圣惠方》），治疗火烧疮。
桃胶、松脂、黄柏（各半两）。
以上药材研为细散，用梨汁和生蜜调涂，痊愈。
换肌散（出自《杨氏家藏方》），治疗汤火伤，疼痛难忍。
洗面脚（三两，炒黄色）、柏叶（一两，炒黄色）。
以上药材研为细末，用清麻油调稀，用翎毛蘸药拂拭伤处。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）
嫩树上的楸叶（半斤，湿品）、猫儿毛（一两）、蜡（半两）。
以上用油煎煮前两种药材至焦枯，滤去渣滓，加入蜡使其熔化。
治汤烫方（出自《百一选方》）
韶粉（四两）、腊脂（一斤）。
以上用柳木槌在干净容器中研磨千次，装入净瓶器中收藏，遇到火烫立即敷上，疼痛立止。
止痛膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火所伤，皮肉未破烂，仅感热痛者涂敷。
朴硝（研细，一两）、炉星灰（指炭炉内火势正盛时退去火取出的热灰，放冷后用细绢筛取，三两）。
以上混合均匀，用冷水调匀。
立应膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火所伤，皮肉已破烂者。
生柏叶（焙干，二两）、糯米（焙干，三两）。
以上药材研为细末，用冷水调成糊状，涂于肿处，频繁更换即可痊愈。
龙泉散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火荡烧热肿胀。
井泉石、赤白脂（各等分）。
以上研为细散，用油调涂。
薤叶膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火所伤，热痛者使用，永无瘢痕。
薤叶（半斤，和白用）、赤石脂（各一分）。
以上捣研如泥状，敷于疮上。
新瓦散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火所伤。
新瓦（醋淬二十遍）、使过炼银锅子（捣碎二十遍，各五两）。
以上捣研为散，用生油调敷。
栀子散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗汤火所伤。
栀子仁、白矾灰，上等分。捣罗为散，用黄胶熬膏涂之。又一方用捣碎的薤子涂，立效。

以上不拘多少，合研至桃花色为度，用生油调作膏，湿纸压干摊贴。

The pathogenic factors of fire and water should be guided according to their tendency. When mistakenly injured by boiling water or fire, the toxic heat is intense; conducting and draining the qi can resolve it. Merely seeking temporary relief from pain without addressing the root cause is not an ideal approach. For burns caused by fire, one must never pour cold water over them. If a fire burn encounters cold, the heat will sink deeper into the bones, damaging the bone and sinews, making it difficult to heal. Immediately after being burned by fire, one should urgently seek warmth near a fire source and apply medicines mixed with warm water.
