干蟾（煨，各五钱） 五谷虫（一两） 为末，蜜丸如弹，米汤下。
治疳泻。
黄连 诃子（煨去壳） 木香 缩砂（炒） 茯苓 生肉豆蔻 姜水煎服。
治小儿疳病通用。
芦荟 五灵脂 好夜明砂（焙） 砂仁 陈皮 青皮 莪术（煨） 使君子（煨）
木香（各一钱） 蛤蟆（日干炙焦） 黄连（各三分） 为细末，用雄猪胆二枚取汁，和
丸，麻子大，每服十五丸，米饮送下。
夜明砂疳眼翳膜羞明。蛤粉谷精草（各一两）
为末，每服一钱，五七岁以上二钱，用雄猪肝如匙大一片批开，掺药在内，以麻
扎定，米泔水半碗煮之，肝熟捞出，倾汤碗内热服，肝分三次嚼食，仍用肝汤咽下，日
三服，不拘时，大人雀目，空心服，至夜便见。如患久不效，日作二服。
神治疳积坏眼白翳，一服即红，再服即退。
透明雄黄（一钱五分，研碎） 桑白皮（五六钱，焙，燥捣粗末） 鸡内金（一个瓦上
炙燥，捣碎） 用药掺雄鸡软肝上，酒酿煮熟，去药食肝，忌铁器。

Dry Bufo (Ganchan, 干蟾) [roasted, 5 qian each], Anthera Bombycatus (Wugucho, 五谷虫) [1 liang].
Pulverize into fine powder; form pills like bullet seeds using honey; take with rice soup.
Treats malnutrition-induced diarrhea (Ganxie, 疳泻).

Aloe (Luhui, 芦荟), Trogopterori Faeces (Wulingzhi, 五灵脂), high-quality Nyctibiidae Faeces (Haoyemingcha, 好夜明砂) [roasted], Amomi Fructus (Sharen, 砂仁), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 陈皮), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Qingpi, 青皮), Curcumae Zedoariae Rhizoma (Ezhu, 莪术) [roasted], Quisqualis Fructus (Shijunzi, 使君子) [roasted].
Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香) [1 qian each], Toad (Hamat, 蛤蟆) [sun-dried and roasted until charred], Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [3 fen each].
Pulverize into fine powder; extract juice from two male pig gallbladders; mix with powder to form pills the size of hemp seeds; take 15 pills per dose with rice drink.
Treats eye nebula and photophobia caused by Nyctibiidae Faeces-related malnutrition.
Calcium Carbonatum (Gefen, 蛤粉), Spargani Pollen (Gujingcao, 谷精草) [1 liang each].
Pulverize into fine powder; take 1 qian per dose; children aged 5-7 years take 2 qian. Take a slice of male chicken liver, about the size of a spoon; split it open, sprinkle the medicine inside, tie tightly with hemp thread; boil in half a bowl of rice wash water until the liver is cooked. Remove the liver, pour the broth into a bowl and drink while hot; chew and eat the liver in three portions, swallowing with the liver broth. Take three times daily, at any time. For adults with night blindness (Quemu, 雀目), take on an empty stomach; vision improves by night. If ineffective after long-term illness, take twice daily.
Miraculous efficacy: Treats white nebula from malnutrition-induced damaged eyes; redness appears after one dose, regression after second dose.
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) [transparent, 1.5 qian, ground], Morus Albae Cortex (Sangbaipi, 桑白皮) [5-6 qian, roasted, coarsely ground], Gallus Gallus Domesticus Ventriculus Integumentum (Jineijin, 鸡内金) [one piece, roasted on tile until dry, ground].
Sprinkle medicine onto soft liver of a male rooster; cook with fermented rice wine; remove medicine and consume only the liver. Avoid iron utensils.
