Intercourse and ejaculation necessarily disturb the Sanjiao (Triple Burner). The Upper Jiao belongs to the Heart, the Middle Jiao belongs to the Spleen, and the Lower Jiao belongs to the Kidney. Disturbance generates heat; excessive heat leads to blazing desire. Entering water under such conditions causes middle jiao heat stagnation, resulting in jaundice; lower jiao qi excess results in a black forehead; upper jiao blood flow follows stasis-heat, resulting in loose, black stools. Noble individuals often bathe together in the same room, frequently contracting this disease. Those who practice health preservation must be aware of this.
