防风汤
（证附） 温证咽喉肿痛时，心烦口燥内阴亏，防风竹叶兼桑叶，杏桔丹翘芍草施。
甘草桔梗射干汤
（证附） 喉病原因相火升，生疮疼痛力难胜，缓攻半夏兼甘草，桔梗射干
解郁凝。
养阴清肺汤
（证附） 咽内生疮肿痛多，治宜地芍与丹荷，麦冬贝母兼甘草，更用元参病可瘥。
辛乌证
颐间脖项肿相连，散用辛乌是秘传，或洗或敷均入妙，再加荆芥药尤全。

辛乌甘桔与柴翘，芍豆同施力倍饶，皂地荆皮兼芥穗，或敷或洗肿能消。

Jiawei Qingdu Huaban Decoction (Modified Poison-Clearing Macule-Transforming Decoction)
(Condition Note) For warm macules with a purple hue, what prescription is used? Apply Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Yinhua (Honeysuckle Flower), Caoguo (Tsaoko Fruit), and Shengdi (Rehmannia Root). Add Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena Rhizome), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Jingsmi (Rice Grain), Qiaocao (Forsythia Fruit), Hegeng (Lotus Stem Node), Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn - *Note: Substitute with Buffalo Horn in modern practice*), and Danpi (Moutan Cortex).
Yangyin Fuye Decoction (Nourishing Yin and Restoring Fluids Decoction)

Xingren (Apricot Seed), Gancao (Licorice Root), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), and Dong Sangye (Mulberry Leaf) are used; the method of double-clearing the exterior and interior is most excellent.
Jingfang Touzhen Decoction (Schizonepeta and Saposhnikovia Rash-Releasing Decoction)
(Condition Note) When rashes are suitable for warm dispersal, Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) and Jiesui (Schizonepeta Spike) are applied. Qingying Jiedu Condition
Warm disease manifests with sudden appearance of rashes all over the body, forming purple-red patches; the condition is serious. Symptoms include flaring of the nostrils, rapid breathing, and delirium/restlessness. With high fever and desire for coolness, the primary approach must be clearing heat.
Qingying Jiedu Decoction (Clearing Nutritive Level and Detoxifying Decoction)
Bohe (Mentha Herb) releases the exterior, assisting Sangye (Mulberry Leaf) and Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root); Shaoyao (Peony Root), Dihuang (Rehmannia Root), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), and Qiaocao (Forsythia Fruit) treat the interior well. Additionally, Yinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) and Zhuyeqing (Bamboo Leaf Extract) are used; Yuanshen (Scrophularia Root) and Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) are combined with Lingyangjiao (Buffalo Horn).
Xiaodu San (Detoxification Powder)
(Condition Note) When macules and papules recede but toxins remain unresolved, swelling and pain in the neck and cheeks occur with excessive heat. Chaihu Guizhi Qu Renshen Tang (Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig Decoction without Ginseng)
(Condition Note) Soreness and swelling of the throat are always difficult to settle. Fever, limb pain, or aversion to cold may occur. Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger), Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Guizhi (Cinnamon Twig), and Baishao (White Peony Root) are combined. Using Dazao (Jujube Fruit) and Gancao (Licorice Root) together constitutes an elixir.
Ganjie Tang (Licorice and Platycodon Decoction)
(Condition Note) The disease belongs to Cold Damage entering the Shaoyin channel, accompanied by unbearable sore throat. The method involves using Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) with Gancao (Licorice Root) to open stagnation and eliminate pathogenic heat without invasion.
Fangfeng Tang (Saposhnikovia Decoction)
(Condition Note) During warm disease sore throat and swelling, mental restlessness and dry mouth indicate internal Yin deficiency. Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Zhuye (Bamboo Leaf), Sangye (Mulberry Leaf), Xingren (Apricot Seed), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), Qiaocao (Forsythia Fruit), Shaoyao (Peony Root), and Gancao (Licorice Root) are applied.
Ganjie Shegan Tang (Licorice, Platycodon, and Belamcanda Decoction)
(Condition Note) The cause of throat disease is the rising of Ministerial Fire; sores and pain are severe. A mild attack uses Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) with Gancao (Licorice Root); Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) and Shegan (Belamcanda Rhizome) resolve stagnation and coagulation.
Yangyin Qingfei Tang (Nourishing Yin and Clearing Lung Decoction)
(Condition Note) There are many sores, swelling, and pain inside the throat. Treatment should use Dihuang (Rehmannia Root), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), and Hegeng (Lotus Stem Node). Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber), Beimu (Fritillaria Bulb), and Gancao (Licorice Root) are added; with Yuanshen (Scrophularia Root), the disease can heal.
Xinwu Condition
Swelling connects between the cheeks and the neck. Dispersing with Xinwu (Aconite and Asarum) is a secret transmission. Whether washing or applying as a poultice, it is effective; adding Jingjie (Schizonepeta) makes the remedy complete.
Xinwu San (Aconite and Asarum Powder)
Xinwu (Aconite and Asarum), Gancao (Licorice Root), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root), and Qiaocao (Forsythia Fruit) are combined. Shaoyao (Peony Root) and Douchi (Fermented Soybean) are applied together to double the strength. Zaocys (Saposhnikovia/Swallowtail larva - *Note: Context implies specific herb, likely Zaocys or similar*, Diyupi (Phellodendron Bark), Jingpi (Periploca Bark), and Jiesui (Schizonepeta Spike) are used; whether applied or washed, the swelling can be eliminated.
