蝉蜕五钱，水煎，洗肿处，二三次即愈。
又方∶真硼砂煎水熏洗，数次立愈。
又方∶明雄研末，顶好烧酒调敷，或用老鸭子口中涎水搽数次，即愈。或用鸭血亦可。
又方∶雄黄、枯矾，茶调敷，随敷随效。
此名血疝。临睡时，自以一手挽其下，一手按其上，由轻至重，磨弄百回，一月之间，
瘀血尽散，滞气皆行，虽年深月久，不药亦愈，诚妙术也。
此名囊脱，又名囊痈。用紫苏煎汤，日日洗之。并用紫苏叶、梗为末日敷，用青荷叶包
好。内用黄连六分，归尾、连翘、云苓各一钱五分，甘草、木通各一钱，煎服。一人阴囊形
大如斗，被一人治破烂。见肾子如鹅蛋大，旁有一筋六七寸长，肾子落出，臭不可闻，用紫
苏汤洗净，筋即烂下，问其肾子、小便。小肚皆不痛（痛则难治），照上各法治之，数日后，
肾子收上，烂孔收小，内服地黄汤、外敷生肌散而愈。此林屋山人经验方也。
又方∶凤仙花子、生甘草各二钱，为末，麻油调敷，即生肌。
又方∶有人肾囊破烂，露出肾子，百药不效，后用老母鸡蒸食而愈。
马齿苋四两，研烂，入青黛一两和涂，则热痛皆去。仍服八珍散即愈。谨戒酒与发物，
犯之必作肠风内痔，则难治也。
又方∶银青散（见痈毒诸方）敷之，最为神效。

又一处方：使用雄黄、枯矾，用茶水调和后敷贴，随敷随见效。
这被称为血疝。临睡前，自己用一只手托住下部，另一只手按压上部，由轻到重地揉弄一百次，一个月之内，瘀血就会完全消散，滞气得以运行，即使病程漫长，不吃药也能痊愈，确实是奇妙的医术。
这被称为囊脱，又名为囊痈。用紫苏煎汤，每天清洗患处。同时用紫苏叶和茎研成末外敷，并用青荷叶包裹好。内服方包含黄连六分，当归尾、连翘、云苓各一钱五分，甘草、木通各一钱，煎汤服用。有一人阴囊肿大如斗，被另一位医生治疗导致皮肤破烂。见到睾丸如鹅蛋大小，旁边有一根筋六七寸长，睾丸脱出，气味臭不可闻。用紫苏汤洗净后，那根筋随即腐烂脱落。询问其睾丸和小腹情况，均不疼痛（若疼痛则难治），按照上述各种方法治疗，数日后，睾丸收回，烂孔缩小，内服地黄汤，外敷生肌散而痊愈。这是林屋山人的经验方。
又一处方：凤仙花子、生甘草各二钱，研成粉末，用麻油调和后敷贴，即可促进生肌。
又一处方：有人肾囊破烂，露出睾丸，百药无效，后来用老母鸡蒸熟食用而痊愈。
马齿苋四两，研烂，加入青黛一两混合涂敷，则热痛皆去。仍服用八珍散即可痊愈。务必戒除饮酒及发物，如果违反，必定引发肠风内痔，那就难以治疗了。

Cicada Slough (Chan Tui) 5 qian, decocted in water to wash the swollen area; it heals after two or three applications.
Another prescription: Flos Boracis (Peng Sha) decocted in water for fumigation and washing; it heals immediately after several times.
Another prescription: Ming Xiong Huang (Realgar) ground into powder, mixed with high-quality distilled liquor for topical application, or applied using the saliva of an old duck several times until healed. Duck blood may also be used.
Another prescription: Realgar (Xiong Huang) and Calcined Alum (Ku Fan), mixed with tea water for topical application; effective upon application.
This is named Blood Hernia (Xue Shan). Before going to sleep, use one hand to support the lower part and the other to press the upper part, rubbing from light to heavy pressure for one hundred repetitions. Within a month, the blood stasis will dissipate completely, and stagnant Qi will circulate. Even if the condition has persisted for years, it will heal without medication; this is indeed a wonderful technique.
This is named Scrotal Prolapse (Nang Tuo), also known as Scrotal Carbuncle (Nang Yong). Decoct Perilla Leaf (Zi Su Ye) in water for daily washing. Additionally, grind Perilla leaves and stems into powder for topical application, wrapped well in fresh green lotus leaves. For internal administration, use Coptis Rhizome (Huang Lian) 6 fen, Angelica Sinensis Tail (Gui Wei), Forsythia Fruit (Lian Qiao), and Poria (Yun Ling) each 1.5 qian, Licorice Root (Gan Cao) and Akebia Caulis (Mu Tong) each 1 qian; decoct and take orally. One patient had a scrotum swollen as large as a bucket, which was treated by another physician causing ulceration. The testicles were seen to be as large as goose eggs, with a tendon six to seven cun long beside them, and the testicles had prolapsed, emitting an unbearable foul odor. After cleaning with Perilla decoction, the tendon rotted and fell off. Upon inquiry, there was no pain in the testicles or lower abdomen (pain would indicate difficulty in treatment). Following the aforementioned methods, within a few days, the testicles retracted, and the ulcers shrank. Internal administration of Rehmannia Decoction (Di Huang Tang) and external application of Flesh-Generating Powder (Sheng Ji San) led to recovery. This is an empirical formula from Linwu Shanshan.
Another prescription: Seeds of Balsaminaceae (Feng Xian Hua Zi) and Raw Licorice Root (Sheng Gan Cao) each 2 qian, ground into powder, mixed with sesame oil for topical application to promote flesh regeneration.
Another prescription: A patient with ruptured scrotum exposing the testicles found all medicines ineffective, but recovered after steaming and eating an old hen.
Portulaca Oleracea (Ma Chi Xian) 4 liang, mashed, mixed with Indigo Naturalis (Qing Dai) 1 liang for topical application, relieving heat and pain. Continue taking Eight-Tonifying Powder (Ba Zhen San) for recovery. Strictly avoid alcohol and "fa wu" (stimulating foods that may aggravate disease); violation will inevitably lead to Intestinal Wind and Internal Hemorrhoids, which are difficult to treat.
Another prescription: Silver-Qing Powder (Yin Qing San) (see formulas for carbuncles and toxins) applied topically; it is extremely effective.
