将栀子仁烧成灰，用麻油调和后封敷在患处，浓度高一些更好。如果已经形成疮疡，则用烧过的白糖灰粉末敷上，干燥后就会痊愈。另一种方法是用熬熟的面粉涂抹。
治疗火疮以消除瘢痕的方子
取赤地利二两，捣碎成末，用生油调和后敷在患处。
治疗汤火疮（出自《肘后方》）
用白胶加水煎煮，使胶的稀稠程度适中，待冷却后涂抹在疮口上。
又一方
取古老且湿润的三角形乌古瓦底部的土，将其研成粉末敷在患处。另一种方法是将这种瓦磨成水浆涂抹。

紫雪（出自《百一选方》）治疗被沸水、热水、火焰烧伤，疼痛难以忍受。或者溃烂，或者成为恶疮。
用松树皮烧成的灰二钱，沥青一分，研成细末，用清油调和后敷贴。湿了就用干粉撒在上面，忌用冷水清洗，每天三次。另一种方法不用……有效。

将柏叶放入臼中，加少量水捣烂如泥状，用冷水调成膏状，敷在受伤处，用布帛系紧固定。两三日后疮口应当收敛，并且能消除瘢痕。如果干燥了就……

用黄柏皮、薄荷花末撒在患处，即愈。另一种方法用黄柏皮研成末撒在患处，立即痊愈。薄荷煎汤涂抹也可以。
治疗烧烫方
用木炭捣碎筛选成粉末，每次用不拘多少，用小油调成稀面糊状，用鸡毛蘸药扫涂患处。
治疗汤火伤
