【附论】
凡是人们长途跋涉于山川之间，不熟悉当地水土环境。人或牲畜饮食不慎，误食有毒之物。平时不知道解毒的方法，大多遭受其害。这难道不是冤枉且横死吗？
然而大圣人早已设立了救治的方法，用来挽救生命。正是因为有些人贪图生存、嗜好药物，却忽视学习这些知识。一旦遇到中毒情况，便只能听天由命，最终竟然不了解解毒的原理。
方剂
解一切毒：止住鼻出血、吐血。祛除烦躁感。
用药王草捣取汁液饮用。经检验有效。这种植物的苗茎呈青色，连叶一起采摘，折断后有乳汁流出。
治沙虱和溪毒（山间溪流中的毒虫或毒素）。
用栗树皮，煎煮汁液服用。
治黄毒，去除心下结块
用甘蓝制作腌菜，经过一夜浸泡后，颜色变黄，加盐食用。
解恶气瘴毒（出自《圣惠方》）
犀角、羚羊角、雄黄、麝香，均用水磨成汁服用，以解除毒性。
解毒丸：治疗大人和小孩的一切诸毒，如呕吐腹泻、神志迷乱欲死，以及季节性疫病引起的惊风积热、山岚瘴气毒等。
配方：管仲、茯苓、黄药子、葛根、生地黄、甘草、大豆、滑石、薄荷、缩砂仁、阴地蕨、芎藭、土马鬃、人参、绿豆粉、寒水石、紫河车、茵陈、益智仁、马勃、草龙胆、山豆根、川百药子、白僵蚕、雄黄、白矾、大黄、青黛（各半两，均生用）。以上药材研为细末，用生蜜制成丸剂，大小如弹子。每次服用一丸，用新汲水化开送服。小儿服用半丸。
又解毒丸（出自《济生拔萃》）：专门善于治疗男子、妇人及小儿的一切积滞不解、停留化为毒邪。症状包括上焦壅塞发热、咽喉不利、口干多渴、伏暑烦闷、霍乱不安，或者山岚瘴气，以及食物毒、酒毒，导致呕吐逆乱不定，游风毒迷，或者昏沉困倦不省人事，虚烦发躁，赤眼口疮。此方能很好地解除四时伤寒之疾，发散瘟疫毒邪之气，以及各地人不服水土引起的一切诸毒，都能解除。常服此药，能补真元、益元气、化毒、除风，神效不可详尽描述。
配方：滑石、黄芩、贯众、茯苓、山栀子、干姜（一作干葛）、草龙胆、大豆、青黛、甘草、薄荷、寒水石（各一两）、益智仁、缩砂仁、大黄、山豆根、生地、桔梗、百药煎、紫河车、粉花（即豆粉）、马勃、板蓝根、黄药子（各半两）。以上药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如弹子。每次服用一丸，用新汲水化开后细细咀嚼，或者含化也可以。小儿服用半丸。如果妇女因血晕不省人事，用生姜加水磨下一丸送服。另一版本无滑石，以青黛为衣。宋仁宗皇帝派人，从内侍省陈头供奉官刘元吉处，将李汉臣进献的解毒保命丹赐给狄青。
保命丹（一名化毒丹，出自《御药院方》）：专门解除各种毒物，如酒毒、山岚瘴毒、果毒、肉毒、面毒、鱼菜毒等，都能治疗。
配方：贯众、茯苓、黄药子、蓝根、干葛、地黄、雄大豆、甘草、滑石、缩砂、阴地蕨、薄荷（各一两，原文此处有缺漏，推测为各一两或类似剂量，依上下文补全逻辑，但按原文提取实体）。以上药材研为细末，炼蜜为丸，大小如弹子，新水化下。
神仙解毒丸（出自《经验良方》）：专门治疗一切诸毒。
配方：青靛花（一斤半）、大黄、山豆根、自然铜、黄药、白药、贯众、楮实子（即构树子）、山栀子。研为极细末。另取厕所窖底砖一块，只用水洗净，不必烧，细研五斤为细末，与前药混合制成丸剂。
太乙追命丸（一名夺命丸，出自《圣惠方》）：专门治疗百病。如果是中恶气，导致心腹胀满，不能喘息，心痛积聚。
配方：蜈蚣（一条）、丹砂、附子（炮裂去皮脐）、矾石、雄黄、藜芦、鬼臼（各一分）、巴豆（适量）。以上药材研为细末。若毒气入耳，可吹入耳中，毒气自出。
鸡肠草散（出自《千金方》）：专门解除各种毒物。
配方：鸡肠草（三分）、荠菜、升麻（各四分）、芍药、当归、粉草（各二分）、分圭（一分）、蓝子（适量）。将药末敷在疮口中，根据疮口深浅让药到达底部。如果有血流出就停止。如果服药去毒，用水服一方寸匕的药末，毒解痛止则痊愈。
神仙解毒万病丸（出自《百一选方》）：解除一切药物毒，以及草菇、菌蕈、金石毒，吃自死马肉、河豚发毒等。
用法：暑热毒上攻，或者误食有毒之物，用东流水磨一粒药灌服。须臾之后会呕吐或腹泻，毒尽则自止。过去有一个女子，长期呕吐排出小虫千余条，其中一条大的挣断为两段，后来只服用此药解毒，也以此救过其他人，无不有效。
配方：文蛤（三两，淡红色者，捶碎洗净，《本草》云五倍子一名文蛤）、红牙大戟（一两，洗净）、山慈菇（二两，洗净）、……（原文此处有缺失，提取可见部分）。端午日制备，具足人员操作。如痈疽发背未破之时，用冷水磨涂痛处，并磨良久觉痒立消。阴阳二毒，伤寒心闷，狂言乱语，昏迷不醒，煎汤服用。涂……阳……筋……其……水……出……之……又……饮……利……北……药……根半……
解毒丸（出自《三因方》）：专门治疗误食毒草，以及百物毒，救人于必死之境。

甘草饮（出自《千金方》）：专门解除鸩毒，以及一切药毒，烦闷不止。
配方：甘草、蜜（各四分）、梁米粉（一升）。以上用水五升，煮甘草取二升，去滓，纳粉汤中，搅令匀调。
解毒散（出自《余居士选奇方》）：不管是毒药，服之虫皆吐出，神效。

Whenever people trek through mountains and rivers, unfamiliar with the local water and soil conditions. Humans or livestock ingest food or drink carelessly, accidentally poisoning themselves. If they do not know the antidotes in advance, they often suffer harm. Is this not an unjust and premature death?
However, the Great Sages long ago established methods to save lives. It is precisely because some people crave life and love medicine but neglect to learn these skills. When they encounter poisoning, they resign themselves to fate, ultimately failing to understand the principles of detoxification.
Prescriptions
**Antidote for All Poisons**: Stops epistaxis (nosebleed) and hematemesis (vomiting blood). Relieves irritability.
Crush the herb *Yao Wang Cao* (Medicine King Grass) and drink the juice. Verified effective. The stems and leaves are green; harvest them together with leaves; milky sap flows out when broken.
**Treating Sand Leeches and Stream Poison**:
Decoct bark of chestnut tree (*Castanea mollissima*) and drink the juice.
**Repelling Stream Poison**:
Raise white geese to prevent stream poison.
**Treating Yellow Poison and Removing Subcardiac Knots**:
Make pickled cabbage from *Brassica oleracea* var. *capitata* f. *albocapitata* (Green Cabbage), soak it overnight until yellow, add salt, and eat.
**Treating Stream Poison**:
Crush *Tian Luo Le* (a type of plant) and apply externally to the affected area.
**Resolving Miasmic Toxic Qi** (from *Sheng Hui Fang*):
Grind rhinoceros horn (*Rhinocerotis Cornu*), antelope horn (*Saiga Tataricae Cornu*), realgar (*Realgar*), and musk (*Moschus*) with water into a liquid and ingest to resolve toxicity.
**Jiedu Wan (Detoxification Pill)**: Treats all kinds of poisons in adults and children, such as vomiting and diarrhea, delirium bordering on death, seasonal epidemic heat accumulation causing convulsions, and mountain miasma toxins.

Symptoms include upper jiao heat congestion, throat discomfort, dry mouth and thirst, summer-heat oppression, cholera-like restlessness, mountain miasma, food or alcohol poisoning, persistent vomiting, wandering wind toxin confusion, coma, false heat irritability, red eyes, mouth ulcers. It effectively resolves four-season cold damage, disperses plague toxic qi, and resolves all poisons caused by acclimatization issues. Regular use tonifies true qi, transforms toxins, and expels wind.
Ingredients: *Hua Shi*, *Huang Qin*, *Guan Zhong*, *Fu Ling*, *Shan Zhi Zi*, *Gan Jiang* (or *Gan Ge*), *Cao Long Dan*, *Da Dou*, *Qing Dai*, *Gan Cao*, *Bo He*, *Han Shui Shi* (each 1 liang), *Yi Zhi Ren*, *Suo Sha Ren*, *Da Huang*, *Shan Dou Gen*, *Sheng Di*, *Jie Geng*, *Bai Yao Jian*, *Zi He Che*, *Fen Hua* (soybean starch), *Ma Bo*, *Ban Lan Gen*, *Huang Yao Zi* (each half liang). Grind into fine powder, form pills with refined honey, size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, chew slowly after dissolving in fresh water, or hold in mouth to dissolve. Children take half a pill. For women with blood syncope and coma, grind one pill with ginger juice and water. Another version excludes *Hua Shi* and coats with *Qing Dai*. Emperor Renzong sent officials to obtain Li Hanchen's submitted *Jiedu Baoming Dan* from Liu Yuanji and bestowed it upon Di Qing.
**Baoming Dan** (also known as Huadu Dan, from *Yuyao Yuan Fang*): Specifically resolves various toxins including alcohol, mountain miasma, fruit, meat, flour, fish, and vegetable poisons.
Ingredients: *Guan Zhong*, *Fu Ling*, *Huang Yao Zi*, *Lan Gen*, *Gan Ge*, *Di Huang*, *Xiong Da Dou*, *Gan Cao*, *Hua Shi*, *Suo Sha*, *Yin Di Jue*, *Bo He*. Grind into powder, form pills with honey.
**Shenxian Jiedu Wan** (from *Jingyan Liangfang*): Specifically treats all kinds of poisons.
Ingredients: *Qing Dian Hua* (1.5 jin), *Da Huang*, *Shan Dou Gen*, *Ziran Tong*, *Huang Yao*, *Bai Yao*, *Guan Zhong*, *Chu Shi Zi* (Cudrania fructus), *Shan Zhi Zi*. Grind into extremely fine powder. Also grind 5 jin of bricks from the bottom of a latrine pit (washed clean, not fired) into fine powder, mix with the above herbs to form pills.
**Taiyi Zhuming Wan** (also known as Duoming Wan, from *Sheng Hui Fang*): Specifically treats hundred diseases. If poisoned by evil qi causing abdominal distension, inability to breathe, heart pain, and accumulations.
Ingredients: Centipede (1 piece), *Dan Sha* (Cinnabar), *Fu Zi* (processed Aconite lateral root), *Fan Shi* (Alum), *Xiong Huang*, *Li Lu*, *Gui Jiu* (each 1 fen), *Ba Dou* (Croton seed). Grind into powder. If toxin enters the ear, blow powder into ear to expel toxin.
**Jichangcao San** (from *Qianjin Fang*): Specifically resolves all poisons.
Ingredients: *Ji Chang Cao* (3 fen), Shepherd's Purse (*She Chuang Zi* or similar context implies *Ji Xu*?), *Sheng Ma* (4 fen), *Shao Yao*, *Dang Gui*, *Fen Cao* (2 fen), *Fen Gui* (1 fen), *Lan Zi*. Apply powder to wound depth. If bleeding occurs, stop. To internalize detoxification, take 1 cun bi of powder with water; pain stops when toxin is resolved.
**Shenxian Jiedu Wanbing Wan** (from *Bai Yi Xuan Fang*): Resolves drug poisons, mushroom/toadstool poisons, mineral poisons, self-dead horse meat, pufferfish toxin.
Usage: For summer heat toxin attacking upward, or accidental ingestion of toxic substances, grind one pill with east-flowing water and administer. Vomiting or diarrhea will occur shortly, stopping when toxin is exhausted. Historical case: A woman expelled over a thousand small worms, one large worm split in two; later cured by this pill alone.
Ingredients: *Wen Ge* (3 liang, light red, crushed and washed; also known as *Wu Bei Zi*), *Hong Ya Da Ji* (1 liang, washed), *Shan Ci Gu* (2 liang, washed). Prepare during Dragon Boat Festival. For carbuncles/back sores not yet ruptured, grind with cold water and apply to painful area; itching subsides immediately. For yin/yang dual toxins, cold damage with chest oppression, delirium, coma, decoct and drink.
**Jiedu Wan** (from *San Yin Fang*): Specifically treats accidental ingestion of toxic herbs and hundred other toxins, saving lives from certain death.
Ingredients: *Ban Lan* (4 liang, dried, washed, sun-dried), *Guan Zhong* (1 liang, trimmed), *Qing Dai* (ground), *Gan Cao* (raw, each 1 liang). Grind into powder, form pills with honey.
**Gancao Yin** (from *Qianjin Fang*): Specifically resolves zhen (poisonous bird) toxin and all drug poisons, relieving persistent oppression.
Ingredients: *Gan Cao*, Honey (each 4 fen), *Liang Mi Fen* (1 sheng). Decoct *Gan Cao* in 5 sheng of water to reduce to 2 sheng, strain, mix with starch paste, stir well.
**Jiedu San** (from *Yu Jushi Xuanqi Fang*): Effective for any poison, expels worms.
Ingredients: *Shi Chang Pu*, *Bai Fan*, equal parts ground. Mix 2 qian with fresh water. Effective within two doses. Alternative: mix with licorice decoction.
**Qing Dai Xiong Huang San** (from *Yifang Dacheng*): For early signs of poisoning, snake/insect bites, or initial abscesses. Prevents toxin aggregation.
Ingredients: High-quality *Qing Dai*, *Xiong Huang* (equal parts). Grind fine, mix 2 qian with fresh water.
**Shacao You Fang**: Treats ingested toxins and malignant sores.
Ingredients: *Peng Sha* (4 liang), *Gan Cao* (4 liang). Soak in 1 jin of pure sesame oil in a porcelain jar. In emergencies, drink a small cup of oil for immediate effect.
**Er Teng Jiu** (from *Sheng Hui Fang*): Specifically resolves abdominal toxins and all poisons.
Ingredients: *Du Lin Teng*, *Huang Teng* (cut into 3-cun pieces). Steep in 3 sheng of wine in a sealed jar, slow fire...
Prefect Bian often said: Lingnan locals use common items for detoxification. Fearing others would learn the method, they claimed it required "three hundred oxen." After staying long and befriending locals, Bian learned the truth. Before eating, chew one inch of roasted licorice to induce vomiting if necessary. Then decoct *Du Lin Teng* and *Huang Teng* in wine and drink warm. Regular use expels toxins via urine. These vines are very fine, known as "three hundred taels of silver medicine." People also carry licorice for emergencies.
**Formula for Rapid Vomiting in Acute Poisoning** (from *Sheng Hui Fang*): For poisoning causing chest oppression, stabbing pain.
Ingredients: Raw *Xi Jiao* (Rhinoceros Horn), Raw *Dai Mao* (Trionycis Carapax) (each 1 fen). Grind fine, mix 1 qian with fresh water. Drink frequently until vomiting occurs.
**Treating Abdominal Poisoning Incurable by Other Means** (and Horse Sweat Formula):
Stir-fry and grind 1 liang of fresh *Ting Li Zi* (Lepidii Semen). Soak in 1 sheng of hot water and drink to expel bad blood.
**Antidote for All Poisons** (from *Qianjin Fang*):
Ingest pig feces mixed with water. Alternative: mix rice flour with 3 sheng 2 he of water and drink. Both effective.
**Treating Fever and Oppression from Various Poisons, and Heat Flour Poison**:
Decoct goji leaf (*Gou Qi Ye*) juice to resolve.
**Antidote for Various Poisons**:
Eat raw olives (*Gan Lan*) or decoct and drink. Effective for olive poisoning. If confused by eating mackerel liver, drink its juice for immediate cure.
**Treating All Poisons** (from *Sheng Hui Fang*):
Decoct 4 liang of *Liao Lan Shi* (Polygoni Tinctorii Fructus) and 4 liang of *Bai Hua Teng* (or wild ginseng *Ye Ge*) in 7 sheng water and 1 sheng wine. Drink on empty stomach. Mild dizziness is normal. Alternatively, grind dry indigo (*Gan Lan*) powder and take.
**Acute "Ghost Strike" Poison**:
Mix millet flour with water and drink. Also treats heat, abdominal pain, epistaxis; decoct and drink.
**Treating Toxin Swelling/Pain in Hands/Feet and Lower Body Sores** (from *Zhou Hou Fang*):
Decoct zelkova bark (*Ju Pi*) and oak bark (*Hu Pi*) to syrup consistency. Decoct birch bark (*Hua Pi*) strongly, squeeze juice, and drink.
**Treating Insect/Snake Poison**:
Drink juice of *Nu Qing* seedling (also called *Que Piao Bai*). Alternative: ingest white goose manure.
**Treating Cold Wind-Toxin in Lower Body**:
Take one single-clove garlic (*Hu*), grind with realgar and almond, form pills. Take 3 pills on empty stomach with water. Sit quietly; sweating indicates cure for ghost qi.
**Treating Poison from Horse Skin/Bone Splinters** (from *De Sheng Tang*):
Apply horse abdominal feces/manure to wound after washing. Juice extracted and drunk is also effective.
**Treating Lacquer Poison**:
Drink iron slurry (*Tie Jiang*), *Huang Lu* juice, or *Gan Dou Tang*. Eating crab can also treat it.

Dry and powder *Chi Bai Di Jin Cao* (Alternanthera philoxeroides). Take 1 qian with rice water. Immediate effect.
**Treating Zhen Poison with Approaching Death** (from *Shi Bian Liang Fang*):
Mix 3 he of kudzu starch (*Ge Fen*) with 3 cups of water and drink. If jaw is clenched, pry open and pour in. Ge's formula uses only starch.

Grind good ink into powder, bind with egg white into pills size of wu seeds. Take 30 pills with *Sheng Di Huang* juice. Repeat after walking five li.
