即二陈汤，加苍术、白术（各一钱）。
姜附汤 （见诸方补遗。
附子理中汤 （见真中。
治中暑昏闷不醒，并伏暑停食，呕吐泻利，一切暑药，皆不及此。
半夏（醋煮，四两） 茯苓 甘草（各二两
共为细末，生姜自然汁糊丸，如绿豆大。每服五、六十丸，开水下，若昏愦不醒，碾碎
灌之。予用此药，治中暑证，累效。有一老人，厥去半日，药下即苏，随以香薷饮去浓朴，
加丹参、茯苓与之，遂愈。因劝各村落中，预备应用，以为救济之法，并嘱同道中预备此药
以广活人之术。
通利九窍，清暑热，除烦渴，为治暑之圣药。
甘草（一两） 滑石（白腻者，水飞过，六两）
上为末。每服三、五钱，新汲水调服，或用灯心煎汤，待冷调服。
四味香薷饮 （见伤暑。
平肝气，和胃气。
白蔻仁（去壳研） 檀香 木香（各一两） 丁香（三钱） 香附（五两） 藿香（四两） 甘草（炙） 砂仁
陈皮（各二两）
上为细末。每服二钱，入盐少许，点服。
此药能治时行不正之气，发热头痛，伤食停饮，胸满腹痛，呕吐泻利，并能解
秽驱邪，除山岚瘴气，鬼疟尸注，中食、中恶诸症，其效至速。予尝合此普送，药到病除，
苍术（陈土炒） 陈皮 浓朴（姜汁炒，各二斤） 甘草（炙，十二两） 藿香（八两） 砂仁（四两
共为末。每服二、三钱，开水调下。

This is Erchen Tang (Two-Aged Decoction), with added Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae) and Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) (each one qian).
Jiangfu Tang (Ginger and Aconite Decoction) (See Supplementary Formulas in Various Prescriptions.
Fuzi Lizhong Tang (Aconite Pill to Regulate the Middle) (See True Stroke.
Treats coma and dizziness caused by heatstroke, as well as latent summerheat with food stagnation, vomiting, and diarrhea. All other medicines for treating summerheat are inferior to this formula.
Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, processed with vinegar, four liang) Fuling (Poria) Gancao (Licorice Root, each two liang)
Grind all into a fine powder. Use fresh ginger juice to make a paste for pills, sized like mung beans. Take fifty to sixty pills each time, washed down with boiled water. If the patient is in a deep coma, crush the pills and administer them forcibly. I have used this medicine to treat heatstroke cases with repeated success. There was an elderly man who suffered from syncope for half a day; after taking the medicine, he regained consciousness immediately. Subsequently, Xiangru Yin (Elsholtzia Decoction) was given without Houpo (Magnolia Bark), but with Danshen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza) and Fuling (Poria), and he recovered completely. Therefore, I advise villages to prepare this for emergency use as a relief method, and urge fellow practitioners to stock this medicine to expand their life-saving techniques.
It unblocks the nine orifices, clears summerheat, and relieves irritability and thirst. It is the sacred medicine for treating summerheat.
Gancao (Licorice Root, one liang) Huashi (Talcum, white and fine, processed by water flotation, six liang)
Grind the above into a powder. Take three to five qian each time, mixed with newly drawn cold water, or decocted with Dengxincao (Medulla Junci) and taken cold.
Siwei Xiangru Yin (Four-Ingredient Elsholtzia Decoction) (See Summerheat Injury.
Calm Liver Qi and harmonize Stomach Qi.
Baokouren (Fructus Cardamomi Rotundus, shelled and ground) Tanxiang (Sandalwood) Muxiang (Vladimiria Root) (each one liang) Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, three qian) Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, five liang) Huoxiang (Agastache) Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried) Sharen (Amomi Fructus)
Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, each two liang)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take two qian each time, with a pinch of salt, administered directly.
This medicine can treat epidemic pathogenic qi, fever and headache, food injury with fluid retention, chest fullness and abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea. It can also resolve foulness, expel evil, remove mountain miasma, ghost malaria, corpse fixation, food poisoning, and sudden evil attacks. Its efficacy is extremely rapid. I once prepared and distributed this widely; where the medicine arrived, the illness vanished.
Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae, stir-fried with aged soil) Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) Houpo (Magnolia Bark, stir-fried with ginger juice, each two jin) Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, twelve liang) Huoxiang (Agastache, eight liang) Sharen (Amomi Fructus, four liang)
Grind all into a powder. Take two or three qian each time, mixed with boiled water.
