（东垣）神功丸 治多食肉人口臭不可近，牙齿疳蚀，牙龈肉脱血出，并治血崩血痢，肠
风下血，及逆气上行等证。

上为末，以汤浸蒸饼和丸，绿豆大。每服百丸或二百丸，白汤食远服。

《三因》安肾丸 治肾虚牙齿肿痛。
此与《局方》安肾丸同，但少肉桂、茯苓二味，方在热阵。
《直指》立效散 治牙痛不可忍，痛连头脑项背，微恶寒饮，大恶热饮。
防风（一钱） 升麻（七分） 炙甘草 细辛叶（各三分） 草龙胆（酒洗，四分）
上用水一钟，煎五分，去滓。以匙抄在口中， 痛处少时，立止。如多恶热饮，
更加草龙胆一钱。此法不定，宜随寒热多少临时加减。若恶风作痛，须去草龙胆，加草豆蔻
、黄连各五分，累用得效。
细辛煎 治牙齿肿痛不可忍，及口气臭。
用北细辛一味煎浓汁，乘热噙漱良久，吐之，极妙。
驱毒饮 治热毒上攻，宣露出血，牙龈肿痛不可忍。
屋游（此即瓦上青苔，不拘多少洗净）
上用水煎汤，澄清入盐一撮，频频漱之。
《御药》丁香散 治牙齿痛。
丁香 荜茇 蝎梢 大椒
上等分为末。每用少许擦于患处。
《选要》芫花散 治风虫诸牙痛。
芫花 细辛 川椒 蕲艾 小麦 细茶（等分）
上咀。水一钟，煎七分，温漱之，日三、四次，吐涎出即愈。
如神散 治风牙虫牙攻蛀疼痛，牙齿动摇，连颊浮肿。
川椒（炒出汗） 蜂房（炙）
上等分，为细末。每用二钱，水煎数沸，热漱即止。
赴筵散 治风虫牙痛。
良姜 草乌 细辛 荆芥穗
上等分为末。擦牙，有涎吐之。
蟾酥膏 治风蛀诸牙疼痛。
蟾酥（少许） 巴豆（去油，研如泥） 杏仁（烧焦）
上共研如泥，以绵裹如粟米大。若蛀牙塞入蛀处，风牙塞牙缝中，吐涎尽愈。
虫牙痛
苍耳 艾 小麦 花椒 芫花 黑豆
煎熬，屡漱之即愈。
韭子汤 治虫牙。
用韭菜子一撮，以碗足盛之，用火烧烟，外用小竹梗将下截劈为四开，以纸糊如喇叭样
，引烟熏其蛀齿。如下牙蛀者，以韭子煎浓汤漱之，虫自出。
瑞竹堂方 治虫牙疼痛不已。
用天仙子不拘多少，烧烟，以竹筒抵牙引烟熏之，其虫即死。
巴豆丸 治虫牙疼痛，蚀孔空虚。
巴豆（一枚） 花椒（五十粒，细研）
上为极细末，饭丸，黍米大。绵包塞蛀孔。
藜芦散 治虫牙疼痛。
用藜芦为末，塞牙孔中，勿令咽汁，有涎吐之，大有神效。
北枣丹 治走马牙疳。
用北枣去核，每个内入信一厘，烧存性，研细。每以些小敷患处。
青金散 治走马牙疳，蚀损唇舌，腐臭牙落，其效如神。
铜绿 砒霜（等分）
上为细末。每用些少敷患处。
三仙散 治走马牙疳，一时腐烂即死。

固齿雄鼠骨散 治肾水不足，牙齿浮动脱落，或缝中痛而出血，或但动不痛者。

姜黄散 治牙疼不可忍。
姜黄 白芷 细辛（等分）
上为粗末。擦患处，须臾吐涎，以盐汤漱口。面赤肿者，去姜黄，加川芎，其肿立消。
《济生》香盐散 牢牙去风。
大香附（炒焦黑，三两） 青盐（一两半）
上为末。如常擦牙。乃铁瓮先生良方。
（子和）牙宣散
良姜 胡椒 荜茇 细辛 乳香 麝香 雄黄 青盐（下四味各另研）
上等分为细末。先以温水漱净牙后，以药末擦患处，追出涎沫吐之，漱十余次，痛立止。忌油、盐二日。
槐盐散 治食甘甜过多牙痛。
食盐 青盐 槐枝（一斤，切断，用水五碗，煎一碗听用）
上将二盐先炒干，乃入槐枝汤煮干，取起为末，用铅盒盛。擦牙固齿最妙。
椒盐散 治牙痛用清凉药不效或反甚者，宜从此以治。
川椒 青盐 荜茇 薄荷 荆芥穗 细辛 朝脑
上为末。擦痛牙处，或煎汤漱之亦可。
宣风牢牙散 驻颜补肾，牢牙固齿。
细辛 青盐（各七钱） 当归（酒洗） 川芎（各一两）
上为末。每用少许，清晨擦牙满口，漱良久，连药咽下，或先以温水漱口净，然后擦而咽之亦可。
（万氏）青白散 治一切牙疼，固齿。
青盐（二两） 食盐 川椒（煎汁，各四两）
上以椒汁拌盐，炒干为末。擦牙，永无齿疾；以漱水洗面目，亦无疾。此药极妙。
御前白牙散
石膏（四两，另研） 大香附（一两） 白芷（七钱半） 甘松 三奈 藿香 沉香 川芎 零陵香
（各三钱半） 细辛 防风（各半两）
上为细末。先以温水漱口，次擦之妙。

《道藏经》方 治牙齿动摇，血出不止。
用白蒺藜不拘多少，捣为细末。每日擦牙及患处，最妙。
取牙不犯手。
草乌 荜茇（各钱半） 川椒 细辛（各三钱）
上为细末。每用少许，点在患牙内外，一时其牙自落。
（李东垣）神功丸：治疗因多吃肉类导致口臭严重到令人无法靠近，牙齿发生疳蚀病变，牙龈萎缩出血，以及治疗血崩、血痢、肠风下血，还有气逆上行等证候。
黄连（用酒清洗）五钱，砂仁（用酒清洗）五钱，生地黄三钱，甘草三钱，当归一钱，木香一钱，藿香叶一钱，升麻一钱，兰叶一钱（没有也可以）。
以上药物研成细末，用热水浸泡蒸饼调和制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每次服用一百丸或二百丸，在饭后较远时用白开水送服。
（李东垣）清胃散：方剂记载在“寒阵”章节中。治疗齿龈溃烂，喜欢冷饮厌恶热饮。
《秘验》清胃饮：方剂记载在“寒阵”章节中。治疗各种风热引起的牙床肿痛，出血且牙齿松动。
《三因方》安肾丸：治疗肾虚导致的牙齿肿痛。
此方与《局方》中的安肾丸相同，只是少了肉桂和茯苓两味药，方剂记载在“热阵”章节中。
《直指方》立效散：治疗剧烈难忍的牙痛，疼痛牵连头部、颈部和背部，轻微厌恶冷饮水，非常厌恶热饮水。
防风一钱，升麻七分，炙甘草三分，细辛叶三分，草龙胆（用酒清洗）四分。
以上用水一杯，煎煮至剩余半杯，滤去药渣。用勺子舀取药液含在口中，作用于疼痛部位片刻，疼痛立即停止。如果特别厌恶热饮水，再加草龙胆一钱。此法不固定，应根据寒热的程度临时加减。如果是受风引起的疼痛，必须去掉草龙胆，增加草豆蔻和黄连各五分，多次使用均有效。
细辛煎：治疗牙齿肿痛剧烈难忍，以及口气臭秽。
只用北细辛一味药，煎煮成浓汁，趁热含漱良久后吐出，效果极佳。
驱毒饮：治疗热毒上攻，牙龈暴露出血，牙龈肿痛剧烈难忍。
屋游（即瓦上的青苔，数量不限，洗净即可）。
以上用水煎汤，澄清后加入一撮盐，频繁漱口。
《御药院方》丁香散：治疗牙齿疼痛。
丁香，荜茇，蝎梢，大椒（花椒）。
以上等分研为细末。每次取少量涂抹在患处。
《选要》芫花散：治疗风虫引起的各种牙痛。
芫花，细辛，川椒，蕲艾，小麦，细茶（等分）。
以上切碎。用水一杯，煎煮至剩余七分，温凉后漱口，每天三到四次，吐出涎液后即愈。
如神散：治疗风牙、虫牙攻蛀引起的疼痛，牙齿松动，连带脸颊浮肿。
川椒（炒至出油），蜂房（炙烤）。
以上等分，研为细末。每次用二钱，用水煎煮数沸，热时漱口即可止痛。
赴筵散：治疗风虫牙痛。
良姜，草乌，细辛，荆芥穗。
以上研为细末。擦牙，有涎液则吐出。
蟾酥膏：治疗风蛀引起的各种牙齿疼痛。
蟾酥（少许），巴豆（去油，研磨如泥状），杏仁（烧焦）。
以上共同研磨如泥状，用棉絮包裹如粟米大小。如果是蛀牙塞入蛀孔处，如果是风牙塞入牙缝中，吐尽涎液后即可痊愈。
虫牙痛：
苍耳，艾，小麦，花椒，芫花，黑豆。
煎熬后，多次漱口即可痊愈。
韭子汤：治疗虫牙。
用韭菜子一撮，用碗盛满，用火焚烧产生烟雾，外部用小竹梗将下端劈成四瓣，用纸糊成喇叭形状，引导烟雾熏蛀牙。如果是下牙蛀蚀，用韭菜子煎浓汤漱口，虫子自然出来。
瑞竹堂方：治疗虫牙疼痛不止。
用天仙子不拘多少，烧烟，用竹筒抵住牙齿引导烟雾熏之，虫子就会死亡。
巴豆丸：治疗虫牙疼痛，牙齿被腐蚀出现空洞。
巴豆（一枚），花椒（五十粒，细研）。
以上研为极细末，用饭团做成丸药，大小如黍米。用棉包好塞入蛀孔。
藜芦散：治疗虫牙疼痛。
用藜芦研为细末，塞入牙孔中，不要让咽下药汁，有涎液则吐出，效果极大。
北枣丹：治疗走马牙疳。
用北枣去核，每个枣内放入一厘信石，烧至存性，研细。每次取少量敷在患处。
青金散：治疗走马牙疳，腐蚀损伤嘴唇舌头，牙齿腐烂发臭脱落，效果神奇。
铜绿，砒霜（等分）。
以上研为细末。每次取少量敷在患处。
三仙散：治疗走马牙疳，一时腐烂致死。
铜绿三分，麝香一分，妇人溺桶中的垢物（白色的，火煅，一钱）。
以上研为极细末。敷在牙齿上，不可太多。
麝矾散：治疗走马牙疳危重恶化的证候。
麝香（少许），胆矾一钱，铜绿半两，白矾（生用，五分）。
以上研为细末。敷在牙齿患处。
神授丹：治疗牙疳。

研为细末。用竹管吹在疮口上。
黄连散：治疗齿龈间出血，进食困难。
黄连一钱，白龙骨一钱，马牙硝一钱，枯矾五分，冰片半分。
以上研为细末。每次取少量敷在牙根下。
雄黄麝香散：治疗牙龈肿烂出血。
雄黄一钱半，铜绿一钱，轻粉一钱，黄连一钱，黄丹（炒）一钱，血竭五分，枯矾五分，麝香一分。
以上研为细末，研匀。每次取少量敷在患处。
齿缝出血：
以上用纸捻蘸取少许干蟾酥，在出血处按压，立即止血。
固齿雄鼠骨散：治疗肾水不足，牙齿浮动脱落，或者牙缝中疼痛而出血，或者只松动不疼痛的情况。
雄鼠骨，当归，没石子，熟地黄，榆皮，青盐，细辛（等分）。
以上研为细末，用绵纸包裹擦拭牙床牙缝中，则牙齿永远牢固不脱落。
《秘方》雄鼠骨散：治疗牙齿脱落后可以重新生长。
雄鼠骨（一副，取活体雄鼠一只，剥去皮和内脏，用盐水浸泡一个时辰，在炭火上炙烤，肉自然脱落，取出骨头烤干，与其他药物一起研为细末），香附，白芷，川芎，桑叶（晒干），地骨皮，川椒，蒲公英，青盐，川槿皮，旱莲草。
以上研为细末。擦牙，百日后可长出，固齿无不应效。
《良方》荆槐散：治疗牙宣出血，疼痛不止。
荆芥穗，槐花。
以上研为细末。擦涂牙患处。
石膏升麻散：治疗阳明风热流注，引起牙齿肿痛出血，化为脓汁等证候。
石膏，羊胫骨灰，地骨皮，升麻。
以上研为细末。每次取少量擦在牙齿根部。或者加少许麝香更好。
姜黄散：治疗剧烈难忍的牙疼。
姜黄，白芷，细辛（等分）。
以上研为粗末。擦涂患处，须臾之间吐出涎液，用盐汤漱口。面部发红肿胀者，去掉姜黄，增加川芎，肿胀立即消退。
《济生方》香盐散：坚固牙齿，祛除风邪。
大香附（炒焦黑，三两），青盐（一两半）。
以上研为细末。像平常一样擦牙。这是铁瓮先生的良方。
（张子和）牙宣散：
良姜，胡椒，荜茇，细辛，乳香，麝香，雄黄，青盐（后四味分别单独研磨）。
以上研为细末。先用温水漱净牙齿，然后用药末擦涂患处，追出涎沫并吐出，漱口十余次，疼痛立即停止。忌食油、盐两天。
槐盐散：治疗吃甜食过多引起的牙痛。
食盐，青盐，槐枝（一斤，切断，用水五碗，煎煮至一碗备用）。
以上先将两种盐炒干，然后放入槐枝汤中煮干，取出研为细末，用铅盒盛装。擦牙固齿效果最好。
椒盐散：治疗牙痛使用清凉药无效或反而加重时，适宜从此方治疗。
川椒，青盐，荜茇，薄荷，荆芥穗，细辛，脑（樟脑）。
以上研为细末。擦涂疼痛牙齿处，或者煎汤漱口也可以。
宣风牢牙散：驻颜补肾，坚固牙齿。
细辛七钱，青盐七钱，当归（酒洗）一两，川芎一两。
以上研为细末。每次取少量，清晨擦满全口，漱口良久，连同药液一起咽下，或者先用温水漱口干净，然后擦牙并咽下药液也可以。
（万密斋）青白散：治疗一切牙疼，坚固牙齿。
青盐二两，食盐四两，川椒四两（煎汁）。
以上用椒汁拌盐，炒干后研为细末。擦牙，永远没有齿疾；用漱口水洗面目，也没有疾病。此药极好。
御前白牙散：
石膏四两（另研），大香附一两，白芷七钱半，甘松三钱半，三奈三钱半，藿香三钱半，沉香三钱半，川芎三钱半，零陵香三钱半，细辛半两，防风半两。
以上研为细末。先用温水漱口，再擦涂效果妙。
（李东垣）白牙散：
升麻一钱，羊胫骨灰二钱，软石膏三钱，白芷七分，麝香少许。
以上研为细末。先用温水漱口，再擦涂效果妙。
(Dongyuan) Shengong Pill: Treats halitosis so severe that others cannot approach due to excessive meat consumption, dental caries (dental gangrene), gingival atrophy with bleeding, as well as metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding), bloody dysentery, intestinal wind lower bleeding, and conditions of rebellious qi ascending.
Coptidis Rhizoma (washed with wine) 5 qian, Amomi Fructus Rotundus (washed with wine) 5 qian, Rehmanniae Radix 3 qian, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma 3 qian, Angelicae Sinensis Radix 1 qian, Aucklandiae Radix 1 qian, Agastachis Herba 1 qian, Cimicifugae Rhizoma 1 qian, Pteridis Mollis Folium 1 qian (optional).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with steamed bread dough soaked in hot water, and form pills the size of mung beans. Take 100 or 200 pills each time, swallowed with warm water long after meals.
(Dongyuan) Qingwei San: The formula is recorded in the "Cold Array" section. Treats gingival ulceration, preference for cold drinks and aversion to hot drinks.
"Miyin" Qingwei Yin: The formula is recorded in the "Cold Array" section. Treats swelling, pain, bleeding, and loosening of the gums caused by various wind-heat pathogens.
"Sanyinfang" Anshen Wan: Treats toothache and swelling caused by Kidney deficiency.
This is identical to the Anshen Wan in "Ju Fang", except it lacks Cinnamon Twig and Poria, which are recorded in the "Heat Array" section.
"Zhizhi Fang" Lixiao San: Treats unbearable toothache radiating to the head, neck, and back, with slight aversion to cold drinks and strong aversion to hot drinks.
Saposhnikoviae Radix 1 qian, Cimicifugae Rhizoma 7 fen, Honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma 3 fen, Asari Radix et Rhizoma Leaf 3 fen, Gentianae Macrophytae Radix (washed with wine) 4 fen.
Decoct one cup of water until half remains, strain. Hold the liquid in the mouth over the painful area for a moment; pain stops immediately. If there is strong aversion to hot drinks, add Gentianae Macrophytae Radix 1 qian. This method is not fixed; adjust according to the degree of cold or heat. If pain is caused by wind, remove Gentianae Macrophytae Radix and add Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen and Coptidis Rhizoma 5 fen each; repeated use is effective.
Xixin Decoction: Treats unbearable tooth swelling and pain, and foul breath.
Use only Northern Asari Radix et Rhizoma, decoct into a thick liquid, hold in the mouth while warm for a long time, then spit out; extremely effective.
Qudu Yin: Treats upper attack of heat-toxin, exposed gums with bleeding, and unbearable gum swelling and pain.
Wuyou (moss on roof tiles, any amount, washed clean).
Decoct in water, clarify, add a pinch of salt, and rinse frequently.
"Yuyao Yuanfang" Dingxiang San: Treats toothache.
Caryophylli Flos, Piperis Longi Fructus, Scorpio, Zanthoxyli Fructus.
Grind equally into fine powder. Apply a small amount to the affected area each time.
"Xuanyao" Yuanhua San: Treats various toothaches caused by wind and insects.
Genkwa Flos, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, Zanthoxyli Fructus, Ai Ye, Tritici Fructus, Camelliae Sinensis Folium (equal parts).
Cut into pieces. Decoct one cup of water until seven-tenths remain, rinse with warm liquid three to four times daily; cure when saliva is expelled.
Rushen San: Treats pain from wind and insect dental caries, loose teeth, and facial swelling.
Zanthoxyli Fructus (stir-fried until oil appears), Apis Floccosa 1 qian.
Grind equally into fine powder. Use 2 qian each time, decoct in water for a few boils, rinse while hot to stop pain.
Fuyan San: Treats wind-insect toothache.
Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, Schizonepetae Spica.
Grind into fine powder. Rub teeth, spit out saliva.
Chansu Ointment: Treats various toothaches caused by wind and caries.
Chansu (a little), Crotonis Fructus (de-oiled, ground into paste), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (burnt charred).
Grind together into paste, wrap in cotton like a millet grain. For carious teeth, insert into the cavity; for wind teeth, insert into the gap; cure when all saliva is expelled.
Toothache caused by insects:
Xanthii Fructus, Ai Ye, Tritici Fructus, Zanthoxyli Fructus, Genkwa Flos, Phaseoli Vulgaris Seed.
Decoct and rinse repeatedly until cured.
Jiu Zi Tang: Treats insect teeth.
Take a handful of Allii Tuberosi Semen, fill a bowl, burn to produce smoke. Use a small bamboo tube split at the bottom and paper-molded like a trumpet to guide smoke into the carious tooth. For lower carious teeth, decoct Jiu Zi into thick liquid and rinse; insects will come out.
Ruizhutang Formula: Treats incessant pain from insect teeth.
Burn Hyoscyami Semen in any amount, guide smoke into the tooth using a bamboo tube; the insects will die.
Badou Pill: Treats insect toothache and hollow cavities caused by erosion.
Crotonis Fructus (one seed), Zanthoxyli Fructus (50 seeds, finely ground).
Grind into very fine powder, make pills with rice dough, size of broomcorn millet. Wrap in cotton and plug the cavity.
Lilu San: Treats insect toothache.
Grind Veratri Nigrum Rhizoma into powder, plug into the tooth hole, do not swallow the juice, spit out saliva; highly effective.
Beizao Dan: Treats Gangrenous Stomatitis (Zouma Yagan).
Remove pits from northern jujubes, insert 1 li of Realgar into each, calcine until carbonized, grind fine. Apply small amounts to the affected area.
Qingjin San: Treats Gangrenous Stomatitis (Zouma Yagan), eroding lips and tongue, rotten and falling teeth with foul odor; effects are miraculous.
Chrysocolla, Arsenici Sulfidum (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Apply small amounts to the affected area.
Sanxian San: Treats Gangrenous Stomatitis (Zouma Yagan), where rapid rot leads to death.
Chrysocolla 3 fen, Moschus 1 fen, Filth from women's urinal (white part, calcined, 1 qian).
Grind into very fine powder. Apply to teeth, do not use too much.
Shewan San: Treats critical and malignant symptoms of Gangrenous Stomatitis (Zouma Yagan).
Moschus (a little), Chalcanthite 1 qian, Chrysocolla 0.5 liang, Alum (raw, 5 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Apply to the affected teeth.
Shenshou Dan: Treats Dental Gangrene (Yagan).
Calcined Alum 7 fen, Ash from white blanket 3 fen, Moschus 1 fen.
Grind into powder. Blow onto the sore using a bamboo tube.
Huanglian San: Treats bleeding between gums and difficulty eating.
Coptidis Rhizoma 1 qian, Ostreae Concha 1 qian, Natrii Sulfas 1 qian, Calcined Alum 5 fen, Borneolum Syntheticum 0.5 fen.
Grind into fine powder. Apply small amounts under the gum roots each time.
Xionghuang Shexiang San: Treats swollen, rotten, and bleeding gums.
Realgar 1.5 qian, Chrysocolla 1 qian, Calomelas 1 qian, Coptidis Rhizoma 1 qian, Minium (stir-fried) 1 qian, Dramatis Cortex 5 fen, Calcined Alum 5 fen, Moschus 1 fen.
Grind into fine powder, mix evenly. Apply small amounts to the affected area.
Bleeding from Gum Gaps:
Dip a paper twist in dry Chansu, press on the bleeding site to stop bleeding immediately.
Guchi Xiongshu Gu San: Treats insufficient Kidney Water causing loose and falling teeth, pain and bleeding in gaps, or looseness without pain.
Male Rat Bone, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Myrobalani Fructus, Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, Ulmi Cortex, Green Salt, Asari Radix et Rhizoma (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder, wrap in cotton paper and rub into the gum gaps; teeth will remain firm and not fall.
"Secret Formula" Xiongshu Gu San: Treats regrowth of fallen teeth.
Male Rat Bone (one set: take a live male rat, skin and eviscerate, soak in salt water for one shichen, roast over charcoal until flesh falls off, dry bones, grind with other herbs), Cyperi Rhizoma, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Mori Folium (sun-dried), Lycii Cortex Radicis, Zanthoxyli Fructus, Taraxaci Herba, Green Salt, Hibisci Mutabilis Cortex, Ecliptae Herba.
Grind into powder. Rub teeth; new teeth grow back in 100 days; effective for strengthening teeth.
"Liangfang" Jinghuai San: Treats periodontal disease with bleeding and incessant pain.
Schizonepetae Spica, Sophorae Flos.
Grind into powder. Rub on affected areas.
Shigao Shengma San: Treats Yangming wind-heat flow, causing tooth swelling, pain, bleeding, and pus formation.
Gypsum Fibrosum, Ossis Tibiae Ovinae Cinis, Lycii Cortex Radicis, Cimicifugae Rhizoma.
Grind into powder. Rub small amounts on tooth roots. Adding a little Moschus is better.
Jianghuang San: Treats unbearable toothache.
Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Asari Radix et Rhizoma (equal parts).
Grind into coarse powder. Rub on affected area, expectorate saliva shortly after, rinse with salt water. For red and swollen face, remove Curcumae Longae Rhizoma and add Chuanxiong Rhizoma; swelling subsides immediately.
"Jishengfang" Xiangyan San: Strengthens teeth and dispels wind.
Cyperi Rhizoma (charred black, 3 liang), Green Salt (1.5 liang).
Grind into powder. Rub teeth as usual. This is a good prescription from Mr. Tie Weng.
(Zihehe) Yaxuan San:
Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, Piper Nigrum, Piperis Longi Fructus, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, Boswelliae Resina, Moschus, Realgar, Green Salt (last four ingredients ground separately).
Grind into fine powder. Rinse teeth with warm water first, then rub powder on affected area, expel saliva, rinse more than ten times; pain stops immediately. Avoid oil and salt for two days.
Huaiyan San: Treats toothache caused by excessive sweet food intake.
Edible Salt, Green Salt, Morus Alba Ramulus (1 jin, cut, decoct in 5 bowls of water until 1 bowl remains).
Stir-fry salts until dry, then boil in Mulberry branch liquid until dry, grind into powder, store in lead box. Best for rubbing teeth and strengthening them.
Jiaoyan San: Treats toothache when cooling medicines are ineffective or worsen symptoms.
Zanthoxyli Fructus, Green Salt, Piperis Longi Fructus, Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, Schizonepetae Spica, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, Borneolum (Camphor).
Grind into powder. Rub on painful teeth or decoct for rinsing.
Xuanfeng Laoya San: Preserves youth, tonifies Kidney, strengthens teeth.
Asari Radix et Rhizoma 7 qian, Green Salt 7 qian, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (wine-washed) 1 liang, Chuanxiong Rhizoma 1 liang.
Grind into powder. Each morning, rub full mouth with small amount, rinse for a long time, swallow medicine and water, or rinse with warm water first then rub and swallow.
(Wan Shi) Qingbai San: Treats all toothaches, strengthens teeth.
Green Salt 2 liang, Edible Salt 4 liang, Zanthoxyli Fructus 4 liang (decoct juice).
Mix salt with pepper juice, stir-fry until dry, grind into powder. Rub teeth to prevent future diseases; use rinse water to wash face and eyes to prevent illness. This medicine is excellent.
Imperial White Tooth Powder:
Gypsum Fibrosum 4 liang (ground separately), Cyperi Rhizoma 1 liang, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix 7.5 qian, Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma 3.5 qian, Kaempferiae Galanga Rhizoma 3.5 qian, Agastachis Herba 3.5 qian, Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum 3.5 qian, Chuanxiong Rhizoma 3.5 qian, Lingering Fragrance Herb 3.5 qian, Asari Radix et Rhizoma 0.5 liang, Saposhnikoviae Radix 0.5 liang.
Grind into fine powder. Rinse with warm water first, then rub; effects are wonderful.
(Dongyuan) Baiya San:
Cimicifugae Rhizoma 1 qian, Ossis Tibiae Ovinae Cinis 2 qian, Soft Gypsum 3 qian, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix 7 fen, Moschus (a little).
Grind into fine powder. Rinse with warm water first, then rub; effects are wonderful.
"Daozangjing" Formula: Treats loose teeth and continuous bleeding.
Use Tribuli Fructus in any amount, grind into fine powder. Rub teeth and affected area daily; best effect.
Painless Tooth Extraction:
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata 1.5 qian, Piperis Longi Fructus 1.5 qian, Zanthoxyli Fructus 3 qian, Asari Radix et Rhizoma 3 qian.
Grind into fine powder. Apply small amounts inside and outside the affected tooth; tooth falls out naturally in a short time.
