The *Neijing* states that moxibustion and acupuncture for "Jiejie ru geng zhuang" (throat discomfort resembling a lump/blockage) involve two methods:
First, select Yanglingquan (GB34). The classic says: Patients with Gallbladder disease often sigh, have bitter taste, vomit old fluid, and experience throat discomfort with frequent spitting; selecting Yanglingquan addresses this.
Second, select Daling (PC7). The classic says: Symptoms of Heart cough include a throat sensation like blockage or a lump; selecting the Back-Shu point of the Heart addresses this.
