漆虽然有毒性，但它的性质也有畏惧之物。毒气侵入人体，有的是因为气息相感而致。接触者中，中毒有轻重的区别。轻症表现为面部发痒，进而胸部和手臂出现麻木感，这是乳香（此处指漆毒引起的过敏反应或特定症状描述，原文“乳畏也”语意稍显晦涩，结合上下文理解为漆毒引发的不适反应）的表现。
四和膏方（出自《圣惠方》），治疗全身遍发的漆疮，皮肤红肿疼痛、麻木。
配方：麻油二两，松脂二两，黄蜡一两，桂枝（去除粗皮后研为细末）一两。将上述药材一同熬制成膏状，涂抹患处。
黄松末汤洗方（出自《圣济总录》），治疗漆疮。
配方：黄栌一个，盐二两。用水一斗（约十升），煎煮至五升，滤去药渣，用此药液清洗患处，每日三到五次。

取新鲜柳叶三斤，细细切碎，用水一斗五升，煎煮至七升，待温度适宜时清洗患处，每日三次。老柳树皮效果更佳。

荷叶汤洗方（出自《肘后方》），治疗漆疮。
取干燥荷叶一片，用水一斗，煎煮至三升，清洗后，撒上贯众粉末。如果干燥了，用油调和涂抹。
薤汁涂方（出自《肘后方》），治疗漆疮。
捣取薤白汁液涂抹。煮薤叶水清洗也很好。
地松涂方，治疗漆疮。
用地松一两，捣取汁液二合，加入一分芒硝，调和后涂抹。
鸡子涂方（出自《肘后方》），治疗漆疮。
取鸡蛋黄一枚，涂抹在疮口上，干了就更换。不超过三次即可。

Although lacquer (Qi, toxic sap from the lacquer tree) is toxic, its nature has specific aversions. Poisoning occurs due to the interaction of qi and proximity. Among those exposed, poisoning severity varies. Mild cases manifest as itching starting on the face, followed by numbness in the chest and arms, indicating a reaction to the lacquer toxin.
Sihe Gao Formula (from *Shenghui Fang*), treating widespread lacquer dermatitis with redness, pain, and numbness over the body.
Ingredients: Sesame oil (Mayou) 2 liang, Pine resin (Songzhi) 2 liang, Yellow beeswax (Huangla) 1 liang, Cinnamon twig (Guizhi, removed coarse bark and powdered) 1 liang. Boil all ingredients together until they form an ointment. Apply topically.
Huangsongmo Tang Washing Formula (from *Shengji Zonglu*), treating lacquer dermatitis.
Ingredients: Rhus verniciflua stem/wood (Huanglu) 1 piece, Salt (Yan) 2 liang. Add 1 dou (approx. 10 sheng) of water, boil down to 5 sheng. Strain the dregs and wash the affected area. Use 3 to 5 times daily.
Formula for Treating Lacquer Dermatitis (from *Shenghui Fang*)
Take 3 jin of fresh willow leaves, finely chop them, and add 1.5 dou of water. Boil down to 7 sheng. Wash the affected area when the temperature is suitable. Use three times daily. Old willow bark is particularly effective.
Another Formula (from *Qianjin Fang*)
Wash the lacquer dermatitis with a strong decoction of Shuzha leaves (plant name as per original text). Alternatively, crush the leaves to extract juice and apply it.

Pulverize Qigu grass (Seven-Gu Grass) and apply it as a poultice. Another method suggests mixing Qigu grass with Nitre (Mangxiao). If Nitre is unavailable, Glauber's salt (Puxiao) is best. Applying leeks (Jiu) with heat (ironing/moxibustion-like application) is also effective.

Boil 5 liang of lard (Zhigao), strain, cool, and apply topically.
Xiehuan Tu Formula (from *Zhouhou Fang*), treating lacquer dermatitis.
Extract crab roe (Xiehuan) from crabs and apply to the sores, 3-5 times daily. Alternatively, wash with water; frequent washing is also effective.

Take 1 liang of Sichuan pepper (Shujiao), removing the seeds and closed pods. Boil in 5 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Strain and wash the sores while hot. Afterward, chew raw glutinous rice and apply the paste to the area.
Heye Tang Washing Formula (from *Zhouhou Fang*), treating lacquer dermatitis.
Take one dried lotus leaf (Heye), boil in 1 dou of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Wash the area, then sprinkle Guanzhong powder. If dry, mix with oil and apply.
Xie Zhi Tu Formula (from *Zhouhou Fang*), treating lacquer dermatitis.
Crush scallion bulbs (Xie) to extract juice and apply. Washing with boiled scallion leaves is also good.
Disong Tu Formula, treating lacquer dermatitis.
Take 1 liang of Disong (likely a local herb), crush to extract 2 he of juice. Mix with 1 fen of Nitre (Mangxiao) and apply.
