木香保命丹（出御药院方）治男子妇人体虚腠开中风。牙齿噤。口眼 斜。

足偏枯。四肢拘挛不得屈伸。麻痹不仁。惊痫等病。遍身疼痛。头目昏暗。风入腹内拘
急切痛。体如虫行。心神恍惚。伤风瘴疫。偏正头疼。风病。诸般病冷气。兼治男子妇
人脾胃气虚。或伤冷物心腹大痛。脏腑不调。妇人产前产后中风病。壮热体重。头痛旋
晕欲倒。气闭血涩。月事不行。此药行血调养荣卫。升降阴阳。补益五脏。好饮之人酒
煎服。即发风动气之物不能为患。或中酒痰作。昏倦力乏。饮食减少。一服见效。常服
细嚼。温酒茶清任下。不计时候。如中风加薄荷汤化下。不能咽者灌之。药下立效。若
早晨一服。除诸风。永不患伤寒时气。壮热元阳。理筋骨腿膝之患。化风痰决滞气。温
脾胃进饮食。小儿急慢惊风。薄荷汤下一皂子大。如人才觉痰涎蓄滞。手足急麻。体脚
缓弱。乃是中风之兆。急服此药无不立愈。

凤髓丹 治肝主于筋。肾主于骨。肝肾二脏稍有不足。风寒之气侵之。亦到中夜后
腰背疼痛。转侧不得经结屈伸。不能行步。或左瘫右痪。肢体偏枯。起止不前。阳气衰
绝。阴气大胜。久卧床枕渐渐日深。并皆治之。

将药物捣碎并过筛制成散剂。加入已经研磨好的药物，再次研磨使其均匀。每次服用时，用温酒调服一钱。忌食生冷食物、猪肉、鸡肉、有毒鱼类等。
牛黄清心丸（出自《太平惠民和剂局方》），治疗各种风证导致的肢体弛缓无力、运动障碍。言语蹇涩。心悸健忘。精神恍惚不定。头目眩晕。心中烦闷郁结。痰涎壅盛阻塞。精神昏沉糊涂。又治疗心气不足。神志不宁。惊恐害怕。悲伤忧愁凄惨。虚烦不安。
白芍药 麦门冬（去除心） 黄芩 当归（去除苗） 防风（去除苗） 白术（各一两半） 柴胡 川芎 （炒） 陈皮（去除粗皮） 大豆黄卷 人参（二两七钱半） 甘草（五两） 金箔（一千二百片）。除牛黄、麝香、雄黄、冰片这四种药末外，将其余药物研成细末。加入其余药物混合均匀。用炼蜜和枣膏制作成丸剂。每两药粉制作十丸。用温酒化开送服。
大紫菀丸 治疗偏风、枯风、痫病、暗风、五癫、大风。眉毛头发脱落。肢体麻木不仁。五噎五膈。九种心痛。八种痞闷。五邪失心。有时唱歌有时哭泣像被鬼魂驱使。积聚癖气。黄疸水肿。妇人惊悸病症。脐腹疼痛。疟疾连年不愈。一切风痹不知痛痒。都适宜服用。
紫菀（带茸） 吴茱萸（汤洗七次焙干） 石菖蒲 厚朴（姜制） 柴胡（带茸） 桔梗 皂角（炮制去皮子炒黄） 茯苓（去皮） 官桂 干姜（炮制） 黄连（净选） 槟榔 蜀椒（去目并闭口炒） 巴豆霜 人参 羌活 肉苁蓉（酒浸焙干） 川大黄 当归（切焙干） 陈皮（去白） 防风 麦门冬（去心焙干） 熟地黄（焙干） 汉防己 车前子（炒） 白术 鳖甲（去裙边醋炙各半两） 川乌头（炮制去皮二两半）。以上药物研成细末。加入巴豆霜混合均匀。用炼蜜为粘合剂。捣击千下。用油纸包裹。随时制作成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三丸。用温酒送服。
小排风散（出自《太平圣惠方》），治疗各种风证。
天麻 防风（去芦头） 羌活 桂心 附子（炮裂去皮脐） 白附子（炮裂） 人参（去芦头） 萆薢（锉碎） 白蒺藜（微炒去刺） 朱砂（细研，以上各一两） 川芎 麻黄（去根节） 当归 茯苓 木香 威灵仙（研） 白僵蚕（微炒） 甘菊花 细辛 藁本 白术 槟榔 犀角屑 羚羊角屑 海桐皮（锉碎） 白芷 枳壳（麸炒微黄去瓤） 麝香（细研，以上各半两）。以上药物捣碎过筛制成散剂。加入朱砂、麝香研磨均匀。每次服用时，用温酒调服二钱。忌食生冷、鸡、猪肉。
木香保命丹（出自《御药院方》），治疗男子妇人体虚腠理疏松中风。牙齿紧闭。口眼歪斜。手足偏侧枯痿。四肢拘挛不能屈伸。麻痹不仁。惊痫等病。遍身疼痛。头目昏暗。风邪入腹内拘急刺痛。身体感觉像虫爬行。心神恍惚。伤风瘴疫。偏正头痛。风病。各种冷气病。兼治男子妇人脾胃气虚。或吃冷物导致心腹剧痛。脏腑不调。妇人产前产后中风病。壮热体重。头痛眩晕欲倒。气闭血涩。月经不行。此药能行血调养营卫。升降阴阳。补益五脏。喜欢喝酒的人用酒煎服。即发风动气之物不能成为祸患。或者因饮酒生痰发作。昏倦乏力。饮食减少。服用一次见效。常服细细咀嚼。温酒或茶清任其送下。不分时候。如果中风加薄荷汤化开送服。不能吞咽的灌服。药下立即见效。如果早晨服用一次。祛除各种风邪。永不患伤寒时气。壮元阳。调理筋骨腿膝之患。化解风痰决断滞气。温暖脾胃促进饮食。小儿急慢惊风。薄荷汤下一皂角子大小。只要人才觉得痰涎蓄滞。手足急麻。体脚缓弱。这是中风的征兆。紧急服用此药无不立即痊愈。

凤髓丹 治疗肝主于筋。肾主于骨。肝肾二脏稍有不足。风寒之气侵之。也到半夜后腰背疼痛。转侧不得经结屈伸。不能行步。或左瘫右痪。肢体偏枯。起止不前。阳气衰绝。阴气大胜。久卧床枕渐渐日深。都治疗。

神效黑神丸（出自《太平圣惠方》），治疗各种风证。
雄黄 硫黄 水银（与硫黄结为砂子） 朱砂 金星 矾石 太阴玄精 白石英 紫石英 悉蔺脂 阳起石 曾青 硝石 定粉 黄丹（以上各一两）。以上药物细研。入固济了瓶子内。盖上钻一窍子。盖口以六一泥固济令密。先以文火养一复时。令出阴气尽。以泥塞窍。后以大火烧令通赤。待冷用湿土培瓶子一日。出火毒毕时取出细研。入后药。

抵圣大通丹（出自《太平圣惠方》），治疗各种风证。
硫黄 水银（与硫黄结为沙子） 自然铜 雄黄 朱砂 铅霜 定粉 黄丹 硝石（以上各一两）。以上药物细研。入瓷瓶内。以纸筋盐泥固济。盖上钻一窍子。四边泥令合候极干。用炭火三斤。渐渐逼出阴气令尽。以泥塞窍子令密。用炭火一十斤已来。令通赤。待稍冷。便以湿砂土二三斗罨盖瓶子。勿令透气。一复时取出。向好纸上于湿地摊。以盆盖一宿。出火毒。研令极细。

白花蛇散（出自《和剂局方》），大治各种风证。无论新旧。手足牵引。腰脚缓弱。行步不正。精神昏愦。口面歪斜。言语蹇涩。痰涎壅盛。或筋脉挛急。肌肉顽痹。皮肤瘙痒。骨节烦疼。或痛无常处。游走不定。及风气上攻面浮耳鸣。头痛目眩。下注腰脚痛。腿重肿痒生疮。都适宜服用。

Niuhuang Qingxin Wan (Coralbead Clear Heart Pill, from *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*): Treats various wind syndromes causing flaccidity and paralysis. Speech impediment. Palpitations and forgetfulness. Mental confusion and instability. Dizziness of head and eyes. Chest irritability and depression. Phlegm-saliva obstruction. Mental dullness and confusion. Also treats Heart Qi deficiency. Restless spirit. Fear and terror. Sadness, worry, and misery. Empty irritability.

Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Xionghuang (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), [fried], Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, coarse skin removed), Dadou Huangjuan (Semen Sojae Preparatum), Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng) [2 liang 7 qian half], Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) [5 liang], Jinbo (Lamina Aurii Folium) [1200 pieces]. Excluding Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Shexiang (Moschus), Xionghuang (Realgar), and Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum) which are made into fine powders separately; mix the remaining medicines into fine powder. Combine with refined honey and jujube paste to make pills. Each liang of powder makes 10 pills. Dissolve in warm wine before taking.

Muxiang Baoming Dan (Aucklandia Protecting Life Pill, from *Yuyao Yuan Fang*): Treats men and women with deficient constitution and open pores suffering from wind-stroke. Teeth locked. Mouth and eye deviation. Hemiplegia of hands and feet. Limb spasms unable to flex/extend. Numbness and anesthesia. Convulsions and epilepsy. Whole body pain. Dim vision and hearing. Wind entering abdomen causing cramping and sharp pain. Sensation of insects crawling on body. Mental confusion. Wind-cold and miasma epidemics. Migraine and frontal headache. Wind diseases. Various cold qi diseases. Also treats spleen/stomach Qi deficiency in men and women. Severe heart/abdominal pain from consuming cold foods. Visceral dysfunction. Wind-stroke before/during/after childbirth. High fever and heavy body. Headache and dizziness leading to falling. Qi closure and blood stasis. Amenorrhea. This medicine moves blood, nourishes Ying and Wei. Regulates Yin and Yang. Tonifies the five Zang organs. Alcoholics should decoct with wine. Foods that trigger wind/qi will not cause harm. Or if phlegm arises from alcohol, causing drowsiness, fatigue, and reduced appetite. One dose shows effect. For long-term use, chew finely. Take with warm wine or clear tea at any time. If wind-stroke, dissolve in mint decoction. If unable to swallow, instill. Effect is immediate upon ingestion. If taken once in the morning, it expels all winds, preventing future Taiyang disease and seasonal epidemics. Strengthens Yuan Yang. Treats bone/muscle/knee issues. Resolves wind-phlegm and stagnant qi. Warms spleen/stomach and promotes appetite. For pediatric acute/chronic convulsions, take size of a soap bean with mint decoction. Whenever one feels phlegm accumulation, limb urgency/numbness, or weak legs/feet—these are signs of impending wind-stroke. Urgently take this medicine for immediate recovery.
Muxiang, Baifuzi, Haitongpi, Shanyao, Chijian (Gastrodia), Qianghuo (remove lu-head, raw), Manjingzi (raw, peel off), Gancao (fried in butter until light yellow), Dafangfeng (Angelica Pubescens), Bencao (remove roots/soil), Ganjuhua (clean soil), Weilingxian (water-soak clean soil), Guanzi Gui, Quanxie (fried), Houpo (peel, stir-fry dry in ginger juice), Duzhong (remove rough bark, fry remove silk), Baihuashe (soak in wine 3 days, remove skin/bones, dry, fry), Niuxi (soak in wine, dry), Duhuo, Hugu (soak in wine, butter-fry until焦黄), Danggui (remove lu-head, water-soak, dry), Tianma (separately grind to powder, clean soil), Tiannanxing (boil in starch water 5-7 times), Baizhi [each 1 liang], Shexiang (3 qian, real quality, grind separately), Zhusha (high quality, 1.5 liang). Make into fine powder. Divide medicine into ten parts. Mix one part of Shexiang evenly. Combine with refined honey to make pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, chew finely with wine. Datong Dan (Great Unblocking Pill, from *Wangshi Boji Fang*): Treats paralysis and all wind syndromes. Mouth/eye deviation. Speech impediment. Hand/foot inconvenience.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Dansha (Cinnabar) [these three solid-ground], Shuiyin (Mercurius), Jinyin (Gold/Silver) [these two combined with mercury to form sand], Qiandan (Minium), Hufen (Lead Carbonate), Xiaoshi (Natrii Sulfas), Baifan (Alumen) [these four ground, 2 liang each]. Mix together uniformly. Put into a sealed porcelain bottle. Poke a small hole in the lid. Heat gently. Gradually increase fire. If smoke comes out of the hole, seal with salt mud. Continue heating for another day.
Qianshuang (Plumbum Subacetatum, 2 liang), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, ground, 0.5 liang), Shexiang (Moschus, ground, 1 liang), Yuxie (Lapis Jade), Xijiao (Cornu Rhinocerotis, shaved, 0.5 liang), Wushe (Bungarus multicinctus, one strip, remove skin/bones, roast), Baihuashe (Dinodon rufozonatum, 3 liang, remove skin/bones, roast), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, fried cracked, skin/umbilicus removed, 2 liang), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, ground, 0.5 liang), Gaoliangjiang (Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum), Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batrycinatus, fried, 1 liang each), Tianzhuhuang (Resina Bambusae), Bidengqie (Fructus Piperis Cubebae), Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae), Baifuzi (Rhizoma Typhonii, fried, 2 liang each). Make into powder. Grind together with the previous ten ingredients until uniform. Mix with glutinous rice paste to make pills the size of small bullets. Dry in shade. If newly afflicted, bathe first. Dissolve one pill in Doulin Wine. Chest irritation ceases. Saliva generates. After walking about ten li, drink thin porridge. Sweat will emerge shortly and resolve the condition. Take one pill every three days.

Hemiplegia. Hemiparesis of limbs. Spasm of sinews/vessels. Shoulder/thigh pain. Waist/spine inability to bend/extend. Chest/hypochondriac distension. Irritability, vertigo, deafness. Throat discomfort. Pain like needle pricks from thief-wind. Pain moving within the skin without fixed location. Cold bi-syndrome in limbs feeling like wind blowing. All suitable for taking.

Sorghum rice 2 dou. Brew for 3 nights. Strain. Cook glutinous rice 1 dou. Brew for 3 nights. When medicine is ready, take half he before meals. Twice daily. Wait until rice is fully digested. Then strain, dry, and take as powder.
Loujin Wan (Loujin Pill, from *Heji Jufang*): Treats wind syndromes with restless spirit. Mental confusion. Stiff tongue and slurred speech. Palpitations and irritability. Mouth/eye deviation. Limb dragging. Wind-deficiency vertigo. Dull head/eye pain. Dizziness and sudden falling. Phlegm tide and convulsions. Apoplexy with loss of consciousness. Pediatric convulsions and epilepsy. Make into fine powder. Knead with Shengdihuang paste. Each liang makes 50 pills. Coat with Jinbo. Take one pill per dose, chew finely, take with warm wine. If wind-stroke with phlegm tide and aphasia, severe coma: increase to 3 pills. Mix with natural mint juice and warm wine (half cup). Dissolve and instill. For maintenance, take one pill. Chew with strong Ginseng decoction. Mint decoction is also acceptable. Pediatric dose: size of soap bean, dissolved in mint decoction. Another formula for Great Wind Leprosy: add Lingyangjiao (Cornu Saigae Tataricae) 2 liang.

Make into fine powder. Use wine-boiled wheat flour paste to make pills the size of paulownia seeds.
Shenxiao Heishen Wan (Divine Effect Black God Pill, from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*): Treats all wind syndromes.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Shuiyin (Mercurius) [combined with sulfur to form sand], Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Jinxing (Pyritum?), Fanshi (Alumen), Taiyin Xuanjing (Nigra Selena), Baishiying (Quartzum Album), Zishiying (Quartzum Rubrum), Xilin Zhi (Silumin?), Yangqishi (Orpiment?), Cengqing (Chalcocitum), Xiaoshi (Natrii Sulfas), Dingfen (Cerussa), Huangdan (Minium) [each 1 liang above]. Fine-grind above medicines. Put into sealed bottle. Drill a hole in the lid. Seal lid with Liuyi Mud tightly. First heat gently for one double-hour (2 hours) to exhaust Yin Qi. Seal hole with mud. Then fire strongly until red hot. Cool. Bury bottle in wet earth for one day to remove Fire Toxicity. Take out when done. Fine-grind. Add following medicines.
Wushe Rou (Serpentis Caracoilis, 2 liang, soak in wine, roast light yellow), Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae, 2 liang), Tiannanxing (Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata, 1 liang, fried cracked), Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae, 2 liang, remove root joints), Xijiaoxie (Cornu Rhinocerotis, 1 liang), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 1 liang), Baifuzi (Rhizoma Typhonii, 1 liang, fried cracked), Ganxie (Scorpio, 2 liang, lightly fried), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 1 liang, fine grind), Shexiang (Moschus, 0.5 liang, fine grind), Bailongnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 0.5 liang, fine grind). Crush and sieve into powder. Grind uniformly. Combine with refined honey. Pound 500-700 times. Make pills the size of cherries. Take one pill per dose with Doulin Wine. Avoid pork, chicken, toxic slippery wind-inducing foods.
Disheng Datong Dan (Disheng Great Unblocking Pill, from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*): Treats all wind syndromes.
Liuhuang (Sulfur), Shuiyin (Mercurius) [combined with sulfur to form sand], Ziran Tong (Pyritum), Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Qianshuang (Plumbum Subacetatum), Dingfen (Cerussa), Huangdan (Minium), Xiaoshi (Natrii Sulfas) [each 1 liang above]. Fine-grind above medicines. Put into porcelain bottle. Seal with paper-clay salt mud. Drill a hole in the lid. Seal edges with mud until extremely dry. Use 3 jin charcoal fire. Gradually exhaust Yin Qi. Seal hole tightly with mud. Use over 10 jin charcoal fire. Heat until red hot. Cool slightly. Cover bottle with 2-3 dou wet sandy soil. Do not let air in. After one double-hour, take out. Spread on good paper in wet place. Cover with basin overnight to remove Fire Toxicity. Grind extremely fine.
