Prescribe the method of Shenfu Tang (Ginseng and Aconite Decoction). Add child's urine. To attempt to reconnect the Yuan Zhen Qi (Primordial True Qi). (Yang Collapse)
Again: Zi and Chou hours are the time when Yin and Yang intersect. Furthermore, it coincides with the Frost Descent solar term. The righteous Qi is not continuous. Subsequently, signs of collapse appear. Administer two doses of formulas to grasp Yin and Yang. Shenfu Tang (Ginseng and Aconite Decoction) added with Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry).

This belongs to Wang Yang (Loss of Yang). Usually drinks alcohol, eats little grain. Acrid-sweet Yang-returning medicines did not necessarily reach the target.
There are signs of dry heaving and rejection. True Qi is as precarious as morning dew. Reluctantly propose Zhang Zhongjing's Jiuniu Tang (Rescue for Reversal Decoction). To grasp scattered Yang. Hope for slight peace. Then discuss treating the disease. Jiuniu Tang (Rescue for Reversal Decoction) added with Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) and Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix).

However, standard "Fumai Tang" is often associated with Zhang Xichun later, but here likely refers to a formula restoring pulse, possibly related to Guizhi family or specific Ye formulation. Given WHO terms, we translate literally as Pulse-Restoring Decoction). Sweet flavor to缓 (slow/relieve) heat. Nourish the Five Fluids. Collapse means death. Death from various diseases is all called Collapse. Generally, when people are sick, Yin and Yang are biased towards excess. When bias reaches extreme, death occurs. Human life carries Yin and embraces Yang. Also said: Yin inside is the guardian of Yang. Yang outside is the servant of Yin. Therefore, Yin contains Yang, Yang contains Yin. Its Yin-Yang pivot never leaves for an instant from birth to old age. Leaving means death. Thus ancient sages created medical texts, hundreds of diseases with thousands of prescriptions, none other than to correct bias and save defects. Harmonize and coordinate Yin and Yang. So that people can fulfill their natural lifespan. As for collapse, there are differences between Yin collapse and Yang collapse. Neijing discusses this most detailedly. Nanjing also says those with Yang collapse see ghosts, those with Yin collapse go blind. This merely describes the condition during collapse. Those who understand principles must rescue in advance. If one treats only after seeing ghosts or blindness, it is already too late. Now observing the Master's treatment methods. In returning Yang, one must assist with Yin medicines. In grasping Yin, one must consider Yang Qi. Ensure Yang submerges and Yin solidifies. Thus avoiding the disaster of bias. As for symptoms of collapse vary. Such as stroke, vertigo, vomiting, wheezing, epistaxis. Profuse sweating leading to Yang loss. These are Yang collapse. Diarrhea, dysentery, metrorrhagia, postpartum conditions. Excessive downward loss leading to Yin loss. These are Yin collapse. Sha distension, Dry Huoluan. Fullness, spasms, convulsions. Viscera obstruction. These are Internal Closure and External Collapse. Yang collapses above, Yin collapses below. This is what is meant by soul rising and corporeal spirit descending upon death. In short, if the Yin-Yang pivot does not collapse, even if the disease is severe, one does not die. Then where is the Yin-Yang pivot? Probably in the Mingmen (Gate of Life). (Commentary by Hua Xiuyun)
