牛黄、片脑（冰片）、硼砂（各一分），雄黄、辰砂（辰砂即朱砂，硫化汞矿物药）、青黛（各二分），朴硝（芒硝的精制品，一分五厘）。将上述药材研磨成极细的粉末。使用时吹入少许患处，立即见效。
人中白（经火煅烧一钱）、铜绿（三分）、麝香（五厘）。将上述药材研成粉末。使用前先用米泔水清洗患处，然后敷上药物。

又一方：大枣（一枚，去核），坑砂（硇砂，放入枣核内，用泥包裹，再用湿草纸包好，在火炭中煨透，去掉泥和草纸，只用枣肉）擦拭疳积处，即可痊愈。
水飞滑石（三钱）、青黛（一钱）、赤石脂（三钱）、生石膏（三钱）、冰片（二分）、白蜡（一钱）。
此方治疗小儿惊吓导致心肝二经受邪。症状表现为嘴唇发青、四肢摇动、坐卧不安。

石菖蒲（洗净），连根捣烂取汁。给患儿饮用少许。同时使用通关散吹入鼻中，通过打喷嚏来治愈。
Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Pian Nao (Bingpian, Borneol), Pengsha (Borax) (each 1 fen); Xionghuang (Realgar), Chensha (Cinnabar), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (each 2 fen); Puxiao (Mirabilite, refined) (1.5 li). Grind the above herbs into an extremely fine powder. Blow a small amount into the affected area for immediate effect.
Renzhongbai (Human Alumen, calcined, 1 qian); Tonglv (Chalcanthite, 3 fen); Shexiang (Musk, 5 li). Grind the above herbs into a powder. First wash the affected area with rice water, then apply the medicine.
Zhen Xi Huang (True Calamus Bovis/Niuhuang, 1 fen); Fengqie (Hyoscyamus niger, processed to retain efficacy, 2 qian); Zhenzhu (Pearl, 3 fen); Bingpian (Borneol, 1 fen); Xiangya Xie (Tusk Dust, processed to retain efficacy, 1 qian). Grind them together into an extremely fine powder until no sound is produced when grinding. Apply to the affected area.
Another prescription: Dazao (Jujube, 1 piece, pitted); Kengsha (Natrii Chloratum crude/Rock Salt containing impurities, placed inside the jujube, wrapped in mud and wet grass paper, roasted thoroughly in hot embers, remove mud and paper, use only the jujube flesh) to rub on the gan accumulation (nutritional deficiency disorder) area, which will cure it.
Shuishi (Talcum, water-triturated, 3 qian); Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 1 qian); Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, 3 qian); Sheng Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, raw, 3 qian); Bingpian (Borneol, 2 fen); Bai La (Beeswite/White Beeswax, 1 qian).
This formula treats pediatric fright affecting the Heart and Liver meridians. Symptoms include cyanosis of the lips, trembling of the four limbs, and restlessness in sitting or lying down.
Chen Danning (Arisaema cum Bile, aged, 7 fen); Tianzhu Huang (Calculus Bambusae, 3 qian); Ming Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, 1.7 qian); Chi Shao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 1 qian); Chuan Bei (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, 1.7 qian, heart removed); [Text missing here] Bo [Text missing] qian); Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, text missing). Grind all into a fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, size similar to Euryale Seed (Qianshi). Coat with Zhusha (Cinnabaris, water-triturated). Take one pill per dose, swallowed with warm water. If external pathogenic factors are present, swallow with light ginger decoction.
Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, washed), crush the roots with leaves to extract juice. Give a small amount to drink. Simultaneously blow Tongguan San into the nose to induce sneezing for cure.
(This method also treats adult stroke with loss of consciousness and locked jaw: treatable if sneezing occurs, difficult to treat if not.)
Sheng Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, raw); Sheng Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, raw); Zhu Ya Zao Jiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina, each equal parts). Grind into fine powder. Blow into the nasal cavity.
