I greatly appreciated it but doubted its ability to resolve food stagnation. After a heavy meal, I took two pills and lay down. Upon waking, there was no stagnation, proving its efficacy. The late Gongjian had weak spleen due to old age, little food intake, and much phlegm. My own preservation in later years relied entirely on this formula, so I attach it here to share with the world.
