精少者，虽能射入而精必衰薄、盖胞胎之口大张，而些少之入何能餍足，势必随入而随出矣。宜固本丸。

菟丝子（酒制） 熟地黄（酒蒸，捣） 干地熟（酒浸，捣） 天门冬（去心，酒浸） 麦门冬（去心，酒
浸） 五味子 茯神（各四两） 淮山药（微炒，三两） 莲肉（去皮心） 人参（去芦） 枸杞子（各二两）
上为末，蜜丸梧子大，每服八九十丸，淡盐汤下。
男于诸虚百损，肌肉消瘦，耳聋目暗。宜无比山药丸。
无比山药丸
山药（二两） 菟丝子（三两，酒浸） 五味（拣，六两） 肉
苁蓉（四两，酒浸） 杜仲（酒炒，三两） 牛膝（酒浸蒸） 熟地黄 泽泻 山茱萸 茯苓 巴戟肉
赤石脂（各一两）
上为末，蜜丸。每服五十丸，食前米饮下。
男子嗜欲不节，施泄太多，以致肾虚精薄，不能直射子宫。宜梦熊丸。
梦熊丸
黄 （蜜炙，四两） 黄鱼鳔胶（蛤粉炒珠，一斤） 沙苑 蒺藜（八两，马乳浸蒸熟，焙）
上为末，蜜丸。每服八十丸，空心温酒下。
男子精气不固，或梦遗频数，或便浊淋漓，遗泄太多，是以无子。宜种子丹。
种子丹
莲须（拣金色者，四两） 山茱萸（去核，三两） 覆盆子（二两，去蒂） 龙骨（ ，水飞，五钱）
芡实米（四两） 沙苑 蒺藜（取净末四两，再筛极细末二两，入药仍有粗末，用水熬膏）
上为末，熟蜜四两，和蒺藜膏为丸。空心淡盐汤下。
精液量少的人，虽然能够射精进入阴道，但精液必然衰败稀薄。这是因为子宫口（胞胎之口）张开较大，少量的精液进入怎能满足需求？势必会随着进入而随即流出。应当使用固本丸。

男子患有各种虚损病症，肌肉消瘦，耳聋眼花。应当使用无比山药丸。
无比山药丸
山药（二两） 菟丝子（三两，用酒浸泡） 五味子（拣选好的，六两） 肉苁蓉（四两，用酒浸泡） 杜仲（用酒炒制，三两） 牛膝（用酒浸泡后蒸制） 熟地黄 泽泻 山茱萸 茯苓 巴戟天肉 赤石脂（以上各一两）
将上述药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂。每次服用五十丸，饭前用米饮送服。
男子因嗜欲没有节制，施泄过多，导致肾虚精液稀薄，不能直接射入子宫。应当使用梦熊丸。

黄芪（用蜜炙，四两） 黄鱼鳔胶（用蛤粉炒成珠状，一斤） 沙苑蒺藜（八两，用马乳浸泡蒸熟，焙干）
将上述药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂。每次服用八十丸，空腹时用温酒送服。
男子精气不固，或者梦中遗精频繁，或者小便浑浊淋漓不尽，遗泄过多，因此无法生育。应当使用种子丹。

莲须（拣选金色的，四两） 山茱萸（去核，三两） 覆盆子（二两，去蒂） 龙骨（煅，水飞法处理，五钱） 芡实米（四两） 沙苑蒺藜（取净末四两，再筛成极细末二两，加入药中仍有粗末，用水熬成膏）
将上述药物研为细末，用熟蜂蜜四两，与蒺藜膏混合制成丸剂。空腹时用淡盐汤送服。
In cases of low semen volume, although ejaculation into the vagina is possible, the semen is necessarily weak and thin. This is because the opening of the uterus (bao tuo) is widely dilated, so how can a small amount of entry satisfy the need? It is inevitable that it will flow out immediately after entering. Gu Ben Wan (Solidify the Root Pill) should be used.

Cuscutae Semen (Tusi Zi, 菟丝子) processed with wine; Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shu Dihuang, 熟地黄) steamed with wine and pounded; Dried Rehmanniae Radix (Gan Dihuang, 干地黄) soaked in wine and pounded; Asparagi Radix (Tianmendong, 天门冬) dehearted and soaked in wine; Ophiopogonis Radix (Maimendong, 麦门冬) dehearted and soaked in wine; Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子); Poria Cum Hostia (Fushen, 茯神); Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Huai Shanyao, 淮山药) lightly stir-fried; Lotus Seed (Lianrou, 莲肉) peeled and dehearted; Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) de-rhizome; Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi, 枸杞子). The first group weighs four liang each; the second group weighs two liang each.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 80–90 pills per dose, administered with light salt water.
For men suffering from various deficiencies and damages, emaciation, deafness, and dim vision, Wubi Shanyao Wan (Peerless Yam Pill) should be used.

Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao, 山药) two liang; Cuscutae Semen (Tusi Zi, 菟丝子) three liang, soaked in wine; Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) selected, six liang; Cistanches Herba (Roucongrou, 肉苁蓉) four liang, soaked in wine; Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong, 杜仲) stir-fried with wine, three liang; Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi, 牛膝) soaked in wine and steamed; Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shu Dihuang, 熟地黄); Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie, 泽泻); Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu, 山茱萸); Poria (Fuling, 茯苓); Morusae Radicis Cortex (Bajirou, 巴戟天肉); Red Halloysite (Chishizhi, 赤石脂). The latter group weighs one liang each.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills. Take 50 pills per dose, administered with rice drink before meals.
For men who indulge in desires without restraint and ejaculate excessively, leading to Kidney deficiency and thin semen that cannot directly reach the uterus, Mengxiong Wan (Dreaming of Bear Pill) should be used.

Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 黄芪) honey-fried, four liang; Nipponensis Ichthyocolium (Huangyubiao Jiao, 黄鱼鳔胶) fried with Arsenico-kaolinite powder into beads, one jin; Astragali Complanati Semen (Shayuanjili, 沙苑蒺藜) eight liang, soaked in horse milk, steamed until cooked, and dried.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills. Take 80 pills per dose, administered with warm wine on an empty stomach.
When a man’s essence and qi are not secure, resulting in frequent nocturnal emissions or turbid urine dripping continuously, excessive leakage leads to infertility. Zhongzi Dan (Seed-Planting Powder/Pill) should be used.

Lotus Stamen (Lianxu, 莲须) selected golden ones, four liang; Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu, 山茱萸) pitted, three liang; Rubi Fructus (Fupenzi, 覆盆子) two liang, pedicels removed; Dragon Bone (Longgu, 龙骨) calcined and levigated with water, five qian; Euryales Semen (Qianshim, 芡实米) four liang; Astragali Complanati Semen (Shayuanjili, 沙苑蒺藜) pure powder four liang, further sifted into extremely fine powder two liang (mixed into the medicine, coarse powder remains, boiled with water to make paste).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with four liang of refined honey and the jili paste to form pills. Take on an empty stomach with light salt water.
