松峰审定五瘟丹 （一名凉水金丹，一名代天宣化丹。）专治时症瘟疫，发热头身腹痛，谵语
无汗，日久不愈。或发黄斑疹与痧，或二便五六日不行等症，并暑月一切热症。
又解痘疹毒。
甘草（制，甲己年为君） 黄芩（乙庚年为君） 黄柏（丙辛年为君） 栀子（丁壬年为君）
黄连（戊癸年为君） 香附（去净细毛） 苏叶（凤头者） 苍术（米泔浸） 陈皮（以上四味为臣）
明雄（另研细） 朱砂（另研细）
制甘草法∶立冬日，取大青竹竿，一头截去节，一头留节，纳生甘草末于内，蜡封紧口，浸粪
坑中，头冬至取出，晒干听用。
前甘草等五味，当以某年为君者，多臣数之半。如甘草用二两，则香附等四味止用一两也。
雄朱又减臣数之半，止用五钱矣。于冬至日，将甘草等九味，共为末，雄朱另研，以一半入甘草等
药末中为丸，留一半为衣，再用飞金为衣。大人服者，丸如梧子；小儿服者，丸如黍米。雪水生
蜜为丸，面东服五十丸。病轻日浅者，一服而愈，病深日久者，三四服而痊。忌腥辛辣油腻煎炒
一切浓味。其分两如君用一两，臣则五钱，多寡不论。总臣减君一半，雄朱又减臣一半也。
松峰曰∶此方见《万氏家传·瘟疫门》中，与《马氏瘟疫发源》书内所载互有异同。万氏有
苍、陈，而马则无之。万氏香附制炒，而马氏言俱不见火。万
氏用雪为丸，而马氏用大黄膏子。万氏不贴金，而马氏则贴金。万氏服用滚白水，而马氏则用凉
水。万氏甘草法制，而马氏不法制。其余俱各相同。愚意甘草制之则成人中黄，大能祛疫。苍术、
香附，吾用其生者，盖炒之则未免有火气。飞金重贴亦妙，以其镇静也。至于用大黄膏为丸，于
初感瘟疫邪尚在经者，大不相宜，当仍以雪水为丸，如恐不粘，酌加生蜜则易丸。初感瘟疫者，
用滚白水送，大热时冷水送，不大便时方用大黄水送。取二方而斟酌尽善，此为近之。
柴胡白虎煎 治阳明温热，表邪不解等症。
柴胡 黄芩 麦冬（各二钱） 石膏（三钱） 甘草（七分） 引用竹叶
柴葛煎 治瘟毒表里俱热，能散毒养阴，并治痘疹。
柴胡 干葛 黄芩 连翘（去隔） 白芍（酒炒） 甘草
水煎服。
归柴饮 治营虚不能作汗，及真阴不足，外感寒邪难解者，此神方也。大便多、溏者，以冬
术代当归亦佳。
当归（一两） 柴胡（五钱） 炙草（八分）
流水煎，或加姜三五片，或加陈皮一钱，或加参。
人马平安散 治一切时症，风寒暑湿，内伤生冷冻饮料食，头风头痛，心痛，绞肠痧，闷气，
小肠疝气，牙痛，猪羊疯症。用簪脚点两眼角，或吹鼻孔，男左女右。
焰硝（二钱） 朱砂 明雄（各一钱） 冰片（五分） 麝香（一钱）
共为细末，端阳午时修合，瓷瓶收贮，勿出气。
神仙祛瘟方 服后已病者即痊，未病者不染。
抚芎（八钱五分） 苍术（三钱三分三厘，米泔浸，炒） 甘草（一钱六分六厘） 干葛（一钱
三分六厘） 生姜（三片） 葱（三棵）
连根水二碗，煎八分，空心服。病急者即当急服，勿拘空心之说。抚芎用一钱亦效，已试。
葛根淡豉汤 治四时感冒。
葛根（五钱） 淡豉（三钱）
煎服，入姜汁少许。
人中黄丸 一味，不拘多少，饭为丸，绿豆大，下十五丸。
炒麸熨法 热邪传里，服药后将盐炒麸一升，绢包于病患腹上熨之。药气得热则行，大便易通。
松毛酒 可避五年瘟。
松毛（细切，末）
酒下二钱，日三服。
姜糖引 治瘟疫，兼治伤寒。
白糖（一两） 生姜（五钱，捣烂）
滚水和服，不应，再服。
头痛如破
连须葱（半斤） 生姜（二两）
水煮，温服。
姜熨法 治胸膈不宽，一切寒结热结，水结痰结，痞气结。生姜捣如泥，将汁拧出存用。取渣
炒热绢包，揉熨心胸胁下，渣冷，入汁炒，再熨。
仙传吐法 治一切瘟疫，伤寒伤风，伤酒伤食。（病初得，用之更宜。）饮百沸汤半碗，以手揉
肚再饮，再揉，直至腹无所容。用鸡翎探吐，吐后煎葱醋汤饮之，覆衣取汗，甚捷。
诸葛行军散
绿豆粉（一两） 麻黄（末，八钱）
共研烂，和匀。每服一钱，用无根水调服，汗出即愈。
灵宝避瘟丹
苍术（一斤） 降香（四两） 雄黄（二两） 硫黄（一两） 硝石（一两） 柏叶（半斤）
丹参（二两） 桂皮（二两） 藿香（二两） 白芷（四两） 桃头（四两，五月五日午时收）
雄狐粪（二两，尖头者是） 菖蒲根（四两） 升麻（一两） 商陆根（二两） 大黄（二两） 羌
活（二两） 独活（二两） 雌黄（一两） 叭香（如无，可减） 赤小豆（二两） 仙茅（二两）
朱砂（二两） 鬼箭羽（二两）
以上共二十四味，按二十四气为末，米糊为丸，如弹子大，焚一丸。
松峰按∶桃头不知何物，岂桃树尖耶。 叭香出 叭国，色黑有红润者
佳，以软静色明者为上。烧之能避邪魅。
逐瘟方
地黄（八两） 巨胜子（一升，研，再同地黄捣烂） 牛膝（四两） 五加皮（四两）
地骨皮（四两） 官桂 防风（各二两） 仙灵皮（三两）
用牛乳五两，同甘草汤浸三日，以半升同乳拌仙灵皮，放瓷瓶内，饭锅中蒸之，待牛乳尽出，
（出字存疑。）方以温水淘切，同前药 细，袋装，浸于二斗酒中数日，药味全下后去渣，十
月朔饮至冬至。
一方 雪水能解瘟疫。（当收贮听用。）单饮煎药俱可。
一方 腊月取皂角烧为末，收贮。遇时疫，早起井华水调服一钱，或加姜汁、蜜少许。（井华水，
清晨第一次汲者。）
干艾煎 治瘟疫头痛，壮热脉盛。
干艾叶（三升）
水一斗，煮一升，顿服取汗。
松峰按∶水酒以升斗计，不行于今久矣，况艾叶乎？用时艾叶计以钱，水计以盅可耳。
椿皮煎 治瘟疫头痛壮热，初得二三日者。
生椿皮（一升，切）
水二升半，煎，每服八合。
松峰云∶椿系香椿。今之臭椿乃樗耳。
蒿柳汁 治瘟疫伤寒，不论日之多少。
黄蒿心（七个） 柳条心（七个）
入碗内捣烂，（或少加水亦可。）滤去渣，用鸡子一个，飞金三帖，和汁搅匀，令病患一口
吸尽，随即炒盐半碗，研细罗下，用手蘸盐，将病患胸腹并前后心遍擦，再速用黄蒿、柳条
熬滚水，将病患周身荡之。照方如是者三次，立时发汗而痊。
吕祖塞鼻丹 歌曰∶沉香木香（皆末）共乳香，硼砂皂角共良姜，细辛当归各等分，巴豆川椒
及麝香；又加朱砂雄黄等，血蝎 砂熟枣穣，（捣烂。）每粒丸成桐子大，呼吸补泻便离床；
口含冷水面朝上，（仰卧。）不问轻重一炷香，祖师留下灵丹药，诸病闻之
自安康。（用此药治瘟疫亦可，故选入。治瘟疫应去巴豆。）
人马平安行军散
明雄 朱砂 火硝 枯矾 乳香（去油） 儿茶 冰片 麝香 硼砂 没药（去油）
各等分，共为细末。点大眼角，男左女右。冰麝少加亦可。一点绞肠痧，二点气腰痛，三点
重伤风，四点虫蝎伤，五点火眼发，六点走风痛，七点急心痛，八点急头痛，九点火牙痛，十
点牛马驴。
神柏散 治瘟疫。用庙社中西南柏树东南枝，（疑用嫩枝带叶者）。晒干研末。新汲
水下二钱，日三次。
六合定中丸
苏叶（二两，炒） 宣木瓜（二两，微炒） 真藿香（二两，带梗） 子丁香（一两，研，
毋见火） 白檀（一两） 香薷（一两，晒，不见火） 木香（一两，不见火） 甘草（一两，微炒）
共为细末，滴水为丸如椒大。每服二钱。一治胸膈饱闷，用生姜二片，煎水服。一呕吐用滚
水半盅，对姜汁少许服。一霍乱用生姜二片煎水，加炒盐五分服。一不服水土，煨姜三片，煎水服。一绞肠痧，炒盐水
煎服。一泄泻，生姜煎水服。
藕蜜浆 治时气瘟症。生藕，捣取汁一盅，入蜜一合，和匀，分作两服。
生姜益元煎
益元散（三钱） 生姜（三钱，捣）
黄酒、水各半盅，煎三滚，温服即愈。除瘟解毒。
松峰云∶方书每言一滚者，盖言煎滚取下，落滚再煎，再落，如是者三。
天行病心闷 用水中苔捣取汁。
治瘟方 用红糖入罐内，封固，蜡塞口，腊月浸粪坑中，二月取出，遇瘟疫，用水调服。
患疫忌荤一日。
牛桑饮 治余热不退，烦渴，四肢无力，不能饮食。牛蒡根，（生、捣汁）约五六合，空
腹分二服，服讫，取桑叶一大把，炙黄水一升，煮五六合服，暖覆取汗。无叶用枝。
白药散 治瘟疫。白药子（出江西，叶似乌旧子，如绿豆）。末，空腹，水顿服，即仰卧
一食时，候心头闷乱或恶心，腹内如车鸣刺痛，良久或吐利数次，皆勿怪，服冷粥一
碗止之。
神曲煎 （此方治瘟疫初起。自直隶传来，试之亦不甚效。意或瘟疫由食积而发者，服之始
效耶。）
神曲（五钱，炒） 青皮（一钱） 葛根（一钱） 枳实（钱五） 红曲（钱五） 芫荽（根，
七条，鲜者更妙）
栝蒌汤 大栝蒌一个，取瓤 ，置碗中，热汤一碗沃之，盖良久，去渣，不拘时服。
治热病头痛发热。
一方 船底苔，疗天行时疫，伏热温毒。
治瘟疫秘方
麦冬（三钱，去心） 灯心（三十寸） 芫荽梗（三十寸） 枣三枚（劈） 竹叶（三十片）
流水煎，热服。
治瘟疫并大头方
大力子 防风（各等分）
共为末，每用五钱，黄酒一盅，水一大盅，同煎，空腹温服，盖被出汗。
六一泥饮 治瘟疫八九日，已经汗、下不退，口渴咽干欲饮水者。六一泥（即蚯蚓粪。）
不拘多少，新汲水调服。
鸡子拖法（治同上。）用鸡子打一孔，留黄，将青倾在病者腹上，用手在腹上圆转摊搓，久则渐成白
沫，用手抹弃，再敲开一鸡子，依样搓之。止用四五枚，腹内便觉清凉。
观音救苦散 专治伤风伤寒，并疫气所侵，稍觉头昏脑闷，项背拘急，吹鼻取嚏，毒瓦斯随散，
永不染着，仙方也。
川芎 藿香 黎芦（各三钱） 丹皮（去心） 元胡索 朱砂（各二钱） 雄黄 白芷 牙皂（各
四钱）
七味草药共为细末，朱雄另研，调入收贮。用时先噙水在口内，次以药吸入两鼻孔，吐水
取嚏。未病者吹之不染，牛马等受瘟者，吹之亦效。
治鬼魅魇人法
降香（末，一钱） 皂角（末，一钱） 朱砂 雄黄（各三分，研） 麝香（三分，与上同研）
艾叶（五钱，揉烂）
将药末揉入艾中，草纸裹为长筒，点、放床底则不魇，兼祛百怪恶邪之气。
太乙紫金锭 （一名紫金丹，一名玉枢丹。）瘟疫烦乱发狂，喉闭喉风，以及阴阳二毒，伤寒
心闷，狂言，胸膈滞寒，邪毒未出，俱薄荷汤下。凡遇天行时疫，沿街阖户传染者，用桃根汤磨浓
滴鼻孔，再服少许，任入病家不染。兼治数十种杂症，用引各殊，俱载《医宗金鉴·外科·脾发
疽门》中，兹不录。
雄黄（三钱，取明红大块研） 朱砂（三钱，大而有神气者，研） 麝香（三钱，真者拣净皮毛，研）
川五倍子（二两，一名文蛤，捶破去虫屎，研） 红芽大戟（一两五钱，去芦根，洗净，焙干为末。
杭州紫色者为上，江南土大戟次之。北方绵大戟，色白性烈害人，勿用） 千金子仁（一两，白者去油，
一名续随子）
上药各择精品，于净室中制毕，候端午、七夕、重阳，或天月德，天医黄道上吉之辰，合药。
前三日斋戒，至期，更衣洗手薰香，设药王牌位，焚香拜祷毕，将前药逐味称准，入大乳钵内，再研
数百转，入细石臼内，渐加糯米浓汁调和，软硬得中，用杵捣千余下，至极光润为度。每锭一钱。修
合时，除使令
之人，余皆忌见。做此药唯在洁诚方效。病患每服一锭，势重者再服一锭，以通利为度。利后温
粥补之。
通治瘟病 初得头痛，脉大壮热。小蒜汁，少加水顿服，再服即痊。
岚瘴 大蒜，生熟各七片共食。少顷腹鸣，或吐血泄泻即愈。
治时气 猪脂如弹丸，温水化服，日三次。
苦参酒 治瘟疫欲死，并治热毒瓦斯欲死。苦参一两，黄酒一壶煮半壶，饮尽当吐则愈。诸毒
病服之，覆取汗皆愈。（此方三见，各有不同，故并录之。）
梓皮饮 生梓白皮切，水煎服。治时气瘟病，头痛壮热，初得一二日者。瘟病复感寒邪，
变为胃 ，治同。
HT 荷汁 治伤寒瘟病，初得头痛壮热脉盛者。HT 荷连根叶捣，绞汁服。
治瘟疫 虎耳草擂酒服，治瘟疫。
时行风热 菜（音甜，一名 ，齐鲁名为滚当。）捣汁饮之。
梨甘饮 通治瘟疫。
梨树皮 大粉草（各一两） 黄秫谷（一合，为末） 百草霜（一钱）
共为细末，每服三钱，白汤日二服。
时气头痛烦热 皂角烧研，入姜汁、蜜各少许，水和二钱服之。先以热水淋浴，后服药，取
汗即愈。
时疾烦闷泻痢大渴孕妇心热等症 芦根一两，煎浓汤服。
【松峰审定五瘟丹】（又名凉水金丹，又名代天宣化丹。）专门治疗时行病症和瘟疫，症状包括发热、头身疼痛、腹痛、说胡话、无汗，病程长久不愈。或者出现发黄、斑疹和痧症，或者大小便五六天不通畅等症状，以及暑热季节的一切热证。又能解除痘疹的毒气。

制作甘草的方法：在立冬那天，取一根大青竹竿，一头截去竹节，一头保留竹节，将生甘草末装入其中，用蜡封紧口，浸泡在粪坑中，到冬至那天取出，晒干备用。
前面的甘草等五味药，应当根据当年的天干确定哪一味为君药，其用量是臣药的数倍。例如甘草用二两，那么香附等四味药只用一两。雄黄和朱砂的用量又减少臣药用量的一半，只用五钱。在冬至日，将甘草等九味药共同研成细末，雄黄和朱砂分别单独研磨，取一半混入甘草等药末中制成丸剂，留另一半作为丸衣，再用飞金（极薄的金箔）包裹作为外衣。成人服用，丸药如梧桐子大小；小儿服用，丸药如黍米大小。用雪水调和蜂蜜制成丸剂，面向东方服用五十丸。病情轻浅的，服一次即可痊愈；病情深重且病程长久的，服三四次即可康复。忌食腥膻、辛辣、油腻、煎炸及一切浓烈滋味的食物。如果君药用量为一两，臣药则为五钱，多少不限。总之臣药减半于君药，雄黄和朱砂再减半于臣药。
刘松峰说：此方见于《万氏家传·瘟疫门》中，与《马氏瘟疫发源》书中记载的内容互有异同。万氏方中有苍术和陈皮，而马氏方中没有。万氏方中的香附经过炒制，而马氏方中说都不见火（不炒）。万氏方用雪水制丸，而马氏方用大黄膏制丸。万氏方不贴金，而马氏方贴金。万氏方用滚开水送服，而马氏方用凉水洗服。万氏方对甘草进行特殊炮制，而马氏方不对甘草进行炮制。其余都相同。我的意见是，甘草经过炮制后变成“人中黄”，能极大地祛除疫气。苍术和香附，我使用生品，因为炒制后未免带有火气。用飞金重贴也很好，因为它具有镇静的作用。至于用大黄膏做丸剂，对于初感瘟疫邪气还在经络阶段的病人，非常不合适，仍应用雪水制丸，如果担心粘性不够，酌情加入生蜂蜜就容易制丸了。初感瘟疫者，用滚开水送服；大热天时，用冷水送服；只有在大便不通时才用大黄水送服。综合两个方子的优点并斟酌完善，这算是比较接近正道的做法。
【柴胡白虎煎】治疗阳明温热病，表邪未解等症状。
柴胡 黄芩 麦冬（各二钱） 石膏（三钱） 甘草（七分） 引用竹叶
【柴葛煎】治疗瘟毒导致表里俱热，能散解毒气、滋养阴液，并治疗痘疹。
柴胡 干葛（葛根） 黄芩 连翘（去除隔纸） 白芍（酒炒） 甘草
用水煎服。
【归柴饮】治疗营血虚弱不能作汗，以及真阴不足，外感寒邪难以解除的情况，这是神效方。大便次数多、稀溏的人，用冬术（白术）代替当归也很好。
当归（一两） 柴胡（五钱） 炙甘草（八分）
用流动的水煎煮，或者加生姜三五片，或者加陈皮一钱，或者加人参。
【人马平安散】治疗各种时行病症，风寒暑湿，内伤生冷饮食，头风头痛，心痛，绞肠痧，气闷，小肠疝气，牙痛，猪羊疯症（癫痫类疾病）。用簪脚点涂两眼眼角，或者吹入鼻孔，男性左眼/鼻，女性右眼/鼻。
焰硝（二钱） 朱砂 明雄黄（各一钱） 冰片（五分） 麝香（一钱）
共同研成细末，在端午节午时配制，用瓷瓶收贮，不要漏气。
【神仙祛瘟方】服用后，已经生病的立即痊愈，没生病的不会感染。
抚芎（川芎的一种，八钱五分） 苍术（三钱三分三厘，米泔水浸泡，炒制） 甘草（一钱六分六厘） 干葛（葛根，一钱三分六厘） 生姜（三片） 葱（三棵）
带根的清水两碗，煎至八分，空腹服用。病情紧急的应立即急服，不必拘泥于空腹的说法。抚芎用一钱也有效，已经试验过。
【葛根淡豉汤】治疗四季感冒。
葛根（五钱） 淡豆豉（三钱）
煎服，加入少许姜汁。
【人中黄丸】单味药，不拘多少，用米饭做成丸剂，绿豆大小，每次服用十五丸。
【炒麸熨法】热邪传入体内，服药后将盐炒过的麦麸一升，用绢布包好放在患者腹部熨烫。药气得到热度则运行通畅，大便容易通下。
【松毛酒】可以躲避五年的瘟疫。
松毛（切碎，研末）
用酒送服二钱，每天三次服用。
【姜糖引】治疗瘟疫，兼治伤寒。
白糖（一两） 生姜（五钱，捣烂）
用滚开水冲服，如果无效，再服。
【姜熨法】治疗胸膈不畅，各种寒结、热结、水结、痰结引起的痞气。生姜捣成泥，拧出汁液备用。取姜渣炒热后用绢布包好，揉熨心胸胁下部位，姜渣冷了，倒入姜汁再炒，继续熨烫。
【仙传吐法】治疗各种瘟疫，伤寒伤风，伤酒伤食。（病初起时使用更适宜。）喝半碗百沸汤（刚烧开的水），用手揉肚子，再喝，再揉，直到肚子装不下为止。用鸡毛探喉催吐，吐完后煎葱醋汤饮用，盖上衣服取汗，效果很快。
【诸葛行军散】
绿豆粉（一两） 麻黄（末，八钱）
共同研磨均匀。每次服用一钱，用无根水调服，出汗即愈。
【灵宝避瘟丹】
苍术（一斤） 降香（四两） 雄黄（二两） 硫黄（一两） 硝石（一两） 柏叶（半斤）
丹参（二两） 桂皮（二两） 藿香（二两） 白芷（四两） 桃头（四两，五月五日午时采收）

以上共二十四味药，按照二十四节气数量研成细末，用米糊做成丸剂，如弹子大小，点燃一丸焚烧。
刘松峰按语：不知道“桃头”是什么东西，难道是桃树的尖端吗？“叭香”出产于叭国，颜色黑而有红润光泽的好，以柔软安静、色泽明亮为上品。燃烧它能驱避邪魅。
【逐瘟方】
地黄（八两） 巨胜子（芝麻，一升，研磨，再同地黄捣烂） 牛膝（四两） 五加皮（四两）
地骨皮（四两） 官桂 防风（各二两） 仙灵皮（淫羊藿，三两）
用牛乳五两，同甘草汤浸泡三天，取半升同乳拌淫羊藿，放入瓷瓶内，在饭锅中蒸，等到牛乳完全被吸收（“出”字存疑），才用温水淘洗切细，同前药一起装入袋中，浸泡在二斗酒中几天，药味全部浸出后去掉药渣，从十月初一开始喝到冬至。
一方：雪水能解瘟疫。（应当收集贮存备用。）单喝或煎药都可以。
一方：腊月取皂角烧成粉末，收贮。遇到时疫，清晨第一次汲取的井华水调服一钱，或者加少许姜汁、蜂蜜。
【干艾煎】治疗瘟疫头痛，高热脉象盛大。
干艾叶（三升）
水一斗，煮取一升，一次性服用取汗。
刘松峰按语：现在早已不用升斗来计算水和酒的量了，何况是艾叶呢？使用时艾叶按钱计算，水按盅计算即可。
【椿皮煎】治疗瘟疫头痛壮热，初得病二三日者。
生椿皮（一升，切碎）
水二升半，煎煮，每次服用八合。
刘松峰说：椿是指香椿。现在的臭椿其实是樗树。
【蒿柳汁】治疗瘟疫伤寒，不论患病多少天。
黄蒿心（七个） 柳条心（七个）
放入碗中捣烂（也可以少加水），滤去渣，用一个鸡蛋清，三帖飞金，和汁搅拌均匀，让病患一口吸尽，随即炒半碗盐，研细罗下，用手蘸盐，将病患胸腹并前后心遍擦，再迅速用黄蒿、柳条熬滚水，将病患周身淋洗。照方如此操作三次，立即发汗而痊愈。
【吕祖塞鼻丹】歌诀说：沉香木香（都是粉末）共乳香，硼砂皂角共良姜，细辛当归各等分，巴豆川椒及麝香；又加朱砂雄黄等，血竭、砂仁、熟枣穣（捣烂）。每粒丸成桐子大小，呼吸补泻便离床；口含冷水面朝上（仰卧），不问轻重一炷香的时间，祖师留下的灵丹药，诸病闻之自安康。（用此药治疗瘟疫也可以，所以选入。治疗瘟疫应去掉巴豆。）
【人马平安行军散】

各等分，共同研成细末。点涂大眼角，男性左眼，女性右眼。冰片和麝香少加也可以。一点治绞肠痧，二点治气腰痛，三点治重伤风，四点治虫蝎咬伤，五点治火眼发作，六点治走风痛，七点治急心痛，八点治急头痛，九点治火牙痛，十点治牛马驴病。
【神柏散】治疗瘟疫。用庙社中西南方向生长的柏树东南方向的枝条（疑指用嫩枝带叶者）。晒干研末。用新汲水下二钱，每天三次。
【六合定中丸】
苏叶（二两，炒） 宣木瓜（二两，微炒） 真藿香（二两，带梗） 母丁香（一两，研磨，不见火） 白檀（一两） 香薷（一两，晒，不见火） 木香（一两，不见火） 甘草（一两，微炒）
共同研成细末，滴水做成如胡椒大小的丸剂。每次服用二钱。一种情况是治疗胸膈饱闷，用生姜二片，煎水送服。一种是呕吐，用滚水半盅，兑少许姜汁服。一种是霍乱，用生姜二片煎水，加炒盐五分服。一种是不服水土，煨姜三片，煎水服。一种是绞肠痧，炒盐水煎服。一种是泄泻，生姜煎水服。
【藕蜜浆】治疗时气瘟症。生藕，捣取汁一盅，加入蜂蜜一合，混合均匀，分两次服用。
【生姜益元煎】
益元散（三钱） 生姜（三钱，捣）
黄酒、水各半盅，煎煮三滚，温服即愈。除瘟解毒。
刘松峰说：方书中常说“一滚”，意思是煎至沸腾取下，落下后再煎，再落下，像这样三次。
【治瘟方】用红糖放入罐内，密封，用蜡塞口，腊月浸泡在粪坑中，二月取出，遇到瘟疫，用水调服。
患瘟疫忌荤腥一天。
【牛桑饮】治疗余热不退，烦渴，四肢无力，不能饮食。牛蒡根（生，捣汁）约五六合，空腹分两次服，服完，取桑叶一大把，炙黄，水一升，煮取五六合服用，暖盖取汗。没有叶子用树枝。
【白药散】治疗瘟疫。白药子（出自江西，叶子似乌臼子，如绿豆）。研末，空腹，用水顿服，然后仰卧一顿饭的时间，等候心头闷乱或恶心，腹内如车鸣刺痛，很久之后或者吐利数次，都不要奇怪，吃一碗冷粥来止住。
【神曲煎】（此方治疗瘟疫初起。从直隶传来，试用也不甚有效。猜想或许是瘟疫由食积引发的，服用后才见效吧？）
神曲（五钱，炒） 青皮（一钱） 葛根（一钱） 枳实（五钱） 红曲（五钱） 芫荽（根，七条，新鲜的更好）
【栝蒌汤】大栝蒌一个，取瓤，放在碗中，用热汤一碗浇在上面，盖住很久，去渣，不拘时间服用。
治疗热病头痛发热。
【治瘟疫秘方】
麦冬（三钱，去心） 灯心（三十寸） 芫荽梗（三十寸） 枣三枚（劈开） 竹叶（三十片）
流水煎，热服。
【治瘟疫并大头方】
大力子（牛蒡子） 防风（各等分）
共同研成末，每次用五钱，黄酒一盅，水一大盅，同煎，空腹温服，盖被出汗。
【六一泥饮】治疗瘟疫八九日，已经发汗、攻下但热不退，口渴咽干想喝水的人。六一泥（即蚯蚓粪）。不拘多少，新汲水调服。
【鸡子拖法】（治疗同上。）用鸡蛋打一个小孔，保留蛋黄，将蛋清倾倒在患者腹部，用手在腹部圆转摊搓，久了渐渐变成白色泡沫，用手抹掉丢弃，再敲开一个鸡蛋，依样搓揉。只用四五枚，腹内便觉得清凉。
【观音救苦散】专门治疗伤风伤寒，以及疫气所侵，稍觉头昏脑闷，项背拘急，吹鼻取嚏，毒瓦斯随之消散，永不感染，是仙方。
川芎 藿香 黎芦（各三钱） 丹皮（去心） 元胡索 朱砂（各二钱） 雄黄 白芷 牙皂（各四钱）
七味草药共同研成细末，朱砂和雄黄另外研磨，调入收贮。用时先含水在口内，然后将药吸入两鼻孔，吐水取嚏。没病的人吹了也不会感染，牛马等受瘟疫感染的，吹了也有效。
【治鬼魅魇人法】

艾叶（五钱，揉烂）
将药末揉入艾中，草纸裹成长筒，点燃，放在床底则不被魇住，兼祛百怪恶邪之气。
【太乙紫金锭】（一名紫金丹，一名玉枢丹。）瘟疫烦乱发狂，喉闭喉风，以及阴阳二毒，伤寒心闷，狂言，胸膈滞寒，邪毒未出，都用薄荷汤送下。凡是遇到天行时疫，沿街阖户传染的情况，用桃根汤磨浓滴入鼻孔，再服少许，即使进入病家也不会被感染。兼治数十种杂症，用药引各不相同，都记载在《医宗金鉴·外科·脾发疽门》中，这里不再收录。
雄黄（三钱，取明红大块研磨） 朱砂（三钱，大而有神气的，研磨） 麝香（三钱，真的拣净皮毛，研磨）
川五倍子（二两，一名文蛤，捶破去虫屎，研磨） 红芽大戟（一两五钱，去芦根，洗净，焙干为末。杭州紫色者为上品，江南土大戟次之。北方绵大戟，色白性烈害人，不要用） 千金子仁（一两，白色的去油，一名续随子）
上述药物各选精品，在洁净室中制备完毕，候端午、七夕、重阳，或天月德、天医黄道上的吉日，合药。
前三日斋戒，到期，更衣洗手熏香，设药王牌位，焚香拜祷完毕，将前药逐味称准，入大乳钵内，再研磨数百转，入细石臼内，逐渐加入糯米浓汁调和，软硬适中，用杵捣千余下，至极光润为度。每锭一钱。配制时，除了使唤的人，其他人都忌讳看见。做此药唯有洁诚才有效。病患每次服用一锭，势重的再服一锭，以通利为度。通利后喝温粥补养。
【通治瘟病】初得头痛，脉大壮热。小蒜汁，少加水顿服，再服即痊愈。
【岚瘴】大蒜，生熟各七片一起吃。一会儿腹鸣，或者吐血泄泻即愈。
【苦参酒】治疗瘟疫欲死，并治热毒瓦斯欲死。苦参一两，黄酒一壶煮至半壶，饮尽当吐则愈。诸毒病服用它，盖被取汗皆愈。（此方出现三次，各有不同，所以一并记录。）
【梓皮饮】生梓白皮切碎，水煎服。治疗时气瘟病，头痛壮热，初得一二日者。瘟病复感寒邪，变为胃脘痛，治疗相同。
【荷汁】治疗伤寒瘟病，初得头痛壮热脉盛者。荷花连根叶捣，绞汁服。
【时行风热】甜菜（音甜，一名...，齐鲁名为滚当。）捣汁饮之。
【梨甘饮】通治瘟疫。
梨树皮 大粉草（各一两） 黄秫谷（一合，为末） 百草霜（一钱）
共同研成细末，每次服用三钱，白开水每天两次服用。
【时气头痛烦热】皂角烧研，加入姜汁、蜜各少许，和水二钱服之。先用热水淋浴，后服药，取汗即愈。
【时疾烦闷泻痢大渴孕妇心热等症】芦根一两，煎浓汤服。
[Songfeng's Revised Five Plagues Pill] (Also known as Liangshui Jindan, also known as Daitian Xuanhua Dan.) Specifically treats seasonal diseases and plagues, with symptoms including fever, headache, body pain, abdominal pain, delirium, anhidrosis, and prolonged duration. It also treats jaundice, macules, rashes, and sha syndrome, or constipation and urinary retention lasting five to six days, as well as all heat syndromes in the summer heat season. It can also resolve the toxicity of smallpox and chickenpox.
Gancao (Processed; serves as the Sovereign herb in years ending in Jia and Ji) Huangqin (Sovereign in years ending in Yi and Geng) Huangbai (Sovereign in years ending in Bing and Xin) Zhizi (Sovereign in years ending in Ding and Ren) Huanglian (Sovereign in years ending in Wu and Gui) Xiangfu (cleaned of fine hairs) Ziyeh (preferably Fengtou variety) Cangzhu (soaked in rice wash water) Chenpi (the above four herbs serve as Ministers) Mingxionghuang (separately ground into fine powder) Zhusha (separately ground into fine powder)
Method for processing Gancao: On the day of Lidong (Start of Winter), take a large green bamboo pole, cut off the nodes at one end, leave the node at the other end, insert raw Gancao powder inside, seal the mouth tightly with wax, and soak it in a manure pit. Retrieve it on the day of Dongzhi (Winter Solstice), dry it, and set aside for use.
For the previous five herbs including Gancao, the Sovereign herb should be determined by the heavenly stem of the year, and its quantity should be double that of the Ministers. For example, if Gancao is used in the amount of two liang, then the four Minister herbs (Xiangfu, etc.) are used in the amount of one liang. The quantities of Xionghuang and Zhusha are reduced by half again relative to the Ministers, using only five qian. On the day of Dongzhi, grind the nine herbs including Gancao together into powder. Grind Xionghuang and Zhusha separately. Mix half of each into the Gancao powder mixture to form pills, and reserve the other half as the coating. Finally, coat with Feijin (gold leaf). Adults take pills the size of wutong seeds; children take pills the size of millet grains. Form pills using snow water and honey. Face east and take fifty pills. For mild and recent illnesses, one dose cures; for deep-seated and chronic illnesses, three to four doses cure. Avoid greasy, spicy, fried, and strong-flavored foods. If the Sovereign herb is one liang, the Ministers are five qian, regardless of specific amounts. Generally, Ministers are half the amount of the Sovereign, and Xionghuang/Zhusha are half the amount of the Ministers.
Liu Songfeng says: This formula appears in *Wanshi Jiacuan - Plague Section*, differing slightly from the record in *Mashi Yuanfa*. Wanshi includes Cangzhu and Chenpi, whereas Mashi does not. Wanshi uses stir-fried Xiangfu, while Mashi states no heating is involved. Wanshi uses snow water for pill formation, while Mashi uses Dahuang paste. Wanshi does not apply gold leaf, while Mashi does. Wanshi uses boiling water for administration, while Mashi uses cold water. Wanshi processes Gancao specially, while Mashi does not process it. The rest are identical. In my opinion, processed Gancao becomes Renzhonghuang, which greatly expels epidemic qi. I use raw Cangzhu and Xiangfu because stir-frying introduces fire qi. Applying Feijin is excellent due to its calming properties. Using Dahuang paste is unsuitable for early-stage plague where pathogenic factors are still in the meridians; snow water pills are preferred. If stickiness is a concern, add raw honey. For early plague, use boiling water; for high fever, use cold water; only use Dahuang water when constipated. Combining the merits of both formulas yields the best approach.
[Chaihu Baihu Decoction] Treats Yangming warm-heat disease with unresolved exterior pathogens.
Chaihu Huangqin Maidong (each 2 qian) Shigao (3 qian) Gancao (0.7 qian) Reference: Zhuyeh (Bamboo Leaf)
[Chaige Decoction] Treats plague toxin causing interior and exterior heat; disperses toxin and nourishes yin; treats smallpox and chickenpox.
Chaihu Gange Huangqin Lianqiao (remove septum) Baishao (wine-fried) Gancao
Decoct in water and take orally.
[Gucha Yin] Treats deficiency of Ying blood preventing sweating, insufficient True Yin, and difficulty resolving external cold pathogens. This is a miraculous formula. For patients with frequent loose stools, replace Danggui with Baizhu (Dongzhu).
Danggui (1 liang) Chaihu (5 qian) Zhigancao (0.8 fen)
Decoct in flowing water. Add 3-5 slices of Shengjiang, or 1 qian of Chenpi, or Renshen as needed.
[Renma Ping'an San] Treats various seasonal diseases, wind-cold-dampness-heat, internal injury from cold/raw food, headache, heart pain, intestinal colic (Jiaochangsha), qi stagnation, inguinal hernia, toothache, and epilepsy-like conditions. Apply with a hairpin tip to the outer corners of the eyes or insufflate into the nostrils (left for males, right for females).
Yanxiao (2 qian) Zhusha Mingxionghuang (each 1 qian) Bingpian (0.5 fen) Shexiang (1 qian)
Grind into fine powder. Prepare at noon on Duanwu Festival. Store in a porcelain bottle, ensuring airtightness.
[Shenxian Quwen Fang] Those who have taken it and are ill will recover immediately; those not yet ill will not contract the disease.
Fuxiong (8.5 qian) Cangzhu (3.33 qian, soaked in rice wash, stir-fried) Gancao (1.66 qian) Gange (1.36 qian) Shengjiang (3 slices) Congbai (3 stalks)
Decoct 2 bowls of water with roots included until 0.8 bowl remains. Take on an empty stomach. For urgent cases, take immediately without waiting for an empty stomach. Fuxiong at 1 qian is also effective, tested.
[Gegen Danshi Tang] Treats common colds in all seasons.

Decoct and take. Add a little Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice).
[Renzhonghuang Wan] Single herb. Quantity unspecified. Form pills with rice flour, size of mung beans. Take 15 pills per dose.
[Chao Fu Yun Method] For heat pathogens transmitting inward. After taking medicine, wrap 1 sheng of salt-stir-fried wheat bran in silk and apply hot compress to the patient's abdomen. Heat facilitates the movement of medicinal qi and promotes bowel movement.
[Songmao Jiu] Can ward off plague for five years.
Songmao (finely chopped, powdered)
Take 2 qian with wine, three times daily.
[Jiangtang Yin] Treats plague, also treats Shanghan.
Baitang (1 liang) Shengjiang (5 qian, crushed)
Mix with boiling water and take. Repeat if ineffective.
[Severe Headache]
Congbai with roots (0.5 jin) Shengjiang (2 liang)
Boil in water and take warm.
[Jiang Yun Method] Treats chest oppression, cold/heat/water/phlegm accumulation causing痞 (fullness). Crush Shengjiang into mud, extract juice. Stir-fry residue until hot, wrap in silk, and rub over chest, abdomen, and ribs. When cool, add juice and reheat. Repeat.
[Xianchuan Vomiting Method] Treats plague, Shanghan, wind-cold, alcohol/food injury. Drink half a bowl of boiling water, rub the abdomen, drink again, rub again, until the stomach is full. Use a chicken feather to induce vomiting. After vomiting, drink Congcu Tang (Scallion and Vinegar Decoction), cover with clothes to sweat. Very effective.
[Zhuge Xingjun San]
Lvdoufen (1 liang) Mahuang (powder, 8 qian)
Grind thoroughly and mix. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with Wugen Water (water not touching the ground). Recovery occurs upon sweating.
[Lingbao Biwen Dan]

Twenty-four ingredients. Grind into powder according to the number of solar terms. Form pills with rice paste, size of marbles. Burn one pill.
Note: "Taotou" is unidentified, possibly peach twig tips. "Baxiang" comes from Baxiang country; black with red luster is good; soft, quiet, and bright is best. Burning repels evil spirits.
[Zhuwen Fang]
Dihuang (8 liang) Jushengzi (Sesame, 1 sheng, ground, then pounded with Dihuang) Niuxi (4 liang) Wujia Pi (4 liang) Digupi (4 liang) Guanzi Rou Fangfeng (each 2 liang) Xianling Pi (Epimedium, 3 liang)
Soak in 5 liang of cow milk and Gancao decoction for three days. Mix half a sheng of milk with Epimedium, place in a porcelain jar, and steam in a rice cooker until milk is absorbed. Wash and cut finely. Place in a bag and soak in 2 dou of wine for several days. Strain and drink from the first day of the tenth lunar month until Winter Solstice.
Alternative 1: Snow water resolves plague. Collect and store. Drink alone or with decoctions.
Alternative 2: In the twelfth lunar month, burn Zaojiao (Soap Pod) to powder. Store. During epidemics, take 1 qian mixed with Jinghua Water (first well water drawn at dawn) in the morning, optionally adding ginger juice or honey.
[Gan Ai Jian] Treats plague headache, high fever, and surging pulse.
Gan Aiye (3 sheng)
Boil 1 dou of water down to 1 sheng. Take once to induce sweating.
Note: Modern usage measures Aiye in qian and water in cups.
[Chunpi Jian] Treats plague headache and high fever within 2-3 days of onset.
Sheng Chunpi (1 sheng, chopped)
Boil 2.5 sheng of water. Take 0.8 he per dose.
Note: Chun refers to Xiangchun (Toon). Ouchun is actually Chu tree.
[Hao Liu Zhi] Treats plague and Shanghan, regardless of duration.
Huanghao Xin (7 hearts) Liutiao Xin (7 hearts)
Pound in a bowl (add little water if needed). Filter residue. Mix with one egg white and 3 sheets of Feijin. Patient drinks in one gulp. Immediately roast half a bowl of salt, grind fine, and rub patient's chest, abdomen, and back with salt. Then rapidly rinse patient with boiling water made from Hao and Liu. Repeat three times. Sweating ensues, leading to recovery.
[Lvzu Sai Bi Dan] Verse: Chenxiang, Muxiang, Rushiang, Pengsha, Zaojiao, Liangjiang, Xixin, Danggui (equal parts); Badou, Chuanjiao, Shexiang; plus Zhusha, Xionghuang, Xuexie, Sharen, Shu Zaorang (pounded). Form pills size of paulownia seeds. Inhale deeply. Hold cold water in mouth, lie supine. Wait one incense stick's time. Effective for all diseases.
(Note: Remove Badou when treating plague.)
[Renma Ping'an Xingjun San]
Mingxionghuang Zhusha Huoxiao Kufan Rushiang (de-oiled) Ercha Bingpian Shexiang Pengsha Moyao (de-oiled)
Equal parts. Grind to powder. Apply to outer corner of eye (left for male, right for female). Reduce Bingpian/Shexiang if desired. One dot for intestinal colic, two for qi-related back pain, three for severe cold, four for insect bites, five for fiery eyes, six for wandering wind pain, seven for acute heart pain, eight for acute headache, nine for fiery toothache, ten for livestock plague.
[Shenbai San] Treats plague. Use branches from Southeast direction of Cypress trees in temples (prefer tender leaves). Dry and grind. Take 2 qian with fresh well water, three times daily.
[Liuhe Dingzhong Wan]
Ziyeh (2 liang, fried) Xuan Mugua (2 liang, lightly fried) Zhen Huoxiang (2 liang, with stem) Mudingxiang (1 liang, ground, no heat) Baitan (1 liang) Xiangru (1 liang, dried, no heat) Muxiang (1 liang, no heat) Gancao (1 liang, lightly fried)
Grind to powder. Form pills with drop of water, size of pepper. Take 2 qian per dose. Indications: Chest fullness (take with Ginger decoction); Vomiting (take with boiling water and ginger juice); Cholera (take with Ginger decoction and roasted salt); Acclimatization issues (take with Roasted Ginger decoction); Intestinal colic (take with roasted salt water); Diarrhea (take with Ginger decoction).
[Ou Mi Jiang] Treats seasonal plague. Fresh lotus root, crush to get 1 cup juice. Mix with 1 he of honey. Divide into two doses.
[Shengjiang Yiyuan Jian]
Yiyuan San (3 qian) Shengjiang (3 qian, crushed)
Decoct with half cup yellow wine and half cup water for three boils. Take warm. Resolves plague and detoxifies.
Note: "One boil" means bring to boil, remove, let settle, boil again, repeat three times.
[Tianxing Bing Xinmen] Crush aquatic moss to extract juice.
[Zhi Wen Fang] Put brown sugar in a jar, seal with wax, soak in manure pit during 12th lunar month. Retrieve in 2nd lunar month. Mix with water to take during plague.
Avoid meat for one day during plague.
[Niusang Yin] Treats lingering heat, irritability/thirst, limb weakness, anorexia. Crush fresh Niubang Gen to get 0.5-0.6 he juice. Take on empty stomach in two doses. Then take a handful of Sangye, roast until yellow, boil in 1 sheng water down to 0.5-0.6 he. Take warm, cover to sweat. Branches may be used if leaves are unavailable.
[Baiyao San] Treats plague. Baiyaoyzi (from Jiangxi, leaves like Urtica, seed size mung bean). Grind to powder. Take on empty stomach with water. Lie supine for one meal time. Expect chest oppression, nausea, or abdominal pain/cramping/diarrhea. Do not panic. Stop with a bowl of cold congee.
[Shenqu Jian] (Treats early plague. Imported from Zhili, efficacy is low. Perhaps effective if plague is caused by food stagnation?)

[Gualou Tang] Take pulp of one large Gualou. Place in bowl, pour 1 bowl of hot water, cover for a long time. Strain. Take anytime.
Treats heat disease headache and fever.
Alternative: Bottom algae of boats treats epidemic latent heat and warm toxin.
[Zhi Wenmi Fang]
Maidong (3 qian, remove heart) Dengxin (30 cun) Yansui geng (30 cun) Zao (3 pieces, split) Zhuye (30 leaves)
Decoct in flowing water. Take hot.
[Zhi Wenbing Bing Datou Fang]
Niu Bang Zi (Dali Zi) Fangfeng (equal parts)
Grind to powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decocted in 1 cup yellow wine and 1 cup water. Take warm on empty stomach, cover to sweat.
[Liuni Ni Yin] Treats plague after 8-9 days, unrelieved by sweating/purging, with thirst and dry throat. Liuni Ni (earthworm feces). Take appropriate amount mixed with fresh well water.
[Jizi Tuo Method] (Same indication.) Poke hole in egg, keep yolk. Pour white onto patient's abdomen. Rub in circles until white foam forms. Wipe away. Repeat with 4-5 eggs. Abdomen feels cool.
[Guyin Jiuku San] Treats wind-cold, plague invasion, dizziness, neck/back stiffness. Insufflate nose to sneeze, dispersing toxins. Prevents infection.
Chuanxiong Huoxiang Lilu (each 3 qian) Danpi (remove heart) Yuanhusuo Zhusha (each 2 qian) Xionghuang Baizhi Ya Zao (each 4 qian)
Grind seven herbs to powder. Grind Zhusha/Xionghuang separately and mix. To use, hold water in mouth, insufflate powder into nostrils, spit out water and sneeze. Prevention: insufflate to avoid infection. Also effective for livestock.
[Zhi Guimei Yanren Fa]
Jiangxiang (powder, 1 qian) Zaojiao (powder, 1 qian) Zhusha Xionghuang (each 0.3 fen, ground) Shexiang (0.3 fen, ground with above) Aiye (5 qian, rubbed soft)
Mix powder into Aiye, wrap in paper as cylinder. Light and place under bed to prevent nightmares and dispel evil qi.
[Taiyi Zijin Ding] (Also Zijin Dan, Yushu Dan.) Treats plague-induced madness, throat obstruction, Yin/Yang toxins, Shanghan chest oppression, delirium, cold stagnation, unexpressed toxins. Take with Bohe Tang. For contagious epidemics, grind with Taogen Tang, drip into nose, take small amount internally. Entering sick houses becomes safe. Also treats dozens of miscellaneous diseases (see *Yizong Jinjian*).
Xionghuang (3 qian, bright red chunks, ground) Zhusha (3 qian, large and vibrant, ground) Shexiang (3 qian, pure, cleaned, ground) Chuan Wubeizi (2 liang, break, remove insect waste, ground) Hongya Daji (1.5 liang, remove rhizome, clean, dry, grind. Hangzhou purple is best; Northern white is toxic, do not use) Qianjinzi Ren (1 liang, white, de-oiled, also called Xuisui Zi)
Select premium herbs. Prepare in clean room. Combine on auspicious days (Duanwu, Qixi, Double Ninth, or celestial auspicious dates). Fast for three days prior. Bathe, change clothes, burn incense, pray. Weigh herbs, grind in mortar hundreds of times, transfer to stone pestle, add thick rice paste, knead, pound thousand times until smooth/glossy. Each ding is 1 qian. Only assistants allowed during preparation; purity and sincerity are key. Patients take one ding; severe cases take another. Aim for mild purgation. Restore with warm congee.
[Tongzhi Wenbing] Early stage headache, surging pulse, high fever. Xiao Suan juice, dilute slightly, take once. Second dose cures.
[Lanzhang] Eat 7 slices raw and 7 slices cooked garlic. Abdominal rumbling, vomiting blood, or diarrhea indicates cure.
[Zhi Shiqi] Pig fat, size of pellet, dissolve in warm water. Take three times daily.
[Kushen Jiu] Treats fatal plague and heat toxin. Kushen 1 liang, boil in 1 hu of yellow wine until 0.5 hu remains. Drink all; vomiting indicates cure. Covers various poisons; sweating helps. (Recorded three times with variations.)
[Zipi Yin] Cut fresh Zibai Pi, decoct in water. Treats early plague headache/fever. Also treats stomach pain from cold complication.
[He Zhi] Treats Shanghan plague with headache, fever, surging pulse. Pound He (Lotus) roots/leaves, extract juice, take.
[Zhi Wenbing] Rub Hubercao (Saxifraga stolonifera) with wine, take.
[Shixing Fengre] Tiancai (Sweet vegetable), crush juice, drink.
[Ligan Yin] General plague treatment.
Litipi Da Fugcao (each 1 liang) Huang Shugu (1 he, powder) Baicaoshuang (1 qian)
Grind to powder. Take 3 qian per dose, twice daily with plain water.
[Shiqi Tou Tong Fan Re] Burn Zaojiao to powder. Add ginger juice/honey. Mix with water, take 2 qian. Shower with hot water first, then take medicine to sweat.

Lugen (1 liang) Decoct concentrated soup and take.
