治疗头面部各种风邪引起的病症，表现为口眼歪斜或抽动，精神昏沉困倦，咽喉及胸膈部位气机不畅。
取犀角屑、天麻（去除苗头）、细辛（去除叶片和泥土）、防风（去除芦头）、川芎、香白芷、羌活（去除芦头）、甘菊。
将上述药材研磨成细末，加入冰片、麝香，研磨均匀，用炼制的蜂蜜制成丸剂，每一两药粉制成八丸。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，用清茶送服，饭后服用。
治疗风气上攻头部，引起头晕目眩，颈项和背部肌肉拘挛紧张，鼻塞不通畅，神志不清爽。
取藁本（去除泥土）、川芎、荆芥穗、细辛（去除叶片和泥土）、甘草（炙烤）、草乌头（炮制，去除皮和尖）、香白芷。
将上述药材研磨成细末，用汤水浸泡蒸饼作为粘合剂制成丸剂，每一两药粉制成十丸，外用朱砂粉末包裹衣层，阴干。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，用清茶送服，饭后服用。
治疗一切风邪上攻头面，引起眩晕痰多，咽喉及胸膈气机不畅，口眼歪斜或抽动，偏头痛或正头痛。或者因伤风引起的头痛，伴有发热、鼻塞、声音沉闷。
取荆芥穗（十二两）、天麻（去除苗头）、附子（炮制，去除皮和脐部）、白附子（炮制）、乌药、当归（清洗焙干）、川芎。
将上述药材研磨成细末，用炼制的蜂蜜制成丸剂，每一两药粉制成十丸，外用朱砂粉末包裹衣层。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，喝茶或酒均可送服，饭后服用。
治疗风热之邪上攻，引起肌肉跳动或抽搐，头晕目眩，鼻塞声音沉闷。
取桔梗（二两，轻微炒制）、川芎（一两半）、甘草（七钱，轻微炒制）、防风（去除芦头，半两）、细辛（去除叶片）。
将上述药材研磨成细末，加入麝香研磨均匀，用炼制的蜂蜜制成丸剂，每一两药粉制成十丸，外用朱砂粉末包裹衣层。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，用温酒或清茶送服，饭后服用。
治疗风气上攻，引起头目昏痛，身体疲倦乏力。
取川芎（十两）、天麻（去除苗头，一两）、细辛（去除叶片和泥土，半两）、荜茇（二钱半）、甘草（二两，炙烤）。
将上述药材研磨成细末，用炼制的蜂蜜制成丸剂，每一两药粉制成十丸。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，用荆芥煎汤送服，饭后服用。
Treats various wind pathogens affecting the head and face, manifesting as deviation or twitching of the mouth and eyes, mental confusion and lethargy, and obstruction in the throat and diaphragm.
Take Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao), Gastrodia Rhizome (Tianma, remove sprouts), Asarum (Xixin, remove leaves and soil), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, remove rhizome tip), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Notopterygium Rhizome and Root (Qianghuo, remove rhizome tip), and Chrysanthemum Morifolium Flower (Ganju).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, add Borneol (Nao) and Musk (She), grind uniformly, and form pills with refined honey. Each liang (approx. 37g) of powder yields eight pills. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with clear tea decoction after meals.
Treats upward attacking wind-pathogen causing dizziness and vertigo of the head and eyes, stiffness and tension in the neck and back, nasal congestion, and unclear mental state.
Take Libanotis Root (Gaoben, remove soil), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui), Asarum (Xixin, remove leaves and soil), Licorice Root (Gancao, stir-baked), Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateral Root (Caowutou, processed, remove skin and tip), and Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, use steamed wheat dough soaked in water as a binder to form pills. Each liang of powder yields ten pills, coated with Cinnabar (Zhusha), and dried in the shade. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with clear tea decoction after meals.
Treats all wind-pathogens attacking the head and face, causing vertigo with excessive phlegm, obstruction in the throat and diaphragm, deviation or twitching of the mouth and eyes, and lateral or central headache. Also treats headaches due to wind-cold invasion accompanied by fever, nasal congestion, and heavy voice.
Take Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui, 12 liang), Gastrodia Rhizome (Tianma, remove sprouts), Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateral Root (Fuzi, processed, remove skin and navel), Typhonium Rhizome (Baifuzi, processed), Lindera Root (Wuyao), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, wash and dry-roast), and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, form pills with refined honey. Each liang of powder yields ten pills, coated with Cinnabar (Zhusha). Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with either tea or wine after meals.
Treats wind-heat pathogen attacking upwards, causing muscle twitching, dizziness and vertigo, nasal congestion, and heavy voice.
Take Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, 2 liang, lightly stir-fried), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 1.5 liang), Licorice Root (Gancao, 7 qian, lightly stir-fried), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, remove rhizome tip, 0.5 liang), and Asarum (Xixin, remove leaves).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, add Musk (Shexiang), grind uniformly, and form pills with refined honey. Each liang of powder yields ten pills, coated with Cinnabar (Zhusha). Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with warm wine or clear tea decoction after meals.
Treats upward attacking wind-pathogen causing dull pain in the head and eyes, and bodily fatigue.
Take Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 10 liang), Gastrodia Rhizome (Tianma, remove sprouts, 1 liang), Asarum (Xixin, remove leaves and soil, 0.5 liang), Long Pepper Fruit (Bibo, 2.5 qian), and Licorice Root (Gancao, 2 liang, stir-baked).
