能生精益血，治虚损。
全当归（用好酒浸洗三日，晒干锉碎），川芎（拣极大者用水洗净锉碎），白芍（温水洗
净锉碎，用好酒浸一日，晒干炒赤），以上各四两。熟地黄八两（淮庆者佳。四两用砂仁，
四两用白茯苓同入绢袋，用好酒二壶煮干，只用地黄），浓黄柏（去皮）八两（二两盐水浸，
二两酒浸，二两人乳浸，二两蜜浸，俱晒干炒赤），知母（去毛）四两（制与黄柏同）。
上六味，和匀，平铺三四分浓，夜露日晒三日夜，研细末，用真冬密一斤八两，加水半
碗，共炼至滴水成珠，再加水一碗，煎一滚，和前药丸桐子大，每服八九十丸，空心盐汤下，

治闻雷即昏晕不省人事，此气怯也。
人参、当归、麦冬各二两，五味子五钱，用水一斗，煎至二升，合熬成膏。每服三匙，
白滚汤调服，尽一斤，闻雷自若。
治中恶、中痰。
人参三钱，茯苓五钱，天南星三钱，附子一钱，虚损人加人参，水煎服即苏。按中恶中
痰，有宜用苏合丸、牛黄清心丸等药者，此方即忌用。
六味地黄丸一料，加麦冬四两，炒枣仁五两，黄连三钱，肉桂五钱，当归三两，白芍五
两，甘菊花三两，白芥子二两，各为末，蜜丸。每日饭前用白滚水送服五钱。老年人服至百
岁，精力愈健。
治怔忡不寐等症。
人参三钱，丹参二钱，麦冬三钱，甘草一钱，茯神三钱，生枣仁五钱，熟枣仁五钱，菖
蒲一钱，当归三钱，五味子一钱，水煎服。

Quan Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (soak and wash with good wine for three days, dry in the sun, and chop into pieces), Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (select the largest ones, wash with water, and chop into pieces), Bai Shao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (wash clean with warm water, chop into pieces, soak in good wine for one day, dry in the sun, and stir-fry until slightly red), each of the above three herbs four liang. Shu Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) eight liang (those from Huaiqing are best; use four liang with Amomi Fructus Rotundus, and four liang with Poria, put them together in a silk bag, boil with two pots of good wine until dry, and use only the Rehmannia), Nong Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) eight liang (remove the coarse bark) (two liang soaked in salt water, two liang soaked in wine, two liang soaked in human milk, two liang soaked in honey, all dried in the sun and stir-fried until slightly red), Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) four liang (remove hairs) (processed in the same manner as Phellodendri Cortex). The above six herbs are mixed evenly, spread flat to a thickness of three or four fen, exposed to night dew and day sun for three days and nights, then ground into fine powder. Use one jin eight liang of true winter honey, add half a bowl of water, refine together until it forms beads when dropped in water, then add one bowl of water, bring to a boil once, mix with the previous herbal powder, and make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Treats fainting and loss of consciousness upon hearing thunder, which is due to Qi deficiency.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) each two liang, Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) five qian, use one dou of water, decoct until two sheng remain, combine and refine into a paste. Take three spoons per dose, taken with plain boiling water. After finishing one jin of the paste, one will remain calm even upon hearing thunder.
Treats Zhong E (Sudden Evil Invasion) and Zhong Tan (Phlegm Obstruction).
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) three qian, Fuling (Poria) five qian, Tiannanxing (Arisomatis Tenuifoliae Rhizoma) three qian, Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) one qian. For those with deficiency conditions, increase the dosage of Renshen. Decoct in water and take; consciousness will be restored immediately. Note: For Zhong E and Zhong Tan, some cases are suitable for using Suheli Wan (Styrax Pills) or Niuhuang Qingxin Wan (Calculus Bovis Heart-Clearing Pills); this formula is contraindicated for such cases.
Take one portion of Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill), add Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) four liang, Chao Zaoren (Stir-fried Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) five liang, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) three qian, Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) five qian, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) three liang, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) five liang, Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos) three liang, Bai Jiezi (Sinapis Semen) two liang. Grind each into powder, refine with honey to make pills. Take five qian before meals daily, delivered with plain boiling water. Elderly people who take this until age one hundred will have even more vigorous energy.
Treats symptoms such as palpitations (Zhengchong) and insomnia (Bumei).
