【附论】
痔疮和漏疮大概是因为寒湿之邪，以及在房事、醉酒或饱食之后感受外邪而引发的。发作时肛门周围肿胀瘙痒，严重时疼痛难以忍受。有的会在多处蔓延生长。
方论中有用熏蒸疗法和使用杀虫药物的，对此不可不仔细考察。
【方剂】
万金丸（出自《圣济总录》）
治疗肠风病，病程长久不愈，疼痛难以忍受的。
安息香、乳香、丁香、木香、沉香（锉碎）、无食子、肉豆蔻、当归、麒麟竭、没药、密陀僧、阿魏（各半两），巴豆（去皮、心、膜，用醋煮），砒霜（与绿豆半两一同研磨，各取三分）。以上药物将乳香、安息香、阿魏、麒麟竭、没药等细细锉碎，加少量水浸泡一夜，次日细研成膏状。其余药物捣碎过筛成粉末，与药膏混合再研磨，制成如米黄色大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，空腹时用冷茶送服。

治疗痔疾，疼痛难以忍受及便血的。
藤子、附子（炮制后去皮脐）、硫黄（研磨）、白矾（烧至汁液流干）、螺皮（炙焦）、枳壳（去瓤，麸炒）、猪牙皂角（醋炙，各半两）。以上药物研为末，用酒煮面糊制作丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十丸，用米饮或酒送下，不限时间。

Hemorrhoids and fistulas generally arise from cold-dampness, or are contracted after sexual intercourse, drunkenness, or overeating. When they manifest, there is swelling and itching around the anus; in severe cases, the pain is unbearable. They may spread to multiple areas.
In medical discussions, fumigation methods and vermifuge drugs are sometimes used; these must be carefully examined.

Treats Changfeng disease (intestinal wind), chronic conditions that do not heal, and unbearable pain.
Anxi Xiang (Benzoin Resin), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Dingxiang (Clove), Muxiang (Costus Root), Chenxiang (Agarwood Wood) (chopped), Wushizi (Chebulic Myrobalan), Roudoukou (Nutmeg), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Qilinjie (Dragon's Blood), Moyao (Myrrh), Miduoseng (Lead Monoxide),awei (Asafoetida) (each 0.5 liang), Badou (Croton Seed) (skin, heart, and membrane removed, boiled in vinegar), Pishuang (Arsenic Trioxide) (mixed with half a liang of Mung Bean and ground together, each taking 3 fen). Take the aforementioned Ruxiang, Anxi Xiang, Awei, Qilinjie, and Moyao, chop them finely, soak in a small amount of water overnight, and grind finely into a paste the next day. Treats old and new hemorrhoid pain, effective as if divine. (First wash with Duxinghu San, then apply Baijin San).
Use Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlefish Bone), remove rough skin, quantity不拘 (unrestricted). Grind into fine powder. Use two to three qian each time. Mix with raw Sesame Oil to form a paste. Apply with a goose feather. Use day and night. Old sores will naturally disappear. This medicine is excellent; it works alone without needing internal medication.
