条文：风轮傍边白睛内，白如锯齿枣花同，怒伤肝胆邪冲眼，还睛散用车知茺，

【注】[1]枣花内障者，风轮傍边，白睛之内，映出白翳，如枣花锯齿之状。
[2]缘怒伤肝胆，令脑邪热冲入目中，致成此障，久则变为瞳神细小。

眩，眼系紧急。
[2]先宜火针刺太阳穴，外散其邪；后服加味八正散，内泄其热也。

Text: Within the white sclera adjacent to the Fenglun (cornea), a white opacity appears resembling the serrated edges of a jujube flower. Anger injures the Liver and Gallbladder, causing pathogenic factors to rush upward into the eyes. Treatment should employ Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder), which includes Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome), and Chongweizi (Chasteberry Fruit), along with Renshen (Ginseng), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Heishen (Black Scrophularia Root), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), and Fuling (Poria). Taking Zhuibi Wan (Opacity-Descending Pill) can also achieve therapeutic success.
Formula: Zao Huayi Huanjing San Formula (Jujube Flower Opacity Restore Vision Powder)
Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Chongweizi (Viticis Fructus), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Heishen (Scrophulariae Radix Nigra) each 2 qian; Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) 1.5 qian; Fuling (Poria) 2 qian.
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Add two cups of water and decoct until one cup remains. Strain and take warm.

After acupuncture treatment, administer Jiawei Bazheng San (Modified Eight-Justice Powder), containing Gancao (Licorice Root), Zhizi (Gardenia Fruit), Dengxincao (Juncus Effusus), Sangbaipi (Morus Bark), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Bianxu (Polygonum Aviculare), Huashi (Talcum), Shengdihuang (Rehmannia Root), Kuzhuye (Bitter Bamboo Leaf), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root), Qumai (Dianthus Herb), and Mutong (Akebia Stem).

Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), Dengxincao (Junci Medullam), Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Bianxu (Polygoni Avicularis Herba), Huashi (Talcum), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Kuzhuye (Phyllostachidis Folium), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Qumai (Dianthi Herba), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) in equal parts.
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Add two cups of water and decoct until one cup remains. Strain and take warm after meals.
Annotation [1] Pain feeling like needle pricking indicates that toxic fire from the Heart Meridian is blazing upward. The Jingzhu (eye) suddenly experiences extreme pain, as if pierced by a needle, slightly accompanied by headache, vertigo, and tightness of the Yanxi (eye system).
[2] Initially, it is advisable to use fire needles to puncture the Taiyang acupoint (GB20) to disperse pathogenic factors externally; subsequently, take Jiawei Bazheng San (Modified Eight-Justice Powder) to clear and drain heat internally.
