Without prompt treatment, after six to seven days, pus and ulceration appear in lower body. Worms ascend to eat internal organs, causing intense heat/toxicity, severe diarrhea, uncontrollable. By eight to nine days, even skilled doctors cannot cure. Death occurs within twenty days.
