The above herbs are coarsely powdered for one dose, decocted in water and taken hot.
When the toxin erupts, it is suitable to use Ershisi Wei Fengliu Yin (Twenty-Four-Ingredient Wind-Flow Decoction): Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Baizhi Shao (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Tip), Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Tail), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) (for sores mostly on the upper body, stir-fry before use), Chishao (Paeoniae Rubra Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), Digupi (Broussonetiae Cortex), Wujia Pi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (for sores mostly on the lower body, stir-fry before use), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Zaojiaoci (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Tufuling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma) (select white and solid ones, 3 jin). If sores are painful, add Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) and Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix); if the constitution is weak, add Renshen (Ginseng Radix) and Fuling (Poria), and remove Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus). The above herbs are coarsely powdered to make fifty doses; take two doses daily, decocted in water. Avoid beef, distilled liquor, and salt-stir-fried foods; consuming these will prevent the rash from healing or cause recurrence.
Fuling Tang (Poria Decoction): Tufuling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma) (4 liang, crushed for juice), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (each 1 liang), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha) (each 5 fen). The above herbs are coarsely powdered, decocted in five bowls of water until reduced to three bowls, and taken warm. Finish within one day. Avoid tea water and other substances; five doses will completely cure. Avoid iron utensils.
Fuling Gao (Poria Cake): Treats Yangmei sore toxin. Tufuling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma) (remove coarse skin, grind into fine powder, 1 jin), Baimi (White Honey) (1 jin), Nuomifen (Glutinous Rice Flour) (1 jin). Coarsely powder for one dose, decoct with two zhong of water, five slices of ginger, and five roots of scallion until reduced to one zhong. Take warm through the mouth; two or three doses will cure and prevent recurrence.
Tongxian Wubao San (Immortal Five-Treasure Powder): For anyone who has suffered from Yangmei sores, Tianpao sores, Mianhua sores, etc., leading to all kinds of inexplicable diseases; or Yangmei sores ulcerating to expose bone, failing to heal for years; or bone and joint pain occurring at any time; or whole-body nodules not subsiding; or hands and feet cracking and bleeding; or whole-body peeling and scabbing, where one layer heals only for another to rise; or erythema, vitiligo, palm fungus tinea; or skin intact but bones rotting, unbearable bad breath, and chronic sores not healing for years; it treats all stubborn sores and malignant toxins. Zhongru Fen (Stalactitum Pulveratum) (3 fen), Dadansha (Cinnabaris) (2 fen), Hupo (Amber) (5 li), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (5 li), Zhenzhu (Margarita) (2.5 li). Grind into fine powder. Take 5 li each time, separately adding Feibai Shuang (Sublimated White Frost) 2.5 fen, stir-fried together as one dose. Each batch is divided into twelve packets. Daily, decoct 1 jin of Tufuling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma) in water to make twelve bowls. Remove dregs. In the early morning, take only one bowl, add one packet of medicine, mix well, and take warm. The Poria decoction must be finished within one day; do not use other soups or tea. Do this daily. After finishing one batch, cure occurs by the twelfth day. Some may heal before finishing the course. If the disease is severe, take another batch; there will be no failure. It is infallible. Avoid chicken, goose, beef, and sexual intercourse; no dietary restrictions after finishing the medication. (This formula was brought back by Wang Fanquan from his travels in Guangdong. It is extremely effective and is considered the number one immortal prescription for treating Yangmei sores in history. Treasure it!)
Xisheng Fujian Wan (Western Sage Re-boiling Pill): Treats post-Yangmei sores where lumps persist for years, rupture, and fail to heal, leading to critical condition. I will keep as Haitongpi), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Tufuling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma) (half jin). Externally, decoct coarse and fine powders into soup to drink, until the sore heals.
After Yangmei Tianpao heals, if scars are red and black, use equal parts of Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) and Bai Fan (Alumen), grind together, apply to the affected area; the scar will disappear and color return to normal.

Secret Recipe: Treats Yangmei sores. Guan Fen (Lead Carbonate) 2 qian, put into tofu worth one coin, sprinkle the powder inside, boil in double boiler and eat; immediate cure.
Moxibustion Method: Treats Yangmei sores. At the initial site, moxa-burn 3-5 zhuang, and it will not recur.
