治肺痈日久，脓痰不尽，形气虚者。沙参、贝母、茯苓、陈皮、桔梗、片芩、胡连、川
芎、炒芍、银柴胡、地骨皮各五钱，麦冬、天冬、五味子、当归、炙 、煨焦熟地各一两，
炙草三钱，研末蜜丸。每服三钱。
治肠痈初起。酒炒大黄、制炒桃仁、白芥子、丹皮、滑石末各钱半，煎服。以利下脓血
为度，未下再服。
治肠痈已成。泡附子、败酱草、炒苡仁等分，研末。每用三钱，空心白汤调服。小水当
利下。
治肠痈腹痛。栝蒌仁、苡仁各三钱，丹皮制、研桃仁各二钱，频服。
治腹胀下脓。丹皮、栝蒌、桃仁、朴硝各钱半，大黄三钱，空心服。
初治胃痈。射干、炒连、升麻、麦冬、元参、条芩、大黄各一钱，芒硝、栀子、淡竹叶
各五分。初起服数剂。
治疗痈脓排出不尽且兼有肺气虚弱的情况。使用栝蒌仁（去除油脂）、贝母（去除心部）、桑白皮（用蜂蜜炒制）、枳壳（用面粉炒制）、甘草节（炒制）、白茅根；若伴有小便不通畅，可加入此方或参考此意。
治疗咳嗽、咽喉干燥，咯吐痰中带血的情况。使用紫菀、人参、犀角（可用炒黄连代替）、炙甘草、款冬花（炒制）、阿胶。
治疗肺痈日久，脓痰排不尽，身体气息虚弱的人。使用沙参、贝母、茯苓、陈皮、桔梗、黄芩、胡黄连、川芎、炒白芍、银柴胡、地骨皮各五钱，麦冬、天冬、五味子、当归、炙黄芪、煨焦熟地黄各一两，炙甘草三钱，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药。每次服用三钱。
治疗肠痈初起阶段。使用酒炒大黄、制炒桃仁、白芥子、牡丹皮、滑石末各一钱半，煎汤服用。以排出脓血为度，若未排出则继续服用。
治疗肠痈已经成脓阶段。使用炮附子、败酱草、炒薏苡仁等量，研成细末。每次取三钱，空腹时用白开水调服。小便应当有利下脓血的效果。
治疗肠痈引起的腹痛。使用栝蒌仁、薏苡仁各三钱，制牡丹皮、研碎桃仁各二钱，频繁服用。
治疗腹部胀满并下脓的情况。使用牡丹皮、栝蒌、桃仁、朴硝各一钱半，大黄三钱，空腹服用。
初期治疗胃痈。使用射干、炒黄连、升麻、麦冬、玄参、黄芩、大黄各一钱，芒硝、栀子、淡竹叶各五分。在疾病初起时服用数剂。
治疗胃痈脓液已成。使用赤小豆、薏苡仁、防己、甘草等量，煎汤服用。
治疗心痈初起阶段。使用木通、瞿麦、芥尾、薄荷、白芷、天花粉、甘草、赤芍、麦冬、生地黄、车前子、栀子仁、连翘、淡竹叶等量。
Treats cases where carbuncle pus is not completely discharged and is accompanied by Lung Qi deficiency. Use Trichosanthis Semen (Gualou Ren, oil removed), Fritillariae Bulbus (Beimu, heart removed), Morus Cortex (Sangpi, honey-fried), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike, flour-fried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao Jie, fried), and Imperatae Rhizoma (Maogen). [For cases with] urinary retention.
Treats cough, dry throat, and expectoration of sputum mixed with blood. Use Asteris Herba (Ziwan), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao, substitute with Scutellariae Radix fried in Coptidis Decoction - Huanglian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Zhigancao), Farflos Flos (Kuandonghua, fried), and Ecliptae Herba (Ejiao).
Treats Lung abscess lasting for a long time, with incomplete discharge of purulent sputum and deficiency of physical qi. Use Adenophorae Radix (Shashen), Fritillariae Bulbus (Beimu), Poria (Fuling), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Scutellariae Radix (Pinqing), Coptidis Rhizoma (Hulian), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Chao Shao), Bupleuri Radix (Yin Chaihu), and Cortex Lycii (Digupi), each 5 qian; Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong), Asparagi Radix (Tiandong), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Astragali Radix (Zhi Huangqi), and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Wei Jiao Shudi), each 1 liang; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Zhi Cao) 3 qian. Grind into powder, make pills with honey. Take 3 qian per dose.
Treats early stage of Intestinal abscess. Use Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, wine-fried), Persicae Semen (Taoren, processed and fried), Mustard Seed (Baijiezi), Moutan Cortex (Danpi), and Talcum (Huashi mo), each 1.5 qian. Decoct and take orally. The degree of treatment is determined by the discharge of pus and blood; if not discharged, take again.
Treats established Intestinal abscess. Use Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Pao Fuzi), Patriniae Herba (Baijiangcao), and Coicis Semen (Chao Yiren) in equal parts. Grind into powder. Take 3 qian each time, mixed with plain boiled water on an empty stomach. Urination should facilitate the discharge of pus and blood.
Treats abdominal pain caused by Intestinal abscess. Use Trichosanthis Semen (Gualou Ren) and Coicis Semen (Yiren), each 3 qian; Moutan Cortex (Danpi, processed) and Persicae Semen (Taoren, crushed), each 2 qian. Take frequently.
Treats abdominal distension with discharge of pus. Use Moutan Cortex (Danpi), Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualou), Persicae Semen (Taoren), and Natrii Sulfas (Piaoxiao), each 1.5 qian; Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) 3 qian. Take on an empty stomach.
Initial treatment of Stomach abscess. Use Belamcandae Rhizoma (Shegan), Scutellariae Radix (Lian, fried), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong), Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen), Scutellariae Radix (Tiao Qin), and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), each 1 qian; Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi), and Lophatheri Herba (Dan Zhuye), each 0.5 qian. Take several doses at the onset.
Treats Stomach abscess with pus formed. Use Vigna Angularis Seed (Chixiaodou), Coicis Semen (Yiren), Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix (Fangji), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) in equal parts. Decoct and take orally.
Initial treatment of Heart abscess. Use Akebiae Caulis (Mutong), Dianthi Herba (Qumai), Mustard Seed (Jiewei), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Trichosanthis Radix (Huafen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao), Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi), Plantaginis Semen (Cheqianzi), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhiren), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), and Lophatheri Herba (Dan Zhuye) in equal parts.
Treats Heart abscess caused by alcohol toxicity. Use Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), and Scutellariae Radix (Tiao Qin), each 1 qian; Akebiae Caulis (Mutong), Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), each 0.5 qian.
