即起。昔曾有夫妇俱病。因得此方。知其效也。

之类。犯之则药无效矣。数服而愈。
痔漏之病。乃风热湿燥也。以秦艽、当归尾辛温和血凉燥。疏风止痛。桃仁润血。以皂

泻火。乃假枳壳之寒也。桃仁为药入下焦。经又曰在下者引而竭之。多热大便必涩。以大黄

用云台子四两为末。用好酒面糊丸。梧桐子大。每服三十丸至五十丸。温酒送下。日进

用吐出烟虫二枚。炙干捣罗为末。贴满头上。当断脓血贴。五七度瘥。

灸漏法
取葶苈子二合，豆豉一升，混合捣熟做成饼子，大小如大铜钱，厚度约二分。取一枚放在疮孔上，放置艾炷如小指粗细的艾团进行艾灸。
又灸漏法（出自《千金方》）
取捣碎的生商陆根，捻成饼子，厚三分，大小如铜钱，放在漏管上，用艾草在饼上艾灸，干了就更换。灸三四升量的艾绒即可痊愈。

七月七日日出之前，取麻花；五月五日取艾叶，等分，捣制成艾炷，用来灸疮上百壮。

用葫芦壳烧成灰，去除火气，研至极细。清晨用汤药调服。
用砂糖打碎，将样子蘸糖，配合荆芥细末，空腹服用。
干黄蜀葵花、黄柏（去粗皮，蜜炙）、黄丹（飞制）、韶粉（以上四味各半两）、麝香（一钱，另研）。
治疗痔疮漏管有窍道的。
铜绿（另研）、白矾（另研）、密陀僧（另研）、降真香、楮叶（各等分）。将上述药材研为细末，每次取少许……
治疗痔疮。
黄丹（二两，水飞）、黄柏（去粗皮）、黄连（去须，这两味各四两）、白矾（一两，枯制）。将上述药材研为细末，用津液……
血竭（半两，另研）、马兰根（一斤）、川乌头（炮制，去皮，研）、人参（去芦头）、黄丹（二两）、何首乌……三十丸，用盐汤或酒送服贴。
治疗痔疮。
硫黄、密陀僧（碎）。将上述药材同炒至烟尽，细研为末，取少许撒在患处，每天两次使用。
治疗多年的冷性漏疮。
香鼠（一只，烤焦）、麝香（少许，同研）。将上述药材研为细末，和匀，每次取少许，干撒在疮口，先用温水清洗……
自然
治疗痔疮。
鲫鱼（七条，长二寸的）、苜蓿子（三钱）。将上述药材处理，去掉鲫鱼的肠肚，洗净，将苜蓿子均匀放入七条鲫鱼中……调服，空腹……
死老鼠野狼一只，不拘大小，放入砂瓶内，用叶子包定瓶口，再用盐泥密封固定。又用硬炭十斤簇拥加热……热酒调服，空腹服用。如果服药十日之后，用刺皮一枚，烧成灰，细研后加入少许麝香，每次服用一钱，温酒送下。
治疗痔疮漏管正发作时，忽然肛门脱出不止血的，贴上此膏，可永除病根。
用活黄鳝鱼一条，用刀切断其头，将血滴在手掌中，急忙取活蜘蛛一枚，用手指直接在掌中将蜘蛛研碎……
治疗痔疮漏管。
狐骨、不蛀的皂角。将上述药材各等分，切碎，每次服用一两，像烧香一样熏蒸。
寒水石（火烧红后放冷）、白滑石（细研）。将上述药材等分同研匀，用新绵蘸药扑在疮口，频繁使用。
抵圣汤（出自《家藏经验方》）
治疗痔疮漏管。
用踯躅花十文，俗名蜘蛛花，煎汤后加一两滚沸，热入朴硝十文，在滚热的脚桶内，上面用一块板盖住，令密闭，中间穿一个洞，坐上去熏蒸。随即取五文荆芥细研，加入腊茶二钱，点饮尽之。待汤冷却，即起身。过去曾有夫妇二人患病，因得此方，知其有效。
治疗痔疮漏管。
牡蛎烧制，埋入地坑中，去除火气后为末，湿则干撒，干则以津液调敷。曾传给桂真官，用此疗法友刘叶，见效。
治疗痔漏疾并痔疮漏管有脓血，大便干燥坚硬而作疼痛，难以忍受的。
秦艽（一两，去芦）、当归（半两，酒制）、桃仁（一两，汤浸去皮炙）、地榆（三钱）、枳壳（麸炒半两）、皂角仁（一两，烧存性去皮）、泽泻（半两）、白术（半两）。将上述药材同为细末，和桃仁泥子研匀，煎……空腹宿食消尽后服用。待稍后用美膳压住，忌生冷硬物冷水菜之类，以及湿面酒及五辣辛热大葱之类，触犯则药无效。数服而愈。
痔疮漏管的病，乃是风热湿燥所致。以秦艽、当归尾辛温和血凉燥，疏风止痛。桃仁润血，以皂角仁……以泻火，乃假借枳壳之寒也。桃仁作为药物入下焦，经云：在下者引而竭之。多热大便必涩，以大黄泄去之。其精血亦不足，以当归和血，及油润之剂，则大便自然软利也。宜作剂汤给予。这是下焦有热，急治之法。以地榆桃仁和胃，故宿食消尽，空心作丸，服用。
治疗痔疮漏管，每日大便时发作疼痛。如果没有疼痛，就不是痔疮漏管。此药治疗它。
