服。或用梧桐子油煎豆腐。食后吐痰净。用此药妙。
乌麻地黄酒 治风虚补不足。除百病。已试大效。
婆蒿根酒（出自《直指方》）治疗风邪夹杂湿邪停滞。表现为手足无法抬起，筋脉关节拘挛疼痛。此方先用于通关开窍。
全蝎（七个，在新瓦上微炒后研成粉末） 麝香（一钱） 以上药材用三盏酒，空腹调匀一次服下。如果感觉病邪已透发则停止服用。
若未透发，次日再制作一剂。然而病邪未尽除，此后专门使用婆蒿根洗净切碎，用酒煎煮，每日服用两次，效果极佳。
中丹（出自《杨氏家藏方》）治疗中风瘫痪、元气不足，以及一切危重虚弱的疾病。具有补益虚损、滋养营卫的作用。
好盆唇砒（四两，分成十块，先用八两出山铅在干锅中熔化成汁，用铁钳夹住每一块砒霜投入铅汁中，等待完全融化后用铁棍搅拌至极均匀，取出锅子外冷却自然分开，去掉铅不用，保留如琥珀色的砒） 辰砂（四两） 以上药材研磨均匀。放入砂盒中密封固济，在灰池中以顶火煅烧七日七夜，待冷却后打开盒子取出药物，再次研磨均匀。用活火在饭中蒸至成汁，直等到砒烟散尽，待冷却后取出药物细研。用稀糯米粥做成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用一粒，空腹时温酒或盐汤送服均可。临服药前将一粒药在大火上烧炙，待冷却后服用。凡是老人身体倦怠，饮酒不进，服用几粒便觉得气力壮实，食欲改善，百病皆愈。

在五月五日午时，从干燥地面割取苍耳叶，洗净晒干，捣碎过筛。用酒或浆水送服一方寸匕，每日三次制成散剂。如果出现呕吐逆反，可用蜜调和做成丸药，服用十丸，剂量相当于前方寸匕的数量。风邪轻浅容易治疗的，每日服用两次。如果身体有风邪，都会出现鸡皮疙瘩，或者像麻豆粒一样的疹子，这是风毒排出的表现。可以用铍针刺破排出，直到流出黄色液体为止。五月五日多采集阴干，存放在大瓮中，随时取用。这种草可以辟除恶气，如果想要看病探视病人，可以先服用它，让人无所畏惧。如果时令气候不和，全家服用。如果患有胃胀满，心烦发热就服用它。并能杀灭肠道寄生虫和痔疮，能促进进食。连续服用一年为佳。七月七日和九月九日也可以采用。另一种方法是用种子，炒香，捣碎去刺使其破碎，浸酒服用，能祛风补益。还有一种方法取嫩叶一石切碎捣烂，和五升麦曲做成块状，放在蒿艾中发酵，二十天后变成曲的样子，取米一斗蒸成饭，看冷暖程度，加入苍耳和麦曲做成三大升来酿酒，密封二十四天成熟。取这种酒时用两层布覆盖，不能完全密封，否则会溢出。又不能和马肉一起吃，空腹温酒服用效果好。
枳茹酒（出自《千金方》，又名枳皮酒）治疗服用其他药物不能痊愈的情况。

天门冬酒（出自《千金方》）治疗五脏六腑大风洞虚，五劳七伤，症结滞气，冷热诸风...（原文缺失）。癫痫恶疾，耳聋头风，四肢拘挛，猥退历节风，万病皆主之。久服延年轻身，齿落更生，发白再黑。
用天门冬汁一斗，渍曲二升令发，以米二斗，准家法酝之。春夏极冷下饭，秋冬温。如人肌酒熟取清服一盏，常令酒气接勿至醉吐。慎生冷、酢滑、猪、鱼、蒜。特忌鲤鱼。亦忌油腻。此是一斗汁法，余一石二石亦准此以为大率。服药十日，觉身体大痒，二十日更大痒，三十日乃渐止。此是风气出去故也。四十日即觉心豁然大快，似有所得。五十日更觉大快，当风坐卧觉风不着人，身中诸风悉尽。用米法，先净淘米，暴坑令干。临欲用时，更别取天门冬汁渍米洒炊之。余汁拌饭取天门冬汁法，净洗天门冬晒干，去水切之，捣压取汁三四遍，令滓干如草乃止。此酒初熟味酸，仍作臭泔腥气，但根据式服之，久停即香美，余酒不及。封四七日佳。凡八月九月即少合，至十月合，拟到来年五月三十日以来，相续服之。春三月亦得合，入四月不得合。服酒时若得散更得力倍，散方如下。以天门冬去心皮，曝干捣作末，以上件酒服方寸匕，每日三次，加至三七匕，久服长生。凡酒亦得服。

治疗诸风，如吐不止用十一味藿香正气散，吐止后服此药。
防风（二两） 南星（二两） 金沸草（一两） 朱砂（少许） 以上药材为末，用无灰酒调服。或用梧桐子油煎豆腐，食后吐痰净，用此药妙。
Bopao Gen Jiu (Decoction of Artemisia Root Wine, from *Zhizhi Fang*) treats wind-dampness stagnation. Manifestations include inability to lift hands and feet, and spasmodic pain in tendons and joints. This formula is first used to unblock the orifices.
Scorpio (Seven pieces, lightly stir-fried on a new tile and ground into powder) Musk (1 qian) Mix the above ingredients with three zhan of wine, take once on an empty stomach. Stop if you feel the pathogen has been expelled.
If not expelled, prepare another dose for the next day. However, if the disease is not completely eliminated, subsequently use only Bopao root, washed, chopped, decocted in wine, taken twice daily, with miraculous effects.
Zhong Dan (from *Yang Shi Jia Zang Fang*) treats stroke paralysis, deficiency of primordial qi, and all critical weak diseases. It tonifies deficiency and nourishes Ying and Wei.
Haopenchun Pi (4 liang, divided into ten pieces; first melt 8 liang of lead from mines in a dry pot, use iron tongs to drop each piece of arsenic into the lead liquid until fully melted, stir extremely evenly with an iron rod, remove from pot and cool naturally until separated, discard the lead, keep the arsenic which resembles amber color) Cinnabar (4 liang) Grind the above ingredients evenly. Place in a clay box, seal tightly, and calcine in an ash pit with top fire for seven days and nights. After cooling, open the box and retrieve the medicine, grind again evenly. Steam over active fire in rice until it becomes liquid, wait until arsenic smoke is completely gone, cool and retrieve the medicine, grind finely. Make pills with thin glutinous rice porridge, size of a chestnut. Take one pill each time, with warm wine or salt water on an empty stomach. Before taking, roast one pill over high fire, let cool before ingestion. For elderly people with physical fatigue and loss of appetite, taking a few pills makes them feel vigorous and improves appetite, curing all diseases.
Machi Gao (Purslane Ointment) Treats thirty-six types of wind, as well as damp tinea capitis (white baldness). Applying the ash externally is also effective. Internally, it prolongs life and brightens eyes.
Portulaca oleracea (One shi, boiled with two shi of water in a cauldron, clarified for later use) Beeswax (3 liang) Decoct into an ointment. It also treats infantile malnutrition dysentery and all wind syndromes. Alternatively, grind finely, chop, and cook with porridge to stop dysentery and treat abdominal pain.
Treat all wind syndromes.
Use Xanthii Fructus (Cang Er Zi) and Sesamum indicum (Ju Sheng/Hu Ma Zi), grind into powder, mix with wine and ingest.
Dou Lin Jiu Method (from *Wei Shi Fang*) Treats all wind syndromes.
Use half sheng of black soybeans, pick and wash clean, stir-fry until smoke appears, soak in three sheng of non-ash wine for one day and night, remove beans and drink the wine. Can also be taken regularly. Sweating indicates recovery, very good.
Cang Er San (from *Qian Jin Fang*) Treats various wind syndromes.
On the noon hour of the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, harvest Xanthium leaves from dry ground, wash and sun-dry, pound and sieve. Take one cun bi with wine or vinegar, make into powder, take three times daily. If vomiting occurs, mix with honey to make pills, take ten pills, equivalent to the previous cun bi amount. For mild wind cases, take twice daily. If wind is present in the body, chicken skin-like eruptions or millet-sized bumps appear, indicating expulsion of wind toxin. Puncture with a pi needle to drain yellow fluid until stopped. Harvest abundantly on the fifth day of the fifth month, dry in shade, store in large jars for future use. This herb wards off evil; if visiting patients, take it first to instill fearlessness. If seasonal qi is discordant, the whole family takes it. For stomach fullness, irritability, and fever, take it. It kills intestinal parasites and hemorrhoids, promotes eating. Taking it for a year is ideal. The seventh day of the seventh month and ninth day of the ninth month are also suitable. Another method uses seeds, stir-fried until fragrant, pounded to remove spines, soaked in wine to dispel wind and tonify. Another method takes one shi of tender leaves, chops and pounds, mixes with five sheng of wheat qu, forms blocks, ferments in mugwort for twenty days until resembling qu, takes one dou of rice steamed into cooked rice, checks temperature, adds Cang Er and wheat qu to ferment three dascengs, seals for twenty-four days until ripe. Cover this wine with double cloth, do not seal completely to prevent overflow. Do not consume with horse meat; warm wine on an empty stomach is excellent.
Zhi Ru Jiu (from *Qian Jin Fang*, also known as Zhi Pi Jiu) Treats conditions where other medicines fail.
Scrape the green part of Zhi Shi (Immature Bitter Orange) to obtain powder, aiming near the heart, yielding five sheng of Ru. Stir-fry over low heat to remove moisture, soak in one dou of wine, warm slightly over low heat to extract flavor, drink according to preference. Highly effective for facial deviation and eye retraction. Good for both slow and acute wind. Another method treats rigid bodies unable to bend or stretch; Zhi树皮 (Zhi bark) can also be used.
Weiling Xian Wan (from *Yu Yao Yuan Fang*) Dispels various winds, unblocks the twelve meridians. This medicine works by evening if taken in the morning, dispersing cold accumulation, pus, and stagnant water in the five zang organs, causing mild bowel movement without diarrhea. Limbs become light and strong, hands and feet warm, feeling cool. A person in Shangzhou suffered from heavy legs unable to touch the ground for ten years without cure.

Weiling Xian (one ingredient, washed and dried), any amount, grind to fine powder, moisten with good wine, place in bamboo tube, seal tightly, steam nine times and sun-dry nine times. Add wine if dry, sun-dry again. Mix with white rice flour to make pills, size of paulownia seeds. Take 20-30 pills each time, with water or wine. Or mix with refined honey. Another method: harvest Weiling Xian on Bingzi or Wusi days in winter, dry in shade for over a month, pound and sieve, mix with warm clear wine and 2 qian bi, take on empty stomach. If patient tolerates medicine poorly, increase to 7 qian bi, reduce if diarrhea exceeds two stools. Stop when cured. It interacts well with other herbs but dislikes tea and noodle soup; use Licorice and Gardenia instead. Another method: use raw, mix with refined honey, take for immediate cure, wonderful.
Si Xian Dan (from *Ru Men Shi Qin*) Treats all wind syndromes. Regular use darkens hair, preserves youth, brightens eyes, and prolongs life.
Harvest Goji leaves on Jia/Yi days in spring, flowers on Bing/Ding days in summer, fruits on Geng/Xin days in autumn, root bark on Ren/Gui days in winter. Grind to fine powder, make pills with Mulberry juice. Take up to 50 pills each time, with clear tea or wine.
Qu Feng Dan (also known as Zi Ping Li Dan) Treats paralysis wind, great wind, all wind syndromes. Also treats podagra (gouty arthritis), trauma injuries, and tetanus.
Lin Lingsu's verse: Born spirit grass has no roots, neither in mountains nor shores. Initially chasing east wind like flying catkins, floating green stems on water surface. One immortal ingredient removes deep ailments. Harvest must be on the fifteenth of the seventh lunar month. Select any paralysis or great wind, even sweat from iron heads. Use purple duckweed as superior grade, spread on bamboo comb, dry over water basin. Pound to fine powder, refine honey to make pills, size of bullet. Take one pill each time, dissolve with Dou Lin Jiu. Take on empty stomach before meals, repeatedly proven effective.
Hugu Jiu (Tiger Bone Wine) Treats various wind syndromes causing weakness, and joint wind with bone/joint soreness.
Wuxian Feng Gao (Five Epilepsy Wind Paste) Extracts phlegm from various wind syndromes miraculously.
Use half jin of good soap pods, remove skin and strings, coat with four liang of honey, roast thoroughly over low heat, crush, soak in hot water for one shichen, rub clean hands to form juice, filter out dregs, simmer slowly into paste. Cool, add a little Musk, mix evenly, spread on cotton paper, dry, cut into square flower shapes. Use 2-3 pieces each time, soak in warm plain water (approx. one small cup). Shortly after, rinse with medicine juice, instill into patient's nose using a thin reed tube. Phlegm and saliva will flow out. When finished, eat one sesame cake. Instill medicine slowly and carefully. Lay patient supine by bed, turn side to facilitate expectoration. Cure upon completion, immediate effect.
Treat all wind in bones.
Fry one jin of donkey hair until yellow, steep in one dou of wine for three days. Drink slowly on empty stomach until drunk, cover with clothes to induce sweating. Repeat next day. Avoid aged grain and noodles.
Li Rou Gu Fang (Fox Meat and Bone Formula) Treats all wind syndromes and wandering wind diseases.
Take fox head ash, administer with wine.
Treat various wind syndromes, malignant sores, wind itching, and scabies.

Use Nanzhu tree, harvest branches and leaves in spring/summer, root bark in autumn/winter. Select, chop finely 5 jin, boil in 5 dou of water over low heat until reduced to 2 dou, strain. Use one da liang of Hong Hua (Safflower), divide into four parts, take one part per da zhan of water, decoct until half remains, take at once. If ineffective, take again.
Tianmendong Jiu (Asparagus Root Wine, from *Qian Jin Fang*) Treats great wind vacuity of five zang and six fu, five labors and seven injuries, pathological qi stagnation, cold and hot wind syndromes... Long-term use prolongs life, lightens body, regrows teeth, turns white hair black.
Use one dou of Tianmendong juice, soak two sheng of yeast to ferment, add two dou of rice, brew according to family method. Serve cold in spring/summer, warm in autumn/winter. When wine is ready, take clear liquid, one zhan each time. Maintain wine qi continuously without getting drunk/vomiting. Avoid raw/cold, sour/slippery, pork, fish, garlic. Specifically avoid carp. Also avoid greasy food. This is the one dou juice method; one or two shi follow the same ratio. After 10 days of medication, feel intense body itching; after 20 days, more intense; stops gradually after 30 days. This is wind pathogen exiting. After 40 days, feel heart wide open and joyful, as if gaining something. After 50 days, feel even better, sitting/lying in wind feels harmless, all internal wind exhausted.
