或刀斧或被物折伤，指出血疼痛者。用真正沉重苏木为细末，敷断指间，外用蚕茧包裹
完固，数日愈。
治打扑损伤，皮破骨折，瘀血攻心，发热昏晕，不省人事，此药神效。
土鳖（不拘多少，焙干，去足，净称一钱） 乳香（一钱） 没药（一钱） 自然铜（醋
七次）
上各制为末，磁罐收之。每服七八厘，好酒热调服，一次效，其骨自接。如有瘀血，自
下。吐血等证，每服八厘。或妇人月经不通，每七厘加麝香七厘，酒调服，血即通。
治打扑伤损，污血入心，下之立愈。
归尾 枳壳（烧） 木通 泽兰 大黄 桃仁 苏木 红花（各三钱）
上为末，滴水丸。每服二钱，好酒下。重者，童便合酒下。
一方 又跌扑伤重，牛角内肉烧灰。大人服六分，小人三分，用甘草、归尾、红花煎汤，
入酒调服。
治打扑伤损，败血流入胃脘，呕血如豆汁。
当归 白芍 芎 荆芥穗 百合（水浸半日，各等分）
上每服四钱，水一钟，酒半钟同煎。
一方 治诸般打扑伤损，皮破血出，痛不可忍。用赤石脂研末敷之， 尤好。
治破伤风邪，初伤在表。
羌活 防风 川芎 本 当归 芍药 甘草（各四两） 地榆 细辛（各二两） 热
加黄芩，大便秘加大黄，即大芎黄汤。上水一钟半，煎至一钟，看伤在上下，食前后热服。
渣实时煎服。
If the finger is cut by a knife or axe, or broken by an object, resulting in bleeding and pain. Use pure, heavy *Sappanwood* (Caogongmu) ground into fine powder, apply it to the severed finger joint, wrap it securely with a silkworm cocoon externally, and it will heal in a few days.
To treat contusions and traumatic injuries where the skin is broken and bones are fractured, with blood stasis attacking the heart, causing fever, dizziness, and loss of consciousness, this medicine is miraculous.
*Eupolyphaga Steleophaga* (Tubiechong) (as needed, baked dry, remove legs, weigh exactly one qian), *Frankincense* (Ruxiang) (one qian), *Myrrh* (Moyao) (one qian), *Pyrite* (Ziran Tong) (quenched in vinegar seven times).
Process each ingredient into powder and store in a porcelain jar. Take seven or eight li per dose, mixed with good wine and taken warm. It takes effect after one dose, and the bone will naturally reconnect. If there is blood stasis, it will be expelled downwards. For symptoms such as hematemesis, take eight li per dose. For women with amenorrhea, take seven li plus seven li of *Musk* (Shexiang), mixed with wine; the menses will then flow freely.
To treat contusions and traumatic injuries where turbid blood enters the heart, taking this medicine leads to immediate recovery.
*Tail of Angelica Sinensis* (Guiwei), *Bitter Orange* (Zhike) (roasted), *Akebia Stem* (Mutong), *Lycopus Herb* (Zelan), *Rhubarb Root* (Dahuang), *Peach Kernel* (Taoren), *Sappanwood* (Sumu), *Safflower* (Honghua) (each three qian).
Grind all ingredients into powder, add water to make pills. Take two qian per dose, washed down with good wine. For severe cases, wash down with a mixture of child's urine and wine.
Another prescription: For severe contusions and trauma, burn the meat inside the ox horn to ash. Adults take six fen, children take three fen, decocted with *Licorice Root* (Gancao), *Tail of Angelica Sinensis* (Guiwei), and *Safflower* (Honghua), then mixed with wine for oral administration.
To treat contusions and traumatic injuries where necrotic blood flows into the stomach cavity, causing vomiting of blood resembling bean curd residue.
*Angelica Sinensis* (Danggui), *White Peony Root* (Baishao), *Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome* (Xiong), *Schizonepeta Spike* (Jingjie Sui), *Lily Bulb* (Baihe) (soaked in water for half a day, equal parts).
Take four qian per dose, decoct together with one zhong of water and half a zhong of wine.
Another prescription: To treat various types of contusions and traumatic injuries where the skin is broken and bleeding occurs, with unbearable pain. Apply *Red Halloysite* (Chishizhi) ground into powder topically; this is particularly effective.
To treat tetanus pathogenic factors, where the initial injury is at the exterior level.
*Notopterygium Rhizome* (Qianghuo), *Saposhnikovia Root* (Fangfeng), *Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome* (Chuanxiong), *Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome* (Ben), *Angelica Sinensis* (Danggui), *Peony Root* (Shaoyao), *Licorice Root* (Gancao) (each four liang), *Sanguisorba Root* (Diyu), *Asarum Root* (Xixin) (each two liang). Add *Scutellaria Root* (Huangqin) if heat signs are prominent; add *Rhubarb Root* (Dahuang) if constipation is present. This is known as Da Xionghuang Decoction. Decoct these ingredients in one and a half zhongs of water until reduced to one zhong. Take warm according to whether the injury is upper or lower body, and before or after meals. The dregs should be re-decocted and taken.
