上生取为末每服二钱米饮调下不以时

人中白（不以多少刮在新瓦内火逼干）
上研过入麝香少许温酒调下

当归（不拘多少）
上为细末食前空心一大钱浓煎赤小豆汁取一盏与当归同煎五七沸通口顿三服立效
用白胶香研为细末每服二钱新汲水调下无时候
又方
治食吐用胡椒新汲水下十粒无时立效
治吐血咯血
黄蜀葵（去萼焙干）
上为细末用一钱鸡子清或温水调下食后
治鼻血（一方用壁上蜘蛛烧灰于出血鼻中） 真明净乳香一块皂子大用倒流水于砚瓦
中以墨同研
又方
急以梁尘（一名歌尘） 捻于出血鼻窍前气吸一吸一开指候尽再捻一面出一面吸尘
得少顷方定

出血不止用蟾酥涂立止取蟾酥法将虾蟆挤两眉正白汁放在青竹片上不可对面恐汁射人损

潮烦卧不安随咯唾有清血
天南星（拣不坚硬绝白大者不洗生用）
上不以多少捣为细末每服秤半两用水两大盏生萝卜大指大十块同煮水用尽温汤洗净萝卜
用温
治疗吐血：
剪金花（连同茎叶阴干，用量不限）
将上述药材浓煎后服用，出血立即停止。
若出血不止及产后口渴不止：
莲子心（用量不限）
将上述药材新鲜采摘研为细末，每次服用二钱，用米汤调服，不限时间。
若五至七日内出血不止：
人中白（用量不限，刮入新瓦内用火逼干）
将上述药材研磨过筛，加入少许麝香，用温酒调服。
另法：取男性左手指或女性右手指中指甲根部的头发，系于风府穴处，用手按压数次。
治疗肠风便血：
当归（用量不限）
将上述药材研为细末，空腹食前，取一大钱药末，与浓煎的赤小豆汁一盏同煎五至七沸，通口顿服，分三次服用，立见疗效。
用白胶香研为细末，每次服用二钱，用新汲取的冷水调服，不限时间。
又一方：
治疗食积呕吐，用新汲取的冷水送服胡椒十粒，不限时间，立见疗效。
治疗吐血、咯血：
黄蜀葵（去除花萼，焙干）
将上述药材研为细末，取一钱，用鸡蛋清或温水调服，饭后服用。
治疗鼻出血（另一方用墙上蜘蛛烧成灰，吹入出血的鼻孔中）：
真明净乳香一块，大小如皂角子，在砚瓦中用倒流水与墨同研。
又一方：
紧急时，取梁尘（又名歌尘），捻成团置于出血鼻孔前，吸气吸入，张开手指等待片刻，待血止后再捻一次，一面出鼻血一面吸尘，稍顷即可止血。
出血不止，用蟾酥涂抹可立即止血。获取蟾酥的方法：将蛤蟆挤出两眉间的白色汁液，放在青竹片上，不可正对人脸，恐怕汁液射入损伤眼睛。
潮热烦闷，卧睡不安，随咯唾有清血：
天南星（挑选不坚硬、洁白硕大的，不洗，生用）
将上述药材按量捣为细末，每次称取半两，用水两大盏，加入大拇指粗细的生萝卜十块，同煮至水尽，取出萝卜用温水洗净。
Treatment for hematemesis (vomiting blood):
Jianjin Hua (Flos Malvae, including stems and leaves, dried in the shade, quantity not limited)
Boil the above herbs strongly and take the decoction; bleeding will stop immediately.
If bleeding does not stop or thirst persists after childbirth:
Lianzi Xin (Cordula Nelumbinis, quantity not limited)
Freshly harvest the above herb, grind into fine powder, take 2 qian per dose, mix with rice water to swallow, at any time.
If bleeding continues for five to seven days:
Ren Zhong Bai (Calcinata Humanis Fecibus, quantity not limited, scraped into a new tile and dried by fire)
Grind the above herb through a sieve, add a small amount of Shexiang (Moschus), mix with warm wine to take.
If the condition is critical, approaching death:
Take Ban Zhi Lan Zhi (Juice of Isatidis Folium), half zhan, administer frequently.
Another method: Take hair from the middle fingernail root of a male's left hand or a female's right hand, tie it at Fengfu (GV16), press with hand several times.
Treatment for intestinal wind with bloody stool:
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, quantity not limited)
Grind the above herb into fine powder. Before meals on an empty stomach, take one da qian of powder, boil together with one zhan of strong decoction of Xiaodou (Vigna umbellata) for five to seven boils, drink all at once, divide into three doses, effect is immediate.
Use Baijiaoxiang (Boswelliae Resina) ground into fine powder, take 2 qian per dose, mix with fresh cold water to swallow, at any time.
Another prescription:
For vomiting due to food stagnation, take 10 grains of Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus) with fresh cold water, at any time, effect is immediate.
Treatment for hematemesis and hemoptysis:
Huangshukui (Flos Malvae Tschonoskii, remove calyx, bake dry)
Grind the above herb into fine powder, take 1 qian, mix with egg white (Ovi Albumen) or warm water to swallow, after meals.
Treatment for epistaxis (another formula uses spider from wall burned to ash, blown into the bleeding nostril):
Zhen Mingjing Ruxiang (Resina Boswelliae, pure and clean), a piece the size of a soap bean, grind with ink using reverse-flowing water on an inkstone.
Another method:
In emergency, take Liangchen (Beam Dust), roll into a ball, place before the bleeding nostril, inhale deeply, open finger, wait until stopped, then roll again. One side expels blood, the other absorbs dust, settle after a short while.
If bleeding does not stop, apply Chansu (Venenum Bufonis) to stop immediately. Method to obtain Chansu: Squeeze the white juice between the eyebrows of a toad onto a green bamboo slice, do not face the person, lest the juice spray and damage the eyes.
Tidal fever and irritability, restlessness in bed, clear blood in sputum:
Tiannanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis, select non-hard, pure white, large ones, do not wash, use raw)
Grind the above herb into fine powder according to quantity, weigh half liang per dose, use two zhan of water, add ten pieces of Shengluobo (Radix Raphani Sativi) the size of a thumb, boil together until water is exhausted, take out radish, wash with warm water.
Lower gastrointestinal bleeding resembling liver tissue, continuous day and night, but internal organs remain intact:
Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis)
Take raw herb, crush to extract juice, take 7 he.
Another method:
Pi (Bark, burned to ash retaining its nature)
Take with water, 2 qian, send down with warm wine.
