Remove the fascia from the sheep liver, boil in water, pound until smooth, and mix with the above medicines to form pills.
This formula belongs to the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian. Mosquitoes are insects that feed on blood; Ye Ming Sha consists of mosquito eyes. Therefore, it can dissipate evil blood in the eyes and improve vision. Mu Zei is light and ascending and good at grinding; thus, it can soothe the Liver, clear heat, and remove opacities. Cicadas naturally shed their skins; therefore, Chan Tui can eliminate nebulae. Dang Gui can enter the Jueyin meridian to nourish blood and harmonize the Liver. Sheep liver is used because the nature of sheep is Fire; its similarity in Qi and Blood helps tonify them. The Liver's nature is cold; thus, sheep liver acts as a guiding drug to lead the various herbs into the Liver to achieve success.
