白矾散 治马汗入肉。
雄黄 白矾（各等分） 用乌梅三个捶碎。巴豆一个合研为末。以半钱用油调敷患处。
黄丹散 治驴马汗入疮。
白矾（二钱飞过） 黄丹（三钱炒紫色） 上用为细末。涂患处。如干。油调涂。
治马汗入疮疼痛方
用鸡毛烧灰。每服一钱。水调服。一方以酒服方寸匕。
治马汗入疮。毒瓦斯攻痛方
用马鞭上手执处皮。烧灰研细。和猪膏涂疮上。一方马鞭梢烧灰。用猪脂涂疮上。

用醇醪饮。任意令醉。醒必愈。

用干冬瓜烧灰。净洗疮口。搽药在内。一方用冬瓜青皮。阴干为末。敷之。

以马汗中粟子一个。乌梅一个。嚼烂作十丸。每一丸用针挑破疮贴之。绢帛系之。
治马汗入疮。及一切毒入腹。不可疗者。
用葶苈子一两炒研。以水一升浸汤服。取下恶血。
【附论】
各种疮疡尚未痊愈，被马汗浸渍。或者马尾的污垢、马粪尿以及坐着的马皮鞍垫都有毒性。导致人体出现高热、疼痛。
方剂：
砂散 治疗马汗进入疮口的方子。
雄黄（研磨） 硫黄（研磨） 矾石（研磨） 砂（研磨，各一两） 巴豆（二十个，去皮但不出油） 附子（去皮……若疮口闭合。）
姜黄散 治疗马骨刺入肉中的方子。
雄黄 干姜（各半两） 以上捣碎研磨成粉末。调和后敷在刺伤处。
青皮散 治疗驴涎和马汗进入疮口的方子。
冬瓜青皮（阴干） 研为粉末。贴在疮上。另一法挑破疮口敷药。片刻即可消退。
白矾散 治疗马汗进入肌肉。
雄黄 白矾（各等分） 用乌梅三个捶碎，巴豆一个合研成粉末。取半钱用油调匀敷在患处。
黄丹散 治疗驴马汗进入疮口。
白矾（二钱，飞过） 黄丹（三钱，炒至紫色） 以上研为细末。涂在患处。如果干了，用油调匀再涂。
治疗马汗进入疮口疼痛的方子
用鸡毛烧成灰。每次服用一钱。用水调服。另一法用酒送服一方寸匕。
治疗马汗进入疮口，毒气攻冲疼痛的方子
用马鞭上手握处的皮。烧成灰研细。和猪脂涂抹在疮上。另一法用马鞭梢烧成灰。用猪脂涂抹在疮上。
治疗马汗进入疮口肿痛的方子
饮用醇厚的酒，随意让人喝醉。醒来必定痊愈。
治疗马汗进入疮口，全身毒气攻冲的方子
用苋菜水煮热取汁。淋洗疮上。另一法五月午日预先采收效果良好。
治疗马骨所刺毒气攻人的方子
用大麻仁半升。细细研磨。用少量水化开。去渣取汁。每次饮一盏。频频服用。
治疗马骨刺入肉中疼痛的方子
用马齿苋研细。用少量水化开。去渣。每次服用一盏。再用汁液清洗刺伤处。又用小便清洗。
治疗马骨刺入肉中成疮疼痛的方子（出自《圣惠方》）
用小蒜叶细细捣碎。炒暖后涂上。兼用汤淋汁。灌入疮上效果好。
治疗马汗进入疮口，疼痛、毒气攻冲、化脓、心满欲绝者。
用烧粟秆作成的灰。煮浓后淋洗疮口。一会儿。白沫出尽。即痊愈。白沫就是毒气。
治疗马汗进入疮口，肿胀逐渐加重，应当紧急治疗。迟则毒深难治。（出自《肘后方》）
用川生乌头末。敷在疮口。良久黄水流出。立即痊愈。

[Supplementary Discussion]
When various sores (sores) have not yet healed, they are soaked by horse sweat. Or the dirt from the horse's tail, horse manure and urine, as well as the leather saddle pads used for riding, all possess toxicity. This causes the body to experience high fever (Zhuang Re) and pain.
Formulas:
Sha San (Sand Powder) - A formula for treating horse sweat entering sores.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Fanshi (Alum), Sha (Sand) [each ground, one tael], Badou (Croton Seed) [twenty kernels, skin removed but oil not extracted], Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateral Root) [skin removed... If the sore orifice has closed.]
Jianghuang San (Turmeric Powder) - A formula for treating horse bone splinters piercing flesh.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) [each half a tael]. The above are pounded and ground into powder. Mix with an appropriate vehicle and apply to the site of the splinter.
Qingpi San (Green Peel Powder) - A formula for treating donkey saliva and horse sweat entering sores.
Donggua Qingpi (Green Peel of Winter Melon) [dried in shade]. Grind into powder. Apply to the sore. Another method involves puncturing the sore orifice before applying; it subsides shortly after.
Baifan San (White Alum Powder) - For treating horse sweat penetrating muscle.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Baifan (White Alum) [equal parts]. Crush three Wumei (Mume Fruit) and grind together with one Badou (Croton Seed) into powder. Take half a qian, mix with oil, and apply to the affected area.
Huandan San (Yellow Lead Powder) - For treating donkey and horse sweat entering sores.
Baifan (White Alum) [two qian, purified by sublimation/flying], Huandan (Lead Tetroxide) [three qian, stir-fried until purple]. Grind the above into fine powder. Apply to the affected area. If dry, mix with oil and reapply.
Formula for treating pain caused by horse sweat entering sores:
Burn chicken feathers to ash. Take one qian per dose, mixed with water. Another method is to take with wine using a cunbi measure.
Formula for treating pain caused by horse sweat entering sores with toxic qi attacking:
Take the skin from the part of the horse whip held by hand. Burn to ash, grind finely. Mix with pig fat (Zhugao) and apply to the sore. Another method uses the tip of the horse whip burned to ash, applied with pig lard (Zhizhi).
Formula for treating swelling and pain caused by horse sweat entering sores:
Drink strong wine until intoxicated at will. Recovery is certain upon waking.
Formula for treating systemic toxic qi attack caused by horse sweat entering sores:
Boil Amaranthus leaves (Xiancai) in water, take the hot juice. Pour over the sore. Another method states that harvesting on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month yields better results.
Formula for treating horse sweat entering sores:
Use the red part of Duanshi (Calcined Alumen), grind finely. Apply a small amount to the sore.
Formula for treating toxic qi attack from horse bone splinters:
Take half a sheng of Dama Ren (Hemp Seed). Grind finely. Dissolve with a small amount of water. Strain to obtain the juice. Drink one zhan per dose, taking frequently.
Formula for treating pain from horse bone splinters in flesh:
Grind Machixian (Purslane) finely. Dissolve with a small amount of water. Strain. Drink one zhan per dose. Also wash the splintered area with the juice. Wash again with urine.
Formula for treating sores and pain from horse bone splinters in flesh (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Finely crush Xiao Suan Ye (Garlic Leaves). Stir-fry until warm and apply. Also pour hot liquid over the sore; this is effective.
For treating horse sweat entering sores with pain, toxic qi attack, suppuration, and a sensation of fullness in the heart leading to despair:
Burn millet stalks to ash. Boil thickly and pour over the sore. Soon, white foam will emerge completely, indicating recovery. The white foam represents the toxic qi.
For treating horse sweat entering sores where swelling gradually worsens, urgent treatment is required. Delay leads to deep-seated toxicity which is difficult to manage (from *Zhouhou Fang*):
Apply Chuan Sheng Wutou (Raw Sichuan Aconite) powder to the sore orifice. After some time, yellow fluid will discharge, and immediate recovery occurs.
For treating horse sweat and hair entering sores, causing swelling and pain that penetrates the abdomen and harms the person (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Soak the painful area in well water (Jinghua). Cold water is also acceptable. Drink good wine multiple times to achieve recovery. Also apply Duanshi (Calcined Alumen).
For treating horse sweat entering muscle, with toxic qi manifesting as a red line (from *Haishang Mingfang*):
Crush Wumei (Mume Fruit) including the pit into a paste/powder. Mix with first vinegar to form a paste. First pierce the sore orifice with a needle. Allow purple blood to flow until red blood appears. Wipe with silk.
For treating horse blood entering sores, and treating wounds from horse bites which are toxic, hot, painful, and chronic (from *Qianjin Fang*):
Apply menstrual blood from a woman.
For treating donkey saliva and horse sweat entering sores (from *Chuanxin Shi Yong Fang*):
Remove the heart center of Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), grind into powder. Mix with wine and apply.
For treating horse blood entering sores (from *Qianjin Fang*):
Consume human feces the size of a chicken egg. Then apply feces to the sore.
For treating injury to the hand by bones from a skinned dead horse, with toxic qi attack nearing death (from *Qianjin Fang*):
Apply feces from the belly of the dead horse. It heals immediately. Use dried horse manure alone. Powder the wound hole to the size of the sore orifice. First wash with horse urine. Highly effective.
For treating horse venom sores (from *Bencao*):
Crush Jinc Cai (Violet Herb) to extract juice. Wash and drink.
Another Formula (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Apply mud made from human feces. Also crush and apply Machixian (Purslane). Another method burns the dried herb to ash and applies it to the sore. Also wash the sore with horse manure juice. Very good.
For treating donkey saliva and horse sweat entering sores (from *Chuanxin Shi Yong Fang*):
Apply head dandruff (Tougou) mixed with wall earth.
Another Formula (from *Chuanxin Shi Yong Fang*):
Mix Wumei Rou (Mume Flesh) and Huandan (Lead Tetroxide) in equal parts into powder. Mix with saliva and apply. Also drink a bowl of Dan Dou Chi (Prepared Soybean) juice.
For treating donkey saliva and horse sweat entering human muscle (from *Chuanxin Shi Yong Fang*):
Burn donkey mane to ash. Puncture the area where sweat entered until bleeding occurs. Then mix with sesame oil and apply.
For treating pain from horse sweat entering human sores (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Make soup from cooked soybeans (Zhu Chi). Soak while hot. Replace when cool.
For treating horse sweat and hair entering human sores, causing severe swelling and pain nearing death (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Use boiling water appropriately. Soak and wash. Seek recovery.
For treating horse sweat entering sores (from *Qianjin Fang*):
Apply earwax from a donkey. Also effective for horse blood entering sores.
For treating toxic qi attack from horse bone injuries nearing death (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Squeeze horse manure to drink the juice. Effective immediately. Also burn to powder, mix with water, take two qian, four to five times daily.
For treating pain near death from horse bone splinters and horse blood entering the body, causing toxicity in old sores (from *Shenghui Fang*):
Soak alternately with hot ash juice. Keep it hot. Do this all day. Change when cold. Recover in a few days. If there is heart pain and the sore swelling does not subside, use heated stone moxibustion/warming (Zhi Shi Yun).
For treating horse blood entering sores:
Chew millet until mushy. Apply.
For treating pain near death from horse bone splinters and horse blood entering old sores:
Soak Machixian (Purslane) in wine. Drink sparingly.
For treating donkey saliva and horse sweat entering sores (from *Chuanxin Shi Yong Fang*):
Burn dried winter melon to ash. Cleanly wash the sore orifice. Apply medicine inside. Another method uses green peel of winter melon, dried in shade, ground to powder, and applied.
For treating donkey saliva and horse sweat entering sores:
Take one millet-sized particle from horse sweat and one Wumei (Mume Fruit). Chew thoroughly to make ten pills. For each pill, pierce the sore with a needle, apply the pill, and tie with silk cloth.
For treating horse sweat entering sores, and any poison entering the abdomen that is untreatable:
Take Tinglizi (Lepidium Seed), one tael, stir-fried and ground. Soak in one sheng of water, make a decoction, and drink. Expels evil blood.
