其症血来如猪肝水，五心作热，腰疼，小腹痛，面萎色黄，不
思饮食，乃气血皆虚。先用黄芩散，退其五心烦热。后用调经丸，次月血胜疾除，而人清安矣。

川芎 川归（酒洗、炒） 白芍 苍术（米泔浸） 甘草 天花粉 知母 黄芩
水一盅，煎七八分温服，渣并。
调经丸
三棱（醋炒） 莪术（醋炒） 川芎 川归（酒洗） 白芍（酒洗） 小茴 生地（酒洗） 熟
地八角茴 玄胡 白茯 砂仁 乌药 香附（各二两，童便炒）
上为末，早米糊丸，梧桐子大，不拘时，酒下百丸
其经来如屋漏水，头昏目暗，小腹作痛，更兼白带，咽中臭
如鱼腥，恶心吐逆。先用理经四物汤，次服内补当归丸，下月疾愈。
理经四物汤
川芎（三） 川归（七，酒洗） 白芍（七） 生地（八） 黄芩（七） 白术（八） 柴
胡（五） 香附（一钱） 玄胡（一钱） 三棱（七，醋炒）
水一盅，煎七分。
内补当归丸
续断（八） 阿胶（一，炒） 甘草（四钱） 川芎（七钱） 干姜（五钱，炙） 白芷
（六钱） 白芍（一钱二，酒炒） 熟地（五钱） 蒲黄（一钱） 浓朴（八分，姜汁炒）
吴茱萸（七钱） 附子泡 白茯苓（八钱） 肉苁蓉（八钱，酒洗）
上或各一两，蜜丸如梧桐子大，空心酒下八十丸。
The symptoms manifest as menstrual blood flowing like water from pig liver, heat in the five centers (palms, soles, and chest), lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, sallow and withered complexion, and loss of appetite. This indicates a deficiency of both Qi and Blood. First, use Huangqin San (Scutellaria Decoction) to alleviate the vexatious heat in the five centers. Subsequently, use Tiaojing Wan (Regulating Menses Pill). By the next month, the menstrual blood will be abundant, the disease will be eradicated, and the person will feel refreshed and peaceful.
Huangqin San (Scutellaria Decoction)
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Chuan Dang Gui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, washed with wine and stir-fried), Bai Shao Radix Paeoniae Alba (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Cang Zhu Rhizoma Atractylodis (Rhizoma Atractylodis, soaked in rice wash water), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Tianhuafen Radix Trichosanthis (Radix Trichosanthis), Zhi Mu Cortex/Menispermatis (Cortex Menispermi or Rhizoma Anemarrhenae), Huangqin Radix Scutellariae (Radix Scutellariae).
Add one cup of water, decoct until reduced to seven or eight parts, take warm, and consume the dregs together.
Tiaojing Wan (Regulating Menses Pill)
Sanleng Rhizoma Sparganii (Rhizoma Sparganii, stir-fried with vinegar), Ezhu Rhizoma Curcumae (Rhizoma Curcumae, stir-fried with vinegar), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Chuan Dang Gui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, washed with wine), Bai Shao Radix Paeoniae Alba (Radix Paeoniae Alba, washed with wine), Xiao Hui Xiang Fructus Foeniculi (Fructus Foeniculi), Sheng Di Huang Radix Rehmanniae (Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, washed with wine), Shu Di Huang Radix Rehmanniae (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Ba Jiao Hui Xiang Fructus Illicii (Fructus Illicii), Yuan Hu Suo Rhizoma Corydalis (Rhizoma Corydalis), Bai Fu Ling Poria (Poria), Sha Ren Fructus Amomi (Fructus Amomi), Wu Yao Lignum Linderae (Lignum Linderae), Xiang Fu Rhizoma Cyperi (Rhizoma Cyperi, each two liang, stir-fried with child's urine).
Grind the above into powder, make pills using paste from early rice, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take at any time, 100 pills with wine.
The menstrual blood flows like leaking roof water (profuse and continuous), accompanied by dizziness and dim vision, lower abdominal pain, leukorrhea (white discharge), a fishy odor in the throat, nausea, and vomiting. First, use Lijing Siwu Tang (Regulating Menses Four Substances Decoction), followed by Neibu Danggui Wan (Internal Tonifying Angelica Pill). The disease will be cured by the next month.

Chuanxiong Rhizoma (3 qian), Chuan Dang Gui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (7 qian, washed with wine), Bai Shao Radix Paeoniae Alba (7 qian), Sheng Di Huang Radix Rehmanniae (8 qian), Huangqin Radix Scutellariae (7 qian), Bai Zhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (8 qian), Chai Hu Radix Bupleuri (5 qian), Xiang Fu Rhizoma Cyperi (1 qian), Yuan Hu Suo Rhizoma Corydalis (1 qian), Sanleng Rhizoma Sparganii (7 qian, stir-fried with vinegar).
Add one cup of water, decoct until reduced to seven parts.
Neibu Danggui Wan (Internal Tonifying Angelica Pill)
Xu Duan Radix/Dryopteridaceae (Radix Dipsaci or Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis), E Jiao Corium Asini (Corium Asini, stir-fried), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (4 qian), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (7 qian), Gan Jiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (5 qian, roasted), Bai Zhi Radix Saposhnikoviae (6 qian), Bai Shao Radix Paeoniae Alba (1.2 qian, stir-fried with wine), Shu Di Huang Radix Rehmanniae (5 qian), Pu Huang Pollen Typhae (1 qian), Hou Po Cortex Magnoliae (0.8 fen, stir-fried with ginger juice), Wu Zhu Yu Fructus Evodiae (7 qian), Fu Zi Radix/Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Prepared Radix Aconiti Lateralis), Bai Fu Ling Poria (8 qian), Rou Cong Rong Herba/Cistanche (Herba Cistanches, washed with wine).
Take either according to the above dosages or one liang of each, make pills with honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take on an empty stomach with wine, 80 pills.
