《葛氏方》云∶治妊身胎上迫心方∶
取弩弦急带之立愈。
又方∶生曲半斤，碎，水和绞取汁三升，分二服。
又方∶生艾捣，绞取汁三升，胶四两，蜜四两，合煎取一升五合，顿服之。
《病源论》云∶漏胞者，谓妊娠数月，经水时下也，亦名胞阻漏血尽则毙。
《医门方》云∶夫漏胞者，妊娠下血如故，血下不绝，胞干便死。宜急治方∶
生地黄汁一升，酒五合，和煮一沸。分二服。（《广利方》同之。）
又云∶疗妊娠下血如月水来，若胞干，非只杀胎。亦损其母方∶
干姜 干地黄（各五两）
末，酒服一匙，日夜三四服，即止。今检∶《集验方》云∶干地黄四两，干姜二两。酒
服方寸匕，日三。
《葛氏方》云∶妊身月水不止，名为漏胞。治之方∶
阿胶（五两） 干地黄（五两） 酒（五升）
煮取一升半，未食，温再服。
《千金方》云∶妊身血下不止方∶
生艾叶一斤，酒五升，煮取二升，分二服。冬用茎。
又方∶烧秤锤令赤，纳酒中沸定，出锤，饮之。
《集验方》云∶治妊身血下不止。血尽子死方∶
干地黄捣末，以三指撮酒服，不过再三服。
《产经》云∶治妊身血出不止方∶
干地黄十两，以酒三升，煮得二升，分二服，良。
又方∶灸胞门七壮，关元左右各二寸是也。
The *Ge Shi Fang* (Ge's Formulary) states: For treating the condition where the fetus presses upward against the heart in pregnant women:
Tightly bind with a bowstring; immediate recovery.
Another formula: Take half a jin of raw Qu (fermented grain cake), crush it, mix with water, squeeze to obtain three sheng of juice, and divide into two doses for consumption.
Yet another formula: Crush fresh Mugwort Herba (Ai Ye, 艾叶), squeeze to obtain three sheng of juice, add four liang of Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao, 阿胶) and four liang of honey, decoct together until one sheng five he remains, and take in one dose.
The *Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun* (Source Book of All Pathologies) states: The condition known as "Lou Bao" (Leaking Womb) refers to vaginal bleeding occurring intermittently during pregnancy after several months; it is also called "Bao Zu" (Womb Obstruction). If bleeding continues without cessation, death ensues.
The *Yi Men Fang* (Medical Gate Formulary) states: Regarding "Lou Bao," it involves continuous vaginal bleeding during pregnancy resembling menstruation. If the blood flow does not stop, the uterus dries up, leading to fetal death. An urgent treatment formula is as follows:
One sheng of Fresh Rehmanniae Radix Juice (Sheng Dihuang Zhi, 生地黄汁), mixed with five he of wine, boiled once. Divide into two doses. (This matches the *Guang Li Fang*.)
It further states: To treat vaginal bleeding during pregnancy resembling menstruation; if this leads to uterine dryness, it not only kills the fetus but also harms the mother. Formula:
Dried Ginger Rhizome (Gan Jiang, 干姜) and Dried Rehmanniae Radix (Gan Dihuang, 干地黄) (each five liang).
Grind into powder, administer one spoonful with wine, taken three to four times day and night, which will stop the bleeding. Upon verification: The *Ji Yan Fang* (Collected Proven Formulas) states: Four liang of Dried Rehmanniae Radix (Gan Dihuang, 干地黄) and two liang of Dried Ginger Rhizome (Gan Jiang, 干姜). Administer one fang cun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, three times daily.
The *Ge Shi Fang* states: When menstrual bleeding persists during pregnancy, it is named "Lou Bao." The formula to treat it:
Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao, 阿胶) (five liang), Dried Rehmanniae Radix (Gan Dihuang, 干地黄) (five liang), Wine (five sheng).
Decoct to obtain one sheng and half. Take warm twice before meals.
The *Qian Jin Fang* (Thousand Gold Formulas) states: A formula for persistent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy:
One jin of fresh Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Ai Ye, 艾叶), five sheng of wine, decoct to obtain two sheng, divide into two doses. In winter, use the stems.
Another formula: Heat a steelyard weight until red-hot, immerse it in wine until boiling ceases, remove the weight, and drink the wine.
The *Ji Yan Fang* states: To treat persistent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. If bleeding exhausts, the fetus dies. Formula:
Grind Dried Rehmanniae Radix (Gan Dihuang, 干地黄) into powder. Take an amount held by three fingers, administered with wine. No more than two or three doses are needed.
The *Chan Jing* (Obstetrics Classic) states: A formula to treat persistent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy:
Ten liang of Dried Rehmanniae Radix (Gan Dihuang, 干地黄), with three sheng of wine, decoct to obtain two sheng, divide into two doses; this is effective.
Another formula: Moxibustion on Baomen (Uterus Gate) acupoint for seven moxa cones. This point is located two cun lateral to Guanyuan (Conception Vessel 4) acupoint.
