106.腿胫红肿：脚气腿胫红肿方用凤仙花叶 枸杞叶共煎浓汤熏洗，并生捣融敷之。又方用大田螺捣烂敷之。
107.脱肛：大肠脱肛不收方用桑树蜗牛，身有螺狮壳，头有双须者是也。瓦上焙枯，研末一两，猪油调敷立效。
一小儿脱肛百药不效，后食辣椒数次肛即缩上。并不再见脱。屡试如神。此物即青椒也。凡肠风下血并可服之。
108.毒蛇疯狗咬伤点眼仙方：方用上火硝五分提净 制炉甘石一钱 上雄精五分 当门子三分 大冰片三分 右药研极细末，将药点两眼角。视伤处有黄水流出。流净即愈。其效甚速，真仙方也。慎勿轻视。
又方治疯狗咬伤奇方用真潞党参三钱 羌活三钱 独活三钱 前胡三钱 红柴胡三钱 炒枳壳二钱 桔梗二钱 茯苓三钱 甘草三钱 川芎二钱 地榆一两 生姜三钱 紫仔根一大握 浓煎温服。看法以锣声闻之乱者，以蒲扇搧之畏者。是颠犬伤也，以黄豆嚼之，不呕者是也。用马鞭草和葧荠煎水饮之效。
109.撞红：妇人行经，与夫交合，谓之撞红。医五音无正方，若不速治立成痨瘵。治法以大鲢鱼合杨桃煮汤食之。以清凉药剂解之。凡房事戒之。
110.雷击：救雷击方。娄子春神仙常云雷击之鬼化为蚯蚓。故谭子云凡被雷击者以蚯蚓汁敷脐中可活。或用伤科回生丹灌之亦可
111.臁疮：鲁仲斌传出远近生臁疮妙方：先用灶心土 黄柏 赤石脂 黄丹 轻粉 乳香 没药 猪胆汁 清油水调敷。后用此方：用炉甘石一两 密陀僧三钱 冰片五分 猪油捣敷，外扎紧，七日愈。
又方：年久顽臁皮乌黑，下陷臭秽不堪，用蜈蚣 法。方用蜈蚣 甘草 独活 白芷各一钱 桐油二两 将药煎滚，先以米泔水洗净疮水。和白面做团，护臁旁，后以黄蜡膏。血竭 赤石脂煅 煅龙骨各三钱 香油一两 入血余粟子大一团 烧枯去渣，再入黄蜡一两 白胶香三钱 熔化尽。离火下血竭等末。盖住肌肉能生而痛能消妙。
112.睡魔：有人睡魔死，急用生半夏末约一豆大，吹入两鼻，取母鸡血搽面上，干则再搽即醒。
113.梦魅：治梦魅妙方。用大明雄黄 朱砂，戴头上，并系左腋下，可免鬼魅并解恶梦。
114.花风：有人发花风死，此症多死于床上，见背脊下腰眼处肾俞穴，有一红扁者可治。若黑者不治。急用麝香添于脐眼，加姜一片盖麝上，艾火灸之而生。
115.中毒：有人中毒。七窍流血。方用刺猬皮煅存性为末。每服三钱酒调下立止。
116.鸦片：解鸦片烟毒妙方。急用活鸭血，多多灌之，最为神效。仙方用真南卤砂黄色如胶者为真。冷水调服得呕可以立解。试之屡有奇验。又方：当归 藜芦 胆矾各四钱 研末鸡蛋清调匀，滚水冲搅温服。但得下咽即活。再饮绿豆汤而愈。（九按外洋新验之方最灵：硼砂水调服）。
117.砒毒：解砒霜毒即信石也。方用防风四两 研末冷水调服。或冷水同末擂汁灌之亦可。屡试如神。万无一失。
119.蚂蝗:蚂蝗即水蛭也。有毒此物入腹。久必生子，食人肝血，腹痛不可忍，面目黄瘦，不治必死。用龙眼肉，荔枝肉包厚烟油吞之即死。随于大便而出。屡试如神。此经验第一方也。
120.蜈蚣：有人误吞蜈蚣入腹者，以生鸡血管制甚效。又方：食生鸡蛋二三个，略过半刻。再饮生油一杯即吐出绝妙方也。
121.河豚：解河豚鱼毒方。多食生橄榄，并用橄榄核磨水服极效。有方饮麻油一二杯亦效。
122.鹧鸪：有人好食鹧鸪。后喉间生痈。溃烂脓血不止。百药不效。一名医令先食生姜一斤。陆续煎水服完。然后下药治之。遂愈。盖此鸟好食半夏毒发，故以姜治之。
123.鹅鸭：解鹅鸭毒方。用糯米半斤淘水去米，温服一碗即愈。解鸡肉毒方：用地浆水饮之可解。
124.猪肉：解郁肉漏脯肉毒。凡各肉密器紧盖过夜者。为郁肉。屋漏沾著者为漏脯。皆有毒。方用韭菜汁饮之即解。
125.误吞铁器、金银铜锡：误吞铁器方以炭皮研末，调粥二三碗食之。炭末即裹铁器由大便而出。神效第一方也。如误吞铁针并皆治之。
误吞金银铁锡铅方用羊胫骨即羊前腿膝盖骨也。烧枯为末，米饮调服二三钱，一日必出。有人吞金环三日不下，服此即出。屡试神验。真百发百中之方也。
126.误吞铜钱：多食荸荠。自然消化其效无比。或用砂仁二两煎汤服之可化。
127.酒醉：凡酒醉死者急解醉人头发放井水内浸。方用樟树子四钱。酒三杯煎滚候温灌之即醒。或用樟木二两煎水服亦可。此仙方也。屡试如神。有方黑豆一升煮汁乘温灌下三盏即醒。
128.酒病：好饮之人酒毒发作头痛目眩或咽喉闷闭或下利清水日数十次，形神萎顿。若误作阴寒自利妄用温剂者非矣。宜用陈皮五钱 甘草二钱 川连三钱 以上三味俱微炒为末再配松花粉一两 和匀每服二钱早晚以开水送下一服。两日即消。
129.血滞：一人遍身作痛或云中风或云中湿。百药不效。后一医云此症系气血凝滞。用元胡 当归 肉桂等分为末温酒调服四钱而愈。或加天麻更妙。
130.骨软：一人爱食烧炙炒煎厚味以致周身筋骨疼痛软弱。渐至手足不能举动，经年不愈。后食冬瓜两百斤而愈。
131.筋缩：一人筋缩不舒疼痛不止方用.当归一两 白芍 薏苡仁 生地 元参各五钱 柴胡一钱 水煎服神效。如脚膝转筋加木瓜五钱极妙。
132.状类风瘫：豨桐丸治男妇感受风湿或嗜饮冒风外邪内湿传于四肢脉络雍塞不舒以致两足软酸疼痛不能行步，或两手牵绊不能仰举。凡辛劳之人常患此症。状似风瘫服此丸立能痊愈。其药价廉而速效诚秘方也。幸勿轻视方用地梧桐俗名臭梧桐不论花叶梗俱可用采取切片晒干炒磨末子一斤。豨签草炒磨末子八两。上二味和匀炼蜜为丸如桐子大。早晚以白滚烫送下。忌食猪肝羊血 芋等之物切戒。
133.风湿：狗脊饮治气血俱亏手足麻木感受风湿不能行动。无论男女一方分作五服每日一服六日痊愈。如末痊愈用酒十斤将药泡服。此方试验数百人神效非常，不可轻忽。方用：金毛狗脊 川牛膝 海风藤 宣木瓜 桑树枝 松树节 川续断 黑杜仲 酒秦艽 大熟地 桂枝各一钱 大归身二两 用河水二碗煎六分和绍兴酒一小杯同饮。
134.瘫痪：瘫痪药酒治一切风湿瘫痪甚效。方用苍术 白芷 羌活 黄芩 川芎 薄荷 厚朴 荆芥 桑寄生 白细辛 木瓜各二钱 杜仲 牛膝 续断 当归 威灵仙 钻地风 千年健各一钱半 防风一钱二分 川乌 草乌 五加皮 秦艽 桂枝各一钱 猪筋四两 用雄鸡一只 重一斤者为率轻重俱不合用。杀之燖去毛不可见水，不要肠肚臓。用瓦锅同前药入糟烧酒五斤蒸好取鸡先食。酒早晚随便饮。忌生冷寒凉滞气等物。宜逸不宜劳。避风湿节房事。病轻者服鸡后必愈。重者饮酒完即愈。极重再服一料痊愈。但饮酒时其痛更甚，须要忍耐痛止即愈。
135.风气：松豆酒治风气骨节疼痛半身不遂方用。黑料豆 油松节锉碎四两 白蜂蜜一斤 好烧酒十五斤 蒸一柱香久取出泡水中。过十四日。早晚随量饮。有人瘫痪不能行动。饮此半月行走如常效。
136.风湿：二妙汤治一切风湿瘫痪筋骨疼痛无不神效。方用生甘草 威灵仙各一斤用水一石将药煎五六滚入大缸内用板凳坐其中周围用布团住乘热熏之。待水温浑身洗透。务使汗出谨避风寒即愈。
137.中风：中风口眼歪斜。用活鳝鱼一条捣烂左斜敷右。右斜敷左。嘴正即将鳝鱼血洗净。免口又扯一边屡试皆验。
138.中风：中风不语半身不遂祖传秘方屡试皆验方用。草乌一斤 绿豆半斤 同煮以豆为度，去豆将草乌刮去皮切片晒干为末烧酒兑服。虽老年久病亦愈。
三生饮治中风牙关紧闭两手握紧若口开手撒。则不可服。方用：生南星二钱 生川乌去皮 生附子去皮脐各一钱 木香四分 气虚者加真台党一两煎服。
稀涎散治中风昏昏如醉口开手撒或口角流涎顷刻不救。急用此散灌之得吐即愈方用。新皂角四条去黑皮筋 明矾一两共为末，每用一钱温水缓缓调灌。毋使大吐恐过剂伤人屡效不可具述。醒后再用药调理方免后患。
开关散中风卒急先用此药开关。生半夏一钱 皂角二钱 北细辛三分共研吹入鼻中有嚏可治。无嚏则死。
柏叶饮凡中风不省人事得病之日即服此免成废人方用侧柏叶一握 葱白连须一把共捣如泥。用无灰酒一大碗煎数十沸去渣温灌分数次服。中风脱症忌服。
139.湿风：腰脚湿风作痛不能履地者。方用松毛一斤捣如泥用烧酒三斤泡七日随量饮之。
风湿疼痛或用生姜一块一面用冯了性药酒炒透取出。另用冯了性药酒炖热以姜蘸酒于痛风处避风擦之极妙。
140箭风痛：箭风痛俗名鬼箭打或头项肩背手足腰肢等处筋骨疼痛不安。方用：穿山甲一钱炒黄研 泽兰叶三钱酒煎服。此药专行血络通淤散邪屡试如神，永不再发。
又方：用延胡 肉桂 五灵脂 当归 白芷 防风各一钱 水煎服。另用木香一钱 水磨兑服极效。此林屋山人经验方。
141.手足筋痛：手足筋骨疼痛方用：熟地四两 捣烂浸入好烧酒一斤蒸熟用竹筷搅匀放水中三日取出。每日随量饮至愈为止。并取所泡熟地送酒甚效。此林屋山人验方也。
142.肩背筋痛：肩背筋骨疼痛方用。槐花子 胡桃 脂麻 细茶叶各五钱 用水五碗煎至一半热服。神效无比。
143.潮湿：积受潮湿四肢不仁方。歌诀云：十大功劳三两重，八棱麻根五钱轻；淫羊藿与千年健，红花当归五加皮；陈皮 六觔足，再加无灰酒十觔。封坛七月随量饮。一月之后见奇功。
144.肩疖：一担夫担肩痈疖百治罔效。方用五倍子烧灰存性为细末，加黄丹用水飞过 醋调敷之甚效。
145.蛇头：蛇头恶疮生各指头又足趾头生者亦是。方用凤仙花下半截连根用。不用水洗和甜酒糟捣融敷。有人指头生疮肿大如李痛不可忍，用此敷之半日肿消痛止。较蛤蟆尤为神速。又方：用鸡蛋一个穿一小孔入信石一分套指头上，热则再换立刻止痛如神真仙方也。较前各方功效更大。又方：用茶垢盐饭雄黄捣奄患处即愈。
146.螺疮:指头畏冷天气不寒指尖作冷名曰螺疮，用醋盐调匀将指头泡入自愈。
147.血余：十指节断坏惟有筋连虫出长数尺遍身绿毛此名血余症用赤茯苓 白茯苓 胡黄连各一钱半煎服。
148.缝疮：凡虎口并各手指缝生疮或肿或烂痛不可忍。若不早治即烂入大指二指间为虎口有名乂指方用生蒲公英搥融敷之数日即愈。又用白芨三钱研末 蟾酥一钱共和鸡蛋清搽之神效。又方：用生黄豆嚼融敷将口漱尽再嚼甚效。又方通草为末鸡蛋清调敷其肿即消。又方白芷 黄丹 滑石研末敷之甚效。
149.掌疮：手指及掌生黄白脓泡痛痒无时。缠绵不已，内必有虫方用猪肝切片和桃叶搥融敷之神效。
150.穿掌：手足心中忽然肿起或痛或不痛或烂或不烂。此名穿掌又名擎疽又名托盘。用生附子切片贴之或用生附子煎汤泡之更妙。如作痛痒切忌手抓。生附子加轻粉一分贴之必愈。如未破者用白盐 花椒末等分醋和敷之极效。或溏鸡粪敷之。或鲜桑叶捣敷均效。九按此症有用野兰草捣醋糟敷之获愈。
151.鸭掌风：看法生手掌上紫白斑点叠起白皮，坚硬干燥。甚则叠叠脱皮肉血外露。或痒或痛久则成癣难愈。用一大碗以纸紧糊碗口，纸上用针刺破多孔，上铺细米糠三寸厚，手钳燃炭放糠上缓缓烧之，烧至离纸三分光景。将炭与糠一并弃去。不可将纸烧穿，取碗中糠油时时搽之。数日断根。屡试甚效。有人患此筋肉显露十余年不愈。照此医痊永不复发。
152.臂疮：有人手臂生疮肿大如拳，以小刀略破其皮或用代刀散敷之即破。方用真硼砂 上冰片 各一分 轻粉五厘 为末掺之即化为水而愈矣。
153.手肿：有人热毒攻手肿痛欲脱。方用猪油和羊粪涂之，再以水煮马粪洗之。
154.手足作痛：手足痛人以为脾经之热，不知非脾也，乃肝木之郁结也。散其郁气则手足之痛自去。用逍遥散加栀子三钱 半夏 白芥子各三钱 水煎服。二剂其痛若失。盖肝气作祟则脾不能当其锋。气散于四肢结而不伸。所以作痛。今一旦平其肝气而脾气自舒而痛在手足有不尽除者乎。
106. 小腿和小腿肚红肿：治疗脚气引起的小腿和小腿肚红肿，方子用凤仙花叶和枸杞叶共同煎煮成浓汤，先熏蒸后清洗患处，并将新鲜叶片捣烂敷在患处。另一个方子是用大田螺捣烂后敷在患处。
107. 脱肛：大肠脱出肛门无法回纳，方子使用桑树上的蜗牛（身体有螺丝壳，头部有双触须的是正品）。将其在瓦片上焙干至焦枯，研成粉末一两，用猪油调和后敷贴，立即见效。
另一个方子：用一个大的田螺，加入一分梅花冰片，立刻会有水渗出，敷在患处非常有效。

另一个方子治疗疯狗咬伤的奇方：用真潞党参三钱、羌活三钱、独活三钱、前胡三钱、红柴胡三钱、炒枳壳二钱、桔梗二钱、茯苓三钱、甘草三钱、川芎二钱、地榆一两、生姜三钱、紫仔根一大把。浓煎后温服。判断是否被疯狗咬伤的方法：听到锣声会惊慌失措，用蒲扇扇风会害怕的人，是被疯狗咬伤了；嚼黄豆不呕吐的人也是被疯狗咬伤了。用马鞭草和白蒌荠煎水饮用有效。

123. 鹅鸭：解鹅鸭毒的方子。用半斤糯米淘洗的水，去掉米粒，温服一碗即愈。解鸡肉毒的方子：用地浆水饮用可以解毒。
124. 猪肉：解郁肉（密封容器过夜变质的肉）和漏脯肉（屋顶漏水沾湿的肉）的毒。凡是各肉类在密闭容器中紧盖过夜者，称为郁肉。被屋顶漏水沾到的称为漏脯，都有毒。方子用韭菜汁饮用即解。

134. 瘫痪：瘫痪药酒治疗一切风湿瘫痪非常有效。方子用苍术、白芷、羌活、黄芩、川芎、薄荷、厚朴、荆芥、桑寄生、白细辛、木瓜各二钱，杜仲、牛膝、续断、当归、威灵仙、钻地风、千年健各一钱半，防风一钱二分，川乌、草乌、五加皮、秦艽、桂枝各一钱，猪筋四两，用雄鸡一只（重一斤为标准，轻重都不合用）。杀之烫去毛，不可见水，不要肠肚脏。用瓦锅同前药入糟烧酒五斤蒸好，取出鸡先吃。酒早晚随便饮。忌生冷寒凉滞气等物。宜逸不宜劳。避风湿节房事。病轻者吃鸡后必愈。重者饮酒完即愈。极重再服一料痊愈。但饮酒时其痛更甚，须要忍耐，痛止即愈。
135. 风气：松豆酒治疗风气骨节疼痛、半身不遂。方子用黑料豆、油松节锉碎四两，白蜂蜜一斤，好烧酒十五斤，蒸一柱香久取出泡水中。过十四日，早晚随量饮。有人瘫痪不能行动，饮此半月行走如常，有效。
136. 风湿：二妙汤治疗一切风湿瘫痪、筋骨疼痛无不神效。方子用生甘草、威灵仙各一斤，用水一石将药煎五六滚，入大缸内，用板凳坐其中，周围用布围住，乘热熏之。待水温浑身洗透。务使汗出，谨避风寒即愈。
137. 中风：中风口眼歪斜。用活鳝鱼一条捣烂，左侧歪斜敷右侧，右侧歪斜敷左侧。嘴正后将鳝鱼血洗净，避免口又扯向一边，多次尝试皆验。
138. 中风：中风不语、半身不遂祖传秘方，多次尝试皆验。方子用草乌一斤、绿豆半斤，同煮以豆熟为度，去豆将草乌刮去皮切片晒干为末，烧酒兑服。虽老年久病亦愈。
三生饮治疗中风牙关紧闭、两手握紧，若口开手撒，则不可服。方子用：生南星二钱、生川乌去皮、生附子去皮脐各一钱、木香四分，气虚者加真台党一两煎服。
稀涎散治疗中风昏昏如醉、口开手撒或口角流涎，顷刻不救。急用此散灌之，得吐即愈。方子用：新皂角四条去黑皮筋、明矾一两共为末，每用一钱温水缓缓调灌。毋使大吐恐过剂伤人，屡效不可具述。醒后再用药调理方免后患。
开关散中风卒急先用此药开关。生半夏一钱、皂角二钱、北细辛三分共研吹入鼻中有嚏可治，无嚏则死。
柏叶饮凡中风不省人事，得病之日即服此免成废人。方子用侧柏叶一握、葱白连须一把共捣如泥。用无灰酒一大碗煎数十沸去渣温灌分数次服。中风脱症忌服。
139. 湿风：腰脚湿风作痛不能履地者。方子用松毛一斤捣如泥，用烧酒三斤泡七日，随量饮之。
又一个方子：用生川乌头去皮尖三个，为末醋调用布摊贴，立能止痛。
风湿疼痛或用生姜一块，一面用冯了性药酒炒透取出。另用冯了性药酒炖热，以姜蘸酒于痛风处避风擦之，极妙。
140. 箭风痛：箭风痛俗名鬼箭打，或头项肩背手足腰肢等处筋骨疼痛不安。方子用：穿山甲一钱炒黄研，泽兰叶三钱酒煎服。此药专行血络通淤散邪，多次尝试像神一样灵验，永不再发。
又一个方子：用延胡、肉桂、五灵脂、当归、白芷、防风各一钱，水煎服。另用木香一钱，水磨兑服，极效。此林屋山人经验方。
141. 手足筋痛：手足筋骨疼痛方子用：熟地四两，捣烂浸入好烧酒一斤蒸熟，用竹筷搅匀放水中三日取出。每日随量饮至愈为止。并取所泡熟地送酒，甚效。此林屋山人验方也。
142. 肩背筋痛：肩背筋骨疼痛方子用：槐花子、胡桃、脂麻、细茶叶各五钱，用水五碗煎至一半，热服。神效无比。
143. 潮湿：积受潮湿四肢不仁方。歌诀云：十大功劳三两重，八棱麻根五钱轻；淫羊藿与千年健，红花当归五加皮；陈皮六觔足，再加无灰酒十觔。封坛七月随量饮。一月之后见奇功。
144. 肩疖：一担夫担肩痈疖百治罔效。方子用五倍子烧灰存性为细末，加黄丹用水飞过，醋调敷之，甚效。
145. 蛇头：蛇头恶疮生在各个指头和足趾头也是。方子用凤仙花下半截连根用，不用水洗，和甜酒糟捣融敷。有人指头生疮肿大如李，痛不可忍，用此敷之半日肿消痛止。较蛤蟆尤为神速。又一个方子：用鸡蛋一个穿一小孔，入信石一分套在指头上，热则再换，立刻止痛如神，真仙方也。较前各方功效更大。又一个方子：用茶垢盐饭、雄黄捣奄患处即愈。
146. 螺疮：指头畏冷，天气不寒指尖作冷，名曰螺疮，用醋盐调匀将指头泡入自愈。
147. 血余：十指节断坏惟有筋连，虫出长数尺遍身绿毛，此名血余症，用赤茯苓、白茯苓、胡黄连各一钱半煎服。
148. 缝疮：凡虎口并各手指缝生疮，或肿或烂，痛不可忍。若不早治即烂入大指二指间为虎口，有名乂指。方子用生蒲公英捶融敷之，数日即愈。又用白芨三钱研末、蟾酥一钱共和鸡蛋清搽之，神效。又一个方子：用生黄豆嚼融敷，将口漱尽再嚼，甚效。又一个方子：通草为末，鸡蛋清调敷，其肿即消。又一个方子：白芷、黄丹、滑石研末敷之，甚效。
149. 掌疮：手指及掌生黄白脓泡，痛痒无时，缠绵不已，内必有虫。方子用猪肝切片和桃叶捶融敷之，神效。
一人手指手掌皮厚如铁，苦参酒煎服。外用苦参末酒敷，极效如神。
150. 穿掌：手足心中忽然肿起，或痛或不痛，或烂或不烂。此名穿掌，又名擎疽，又名托盘。用生附子切片贴之，或用生附子煎汤泡之更妙。如作痛痒切忌手抓。生附子加轻粉一分贴之必愈。如未破者用白盐、花椒末等分醋和敷之，极效。或溏鸡粪敷之。或鲜桑叶捣敷均效。九按：此症有用野兰草捣醋糟敷之获愈。
151. 鸭掌风：看法生手掌上紫白斑点叠起白皮，坚硬干燥。甚则叠叠脱皮肉血外露。或痒或痛，久则成癣难愈。用一大碗以纸紧糊碗口，纸上用针刺破多孔，上铺细米糠三寸厚，手钳燃炭放糠上缓缓烧之，烧至离纸三分光景。将炭与糠一并弃去，不可将纸烧穿，取碗中糠油时时搽之。数日断根，屡试甚效。有人患此筋肉显露十余年不愈，照此医痊永不复发。
152. 臂疮：有人手臂生疮肿大如拳，以小刀略破其皮或用代刀散敷之即破。方子用真硼砂、上冰片各一分，轻粉五厘，为末掺之，即化为水而愈矣。
153. 手肿：有人热毒攻手肿痛欲脱。方子用猪油和羊粪涂之，再以水煮马粪洗之。
154. 手足作痛：手足痛人以为脾经之热，不知非脾也，乃肝木之郁结也。散其郁气则手足之痛自去。用逍遥散加栀子三钱、半夏、白芥子各三钱，水煎服。二剂其痛若失。盖肝气作祟则脾不能当其锋。气散于四肢结而不伸，所以作痛。今一旦平其肝气而脾气自舒，而痛在手足有不尽除者乎。
155. 手足生疮久不收口：有人手足生疮久不收口。取大路口多人撒尿木板烂成白色者，以炭火煅化研细末，加冰片少许掺之即愈。
106. Redness and swelling of the lower leg and calf: For redness and swelling of the lower leg and calf caused by *Jiaoqi* (Beriberi or foot qi), decoct fresh Impatiens balsamina leaves (Fengxianhua Ye) and Lycium chinense leaves (Gouqi Ye) together to make a strong decoction. Fumigate and wash the affected area with the hot decoction, and apply freshly mashed leaves topically. Another prescription uses large pond snails mashed and applied topically.
107. Rectal prolapse: For rectal prolapse where the large intestine protrudes and cannot be retracted, use snails found on mulberry trees (those with a shell resembling a snail's shell and two antennae on the head). Roast them on a tile until charred, grind into powder (one tael), mix with lard, and apply topically for immediate effect.
Another prescription: Use one large snail mixed with one fen of plum blossom Borneol (Meihua Bingpian). Water will exude immediately; apply this to the affected area for great efficacy.
Yet another prescription: Grind pericarpium cicadae (Chantui) into powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply topically for unparalleled efficacy.
A child suffered from rectal prolapse unresponsive to various medicines. After eating chili peppers several times, the anus retracted and did not prolapse again. This has been tested repeatedly with miraculous results. This food is green pepper. It can also be taken for intestinal wind with bleeding.
108. Immortal prescription for eye-dropping in cases of venomous snake and mad dog bites: Mix five fen of purified fire niter (Shanghuoxiao), one qian of prepared calamine (Zhi Luganshi), five fen of real realgar (Shangxiongjing), three fen of musk (Dangmenshen), and three fen of big borneol (Da Bingpian). Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Apply a small amount of powder to both inner corners of the eyes. Observe if yellow fluid flows from the wound; once it flows clean, the patient will recover. The effect is very rapid; truly an immortal prescription. Do not underestimate it.
Another miraculous prescription for mad dog bites: Use three qian of genuine Luzhou Codonopsis (Ludangshen), three qian of Notopterygium root (Qianghuo), three qian of Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), three qian of Peucedanum root (Qianhu), three qian of red bupleurum (Hong Chaihu), two qian of stir-fried Aurantium fruit (Chao Zhike), two qian of Platycodon root (Jiegeng), three qian of Poria (Fuling), three qian of licorice root (Gancao), two qian of Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), one liang of Sanguisorba root (Diyu), three qian of fresh ginger (Shengjiang), and a large handful of Zizyphus root bark (Zizigen). Decoct strongly and take warm. To determine if bitten by a mad dog: observe if the person panics at the sound of gongs or fears being fanned with a palm-leaf fan. Also, if chewing soybeans does not induce vomiting, it indicates a mad dog bite. Drinking water decocted from Patrinia scabiosifolia (Mabiancao) and Verbesina occidentalis (Boqi) is effective.
109. "Zhonghong" (Trauma during menstruation): When a woman engages in sexual intercourse during her menstrual period, it is called "Zhonghong". Physicians of the Five Tones have no standard formula. If not treated promptly, it will immediately develop into *Laozhai* (consumption/tuberculosis). The treatment method is to cook soup with a large silver carp and starfruit and eat it. Use cooling agents to resolve toxicity. Abstinence from sexual activity is required.
110. Lightning strike: Rescue prescription for lightning strikes. Lou Zichun, the Immortal, often said that ghosts struck by lightning transform into earthworms. Therefore, Tan Zi stated that applying earthworm juice to the umbilicus can save those struck by lightning. Alternatively, administering Huisheng Dan (Return-to-Life Pill) for trauma is also effective.
111. Leg ulcer (Linchuang): A wonderful prescription for leg ulcers transmitted by Lu Binbin: First, apply a mixture of hearth soil (Zaoshintu), Phellodendron bark (Huangbai), red kaolin (Chishizhi), lead monoxide (Huandan), calomel (Qingfen), frankincense (Ruxiang), myrrh (Moyao), pig bile, and clarified vegetable oil. Then use this prescription: One tael of calamine (Luganshi), three qian of lead monoxide (Miduoseng), and five fen of borneol (Bingpian). Mash with lard and apply, binding tightly externally; heals in seven days.
Another prescription: For chronic, stubborn leg ulcers with blackened, sunken, and foul-smelling skin, use centipede... [text implies combination]. The prescription uses one qian each of centipede (Wugong), licorice root (Gancao), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), and angelica dahurica (Baizhi), and two liang of tung oil. Boil the herbs. First, wash the ulcer with rice water. Make a paste of flour to protect the surrounding skin, then apply yellow wax ointment containing three qian each of dragon's blood (Xuejie), calcined red kaolin (Duanchishizhi), and calcined fossilized wood (Duangulong), one liang of sesame oil, and a ball of hair the size of a millet seed. Burn until charred, remove dregs, add one liang of yellow wax and three qian of rosin (Biaojiaoxiang), melt completely. Off heat, add the powders of dragon's blood etc. Covering the muscle promotes regeneration and relieves pain; the effect is miraculous.
112. Sleep paralysis ("Sleep Demon"): If someone suffers from sleep paralysis, urgently blow about the size of a bean of raw pinellia tuber (Sheng Banxia) powder into both nostrils. Apply hen blood to the face; reapply when dry, and the person will wake up.
113. Nightmares/Dream demons: Wonderful prescription for nightmares. Wear realrealgar (Daming Xionghuang) and cinnabar (Zhusha) on the head, and tie them under the left armpit to avoid evil spirits and relieve nightmares.
Another method: Place one shoe upside down and one right-side up while sleeping. Or use red felt/cloth as a pillow for peace.
114. Leprosy/Huafeng: Some die from Huafeng. This condition often leads to death in bed. Check the Shenshu acupoint (BL23) below the waist on the back; if there is a red flat spot, it is treatable. If black, it is untreatable. Urgently place musk in the umbilicus, cover with a slice of ginger, and moxa-burn to revive.
115. Poisoning: For poisoning with bleeding from the seven orifices, calcinate skunk cabbage skin (Ciwei Pi) preserving its nature, grind into powder. Take three qian mixed with wine to stop bleeding immediately.
116. Opium: Wonderful prescription to detoxify opium. Urgently drink plenty of live duck blood for miraculous effect. An immortal prescription uses true southern halite (Nanlusha, yellow and gelatinous is authentic). Mix with cold water and ingest; inducing vomiting resolves toxicity immediately. Tested many times with miraculous results. Another prescription: Four qian each of angelica sinensis (Danggui), veratrum (Lilu), and alum (Danfan). Grind into powder, mix with egg white,冲 with boiling water, and take warm. Life is saved upon swallowing. Follow with mung bean soup to recover. (Note: Foreign new verified prescriptions are most effective: borax mixed with water).
117. Arsenic poison: To detoxify arsenic trioxide (Xinshi/Shuang), use four liang of saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng). Grind into powder, mix with cold water and ingest. Or crush with cold water into juice and force-feed. Tested repeatedly with miraculous results, foolproof.
118. Knockout drug: To antidote knockout drugs, dew collected at night dissolves the toxin. For severe cases, drinking indigo juice brings immediate recovery.
119. Leech: Leeches (Shuizhi) are toxic. If ingested, they breed in the abdomen, consume liver blood, cause unbearable abdominal pain, jaundice, and emaciation; untreated, it is fatal. Wrap longan flesh and lychee flesh around thick tobacco oil and swallow; the leech dies and passes in stool. Tested repeatedly with miraculous results. This is the first experiential prescription.
120. Centipede: For accidental ingestion of centipedes, using raw chicken vascular tissue is very effective. Another prescription: Eat two or three raw eggs. After about fifteen minutes, drink a cup of raw oil to vomit out the centipede. An excellent prescription.
121. Pufferfish: Prescription to detoxify pufferfish. Eat many raw olives and drink water made from grinding olive pits for extreme efficacy. Drinking one or two cups of sesame oil is also effective.
122. Partridge: Someone who loved eating partridge developed a throat abscess with continuous pus and blood, unresponsive to medicine. A physician instructed eating one jin of fresh ginger first, decocted and consumed gradually, followed by specific medication, resulting in cure. This bird eats veratrum toxins; thus, ginger is used to treat it.
123. Goose and Duck: Prescription to detoxify goose/duck. Wash half a jin of glutinous rice, discard the rice, and drink the starchy water warm; one bowl cures. Prescription to detoxify chicken: Drink earth slurry water.
124. Pork: Detoxify "Yu Rou" (meat sealed overnight) and "Lou Fu" (meat wetted by roof leaks). Both are toxic. Drink chive juice to resolve toxicity.
Detoxify self-dead animals: Grind phellodendron bark (Huangbai) into powder, mix with cold water, and ingest one or two qian to resolve toxicity.
125. Accidental ingestion of iron/gold/silver/copper/tin: For ingesting iron, grind charcoal skin into powder, mix with porridge, and eat two or three bowls. The charcoal powder wraps the iron for excretion. The number one miraculous prescription. Works for needles too.
For ingesting gold/silver/iron/tin/lead: Use sheep tibia bone (yang jing gu), roast until charred, grind to powder. Mix with rice drink, ingest two or three qian; expelled within a day. Someone swallowed a gold ring for three days; this prescription expelled it. Repeatedly tested, infallible.
126. Accidental ingestion of copper coins: Eat many water chestnuts to digest naturally, with unparalleled efficacy. Or decoct two liang of amomum fruit (Sharen) in water and drink to dissolve.
127. Alcohol intoxication: For fatal alcohol intoxication, soak the victim's hair well-water. Prescription: Decoct four qian of camphor tree seeds (Zhangshuzi) in three cups of wine until boiling. Cool and administer to wake the patient. Alternatively, decoct two liang of camphor wood (Zhangmu) in water. An immortal prescription, repeatedly tested. Another prescription: Decoct one sheng of black soybeans, strain, and administer three cups warm to wake.
128. Alcohol disease: In chronic drinkers, alcohol toxicity causes headache, dizziness, throat constriction, or profuse watery diarrhea, leading to exhaustion. Misdiagnosing as yin-cold diarrhea and using warming agents is wrong. Use five qian of tangerine peel (Chenpi), two qian of licorice (Gancao), and three qian of coptis (Chuanlian). Lightly stir-fry and grind. Mix with one liang of pine pollen. Take two qian morning and evening with boiled water. Resolves in two days.
129. Blood stagnation: A patient with generalized pain was misdiagnosed as wind-stroke or damp-wind. A later doctor diagnosed Qi and blood stagnation. Use equal parts Corydalis (Yuanhu), angelica sinensis (Danggui), and cinnamon twig (Rougui). Grind, mix with warm wine, take four qian to cure. Adding Gastrodia (Tianma) is better.
130. Soft bones: A person addicted to rich, fried foods developed generalized bone/joint pain and weakness, progressing to immobility. Eating two hundred jin of winter melon cured it.
131. Muscle contraction: For painful muscle contraction, use one liang of angelica sinensis (Danggui), five qian each of white peony root (Baishao), coix seed (Yiyiren), rehmannia (Shengdi), and scrophularia (Yuanshen), and one qian of bupleurum (Chaihu). Decoct in water for miraculous effect. Add five qian of papaya (Mugua) for calf cramps.
132. Stroke-like paralysis: Xi Tong Wan treats wind-dampness in men and women, or external wind/internal dampness blocking limb meridians, causing weak, sore legs unable to walk, or arms unable to raise. Common in laborers, mimicking stroke. Cheap and fast-acting secret recipe. Do not underestimate. Use one jin of powdered Ficus tikoua (Diwutong/Ouwutong) flowers/leaves/stems, dried and roasted. Mix with eight liang of Siegesbeckia orientalis (Xiqiancao) powder. Honey-pill. Take with hot water morning and night. Avoid pork liver, sheep blood, taro.
133. Wind-dampness: Gouji Yin treats Qi/blood deficiency with numb limbs and wind-dampness immobility. Divide one dose into five servings, one daily, cures in six days. If not cured, soak herbs in ten jin of wine. Tested on hundreds with miraculous results. Formula: One qian each of Cibotium rhizome (Jinmao Gouji), achyranthes (Chuanniuxi), vitex trunk vine (Haifengteng), quince (Xuan Mugua), mulberry branch (Sangshuzhi), pine joint (Songshujie), drynaria (Chuanxuduan), eucommia (Hei Duzhong), gentian (Jiu Qinjiao), rehmannia (Dashudi), and cinnamon twig (Guizhi). Two liang of large angelica root (Da Guishen). Decoct in two bowls river water to six parts, mix with one small cup of Shaoxing wine.
134. Paralysis: Medicinal wine for wind-damp paralysis. Formula: Two qian each of atractylodes (Cangzhu), angelica dahurica (Baizhi), neopterygium (Qianghuo), scutellaria (Huangqin), ligusticum (Chuanxiong), mint (Bohe), magnolia (Houpo), schizonepeta (Jingjie), taxillus (Sangjisheng), white asarum (Baixixin), papaya (Mugua). One and a half qian each of eucommia (Duzhong), achyranthes (Niuxi), drynaria (Xuduan), angelica (Danggui), spirit pepper (Weilingxian), ground pine vine (Zhandifeng), and solidago (Qiannianjian). One point two qian of saposhnikovia (Fangfeng). One qian each of aconite (Chuanwu), wild aconite (Caowu), eleutherococcus (Wujiapi), gentian (Qinjiao), and cinnamon twig (Guizhi). Four liang of pig tendon. One rooster (one jin). Scald, pluck feathers without water, remove guts. Steam with herbs and five jin of fermented rice wine in a clay pot. Eat chicken first. Drink wine freely morning/evening. Avoid cold/raw/greasy foods. Rest, avoid wind/damp, moderate sex. Mild cases cure after eating chicken; severe cases cure after finishing wine; critical cases need another course. Pain may increase initially; endure until pain stops.
135. Wind-Qi: Songdou Wine treats wind affecting joints and hemiplegia. Formula: Four liang of black soybeans and chopped pine joints, one jin white honey, fifteen jin good liquor. Steam for incense time, soak in water for fourteen days. Drink适量 morning/evening. Cured hemiplegia walking normally in half a month.
136. Wind-dampness: Er Miao Tang treats all wind-damp paralysis and bone/joint pain. Formula: One jin each of raw licorice (Sheng Gancao) and spirit pepper (Weilingxian). Decoct in one dan of water, boil five-six times, pour into large vat. Sit on stool over vat, surround with cloth, fumigate with heat. Wash body when water is warm. Induce sweating, avoid wind/cold to cure.
137. Stroke: Facial paralysis. Mash one live eel. Apply to the opposite side (left deviation to right, right to left). Clean blood once mouth straightens to prevent retraction. Repeatedly verified.
138. Stroke: Ancestral secret prescription for aphasia and hemiplegia. Formula: One jin of aconite (Caowu) and half a jin of mung beans. Cook until beans are done. Remove beans, peel/a slice/dry/grind aconite. Mix with burning wine. Cures elderly/chronic cases.
Sansheng Yin treats stroke with locked jaw/clenched hands. Contraindicated if mouth open/hands relaxed. Formula: Two qian of raw arisaema (Sheng Nanxing), one qian each of peeled raw aconite (Sheng Chuanwu) and peeled raw aconite with navel removed (Sheng Fuzi), four fen of costus root (Muxiang). Add one liang of Taiping Codonopsis (Tai Dang) for Qi deficiency.
Xixian San treats stroke with drunken stupor/open mouth/relaxed hands/salivation. Urgent administration induces vomiting for cure. Formula: Four strips of fresh soap pod (Xin Zaojiao) minus skin/fiber, one liang alum (Mingfan). Grind. Take one qian with warm water slowly. Do not induce excessive vomiting. Regulate afterwards.
Kaiguan San for acute stroke opening orifices. One qian raw pinellia (Sheng Banxia), two qian soap pod (Zaojiao), three fen northern asarum (Beixixin). Grind and insufflate into nose. Sneezing indicates treatability; no sneeze means death.
Baiye Yin for unconscious stroke. Take on day of onset to prevent disability. Formula: One handful of biota leaf (Cebaiye), one bunch of scallion white with roots. Mash. Decoct in one large bowl of pure wine, boil, strain, take warm in divided doses. Contraindicated in stroke collapse syndrome.
139. Damp-Wind: For painful damp-wind in waist/legs preventing walking. Formula: One jin of pine needles mashed, soaked in three jin of liquor for seven days. Drink适量.
Another prescription: Three peeled/shaved raw aconite heads (Sheng Chuanwutou), powder mixed with vinegar, applied via cloth patch for instant pain relief.
For wind-damp pain: Stir-fry ginger piece in Feng Liaoxing medicinal wine, apply heated wine-soaked ginger to gout area avoiding wind. Excellent.
140. Arrow Wind Pain (Ghost Arrow Strike): Pain in head/neck/shoulders/back/limbs. Formula: One qian stir-fried/pounded pangolin scales (Chuanshanjia), three qian eupatorium leaf (Zelan Ye). Decoct in wine. Moves blood, unblocks collaterals, disperses pathogen. Prevents recurrence.
Another prescription: One qian each of Corydalis (Yanhu), cinnamon (Rougui), trogopterus dung (Wulingzhi), angelica (Danggui), angelica dahurica (Baizhi), saposhnikovia (Fangfeng). Decoct in water. Separate one qian of costus (Muxiang), grind with water, mix. Linwu Shanren's experience.
141. Hand/Foot Tendon Pain: Four liang cooked rehmannia (Shudi) mashed, soaked in one jin good liquor, steamed, stirred, soaked in water for three days. Drink适量 daily until cured. Eat soaked rehmanna with wine. Linwu Shanren's prescription.
142. Shoulder/Back Tendon Pain: Five qian each of sophora flower (Huaihua), walnut (Hutao), sesame (Zhima), fine tea leaves (Xi Chaye). Decoct in five bowls water to half volume. Drink hot. Miraculous.

Verse: Three liang Ten-Triple-Laborer (Shida Gonglao), five qian Balian Ma root; Epimedium (Yinyanghuo) and Solidago (Qiannianjian); Safflower (Honghua), angelica (Danggui), eleutherococcus (Wujiapi); Six jin Chenpi, ten jin pure wine. Seal jar seven months, drink适量. Miracle after one month.
144. Shoulder Furuncle: Porter's shoulder boil unresponsive to treatment. Formula: Calcinate Chinese gall (Wubeizi) to ash, mix with washed lead monoxide (Huandan), apply with vinegar. Effective.
145. Snake Head Ulcer: Malignant ulcer on fingers/toes. Formula: Lower part of impatiens (Fengxianhua) with roots, mashed with sweet wine lees (no water wash). Reduces swelling/pain rapidly. 147. Blood Remainder Syndrome: Finger joints broken, connected only by tendon, worm emerges meters long with green hair. Formula: One and a half qian each of red polyporus (Chi Fuling), white polyporus (Bai Fuling), and picrorhiza (Huhuanglian). Decoct.
148. Interdigital Eczema/Canker: Sores/swelling/ulcers in web spaces/tiger's mouth. Untreated spreads between thumb/index. Formula: Fresh dandelion mashed applied for days. Or three qian bletilla (Baiji) powder + one qian toad venom (Chansu) mixed with egg white. Or chew raw soybean, rinse mouth, chew more. Or tetrapanax powder with egg white. Or baizhi/huandan/huashi powder.
149. Palm Canker: Yellow-white blisters on fingers/palms, itching/pain, chronic, internal worms. Formula: Pig liver slices mashed with peach leaves applied. Effective.
Thick skin on hand/palm: Decoct sophora root (Kushen) in wine to drink. External: Kushen powder with wine. Miraculous.
150. Penetrating Palm: Sudden swelling/pain/ulceration on palms/soles. Named Chu Zhang, Qing Ju, Pan Tuo. Apply raw aconite (Sheng Fuzhi) slices or soak in decoction. Do not scratch. Raw aconite + calomel (Qingfen) cures. Unbroken: White salt + zanthoxylum (Huajiao) powder mixed with vinegar. Or chicken manure paste. Or fresh mulberry leaf mash. Note: Wild orchid grass + vinegar lees also works.

155. Chronic Non-healing Ulcers on Hands/Feet: Take wooden board from busy intersection stained white by urine, calcine to ash, grind fine, add little borneol (Bingpian), sprinkle on wound to heal.
156. Infant Hand Weakness: Five qian each of coix seed (Yimi), wine-soaked angelica (Jiu Danggui), drynaria (Qinjiao), sour jujube kernel (Suanzaoren), soft saposhnikovia (Ruan Fangfeng), and neopterygium (Qianghuo). Grind, honey-pill size of euryale seed. Take with schizonepeta (Jingjie) decoction.
