Method 1: When muscle cramps (Zhuanjin, calf spasms) persist, men should grasp the yin area with their hands, while women should pull the breasts near the sides.
Method 2: Lie supine, extend both legs and arms, bring the heels of the feet together facing inward, inhale through the nose, and exert oneself to complete seven breaths. This eliminates coldness in the knees, pain in the tibial bones, and muscle cramps.
Method 3: Lie prone, look sideways, stand on the heels, straighten the waist, and inhale through the nose. This removes muscle cramps.
Method 4: Sit upright, grasp the wrists with both hands behind the back, press against the mat in reverse, exert maximum effort to make the abdomen tense ("xian xian"), move up and down seven times, and repeat with hands switched left and right. This eliminates cold qi in the abdomen, accumulated stagnant qi, coldness in the stomach region, and vomiting/regurgitation caused by food and drink.
Method 5: Lie supine, extend both legs and arms, lift the heel of the left foot, inhale through the nose, and exert oneself to complete seven breaths. This eliminates diseases in the lower back and bitter vomiting after eating.
Method 6: Sit, straighten both legs, grasp both feet with both hands, and exert oneself to complete twelve cycles. This cures gastrointestinal inability to accept food and vomiting/regurgitation. Then, cross both hands directly over the soles of the feet; when foot pain subsides, rest the head on the knees and exert oneself to complete twelve cycles, which also cures gastrointestinal inability to accept food and vomiting/regurgitation.
Method 7: Place both hands backward, join palms to press against the lower back, stretch upward to maximum effort, and shake the arms and elbows, going back and forth seven times to achieve effect. Without moving the hands, stretch directly up and down to maximum effort, going back and forth fourteen times (two sevens). This removes congestion and stifling sensation in the spine, heart, and lungs.
Method 8: Bring the toes of both feet together, stop after five breaths. Guide the qi of the heart and lungs, remove jue-ni (reversal) ascending qi. Exert extreme force to bring the two feet together, then cease intention. Guide the qi out of the lungs; when the patient walks, the inside and outside of the lungs expand and contract flexibly, following without any contradiction.
Method 9: Lie on the left or right side, hold the breath for ten cycles, treating undissolved phlegm-fluid retention (Tan Yin). If there is fluid disease on the right, lie on the right side; if on the left, lie on the left side. For undissipated qi, expel it by practicing twelve breaths on each side, treating phlegm-fluid retention.
Method 10: Place both hands crossed on top of the head, exhale long and release. Sit on the ground, slowly extend both legs, embrace the middle of the knees from the outside with both hands, bow the head quickly into the space between the knees, cross hands on top of the head, perform thirteen cycles, eliminating the Three Corpses (Sanshi, parasitic entities causing illness).
Method 11: Clench teeth fourteen times (two sevens), swallow qi fourteen times, stopping only after reaching three hundred cycles. Practicing this for twenty days eliminates all pathogenic qi; for sixty days, minor illnesses are cured; for one hundred days, major illnesses are removed. Parasites and Fusshi (hidden corpse pathogens) are eliminated, and the face and body become lustrous.
