又擦方用∶黄柏、黄连、大黄各一钱，研细面，真香油调擦。又用鲜蒲公英捣烂粘贴，
贴干，洗去再贴。洗，用旧蒜辫熬汤洗，或可好也。

吕祖经验方
治疗痢疾的丹方用法：香附一斤（用盐水炒制）、乌药六两（炒制）、槟榔六两（炒制）、苍术六两（炒制）、青皮六……丸，大小如绿豆般……岁君是火，未免……方八味配合即可。
治疗疮疡的方子：用古钱、松塔各等分，烧成灰，用纯正芝麻油调和涂抹，即可痊愈。
治疗皋母八十五岁时感受风寒的方子，此病是因为老人血气衰败，天时冷热不均，偶然受到外感所致。方子用：麦冬……片，灯……

治疗皋母停食（积食）的方子：神曲一钱、紫苏一钱、制半夏一钱、麦芽一钱（炒制）、白术一钱（土炒）、茯苓……

治疗皋血气不足兼受风寒的方子：当归一钱半（酒洗）、牛膝一钱（盐炒）、肉桂五分（研细面，煎好后……腰子样）。
参五钱、泽泻四钱。研末制成丸药，早上服用二钱，五日后每次服用三钱，常吃就能多食，脾胃可开……四钱、芡实一两，作为丸药引用，木香一钱、南山楂一钱。空腹煎汤服用即可。
治疗章氏右臂的方子。病因是从梯子上跌下，跌伤右臂，疼痛月余才停止，到了丙辰年十月旧病复发，疼痛……便……酒……

Prescription for treating Dysentery (Damp-heat or cold-damp dysentery): Xiangfu (Cyperus Rhizome) one jin (stir-fried with salt water), Wuyao (Lindera Root) six liang (stir-fried), Binglang (Areca Seed) six liang (stir-fried), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) six liang (stir-fried), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) six... pills, size of mung beans... Suijun is fire, inevitably... eight ingredients combined appropriately.
Prescription for treating Sores/Ulcers: Use ancient coins and pine cones in equal parts, burn them into ash, mix with pure sesame oil, and apply externally for cure.
Prescription for treating Gao Mu at age 85 suffering from Wind-Cold invasion: This illness occurs because the elderly person's blood and qi are declining, the weather's cold and heat are uneven, leading to accidental external contraction. Prescription for treating Gao's qi and blood insufficiency complicated by Wind-Cold: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) one qian half (washed with wine), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) one qian (salt-stir-fried), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) five fen (ground into fine powder, added after decoction... resembling kidney shape).
Renshen (Ginseng Root) five qian, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) four qian. Grind into powder and make into pills. Take two qian in the morning; after five days, take three qian per dose. Regular consumption promotes appetite and opens the spleen and stomach... four qian, Qianshi (Euryales Semen) one liang, used as pill citations, Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) one qian, Nanshan Zha (Crataegi Fructus) one qian. Pill Prescription: Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) three qian, Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus) two liang, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) three liang (stir-fried with child's urine), Zhi Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum) five qian, Laoguancao (Oldenlandia Herb) one liang, Zhi Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) three... formed into pills.
Washing Prescription for treating Zhao Sheng's eye pain: Use Baijuhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Mingfan (Alumen), Qingfan (Melanteritum), Danfan (Calcarite), and Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) in equal parts. Decoct and wash the eyes.
Prescription for treating Ruan Shi's breast ulceration with pus less than one month postpartum: Pugongying (Taraxaci Herba) one qian, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) three fen, Guishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) two qian, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) one qian. All stir-fried with wine (local wine is poor quality; due to summer heat containing gypsum, fake southern wine may be used). Decoct in water and take orally.
External application prescription: Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) each one qian, ground into fine powder, mixed with pure sesame oil for application. Also, apply fresh Pugongying (Taraxaci Herba) mashed paste. When dry, wash off and reapply. Wash with boiled water from old garlic braids; this may heal.
Prescription for treating Zhang Shi's leg pain: Chuan Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) two qian, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) two qian (wine-stir-fried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) three qian (wine-stir-fried), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) two qian (wine-stir-fried), Zhi Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum) one qian, Yiren (Coicis Semen) five qian (stir-fried). Decoct in water and take orally.
